One night at Tarrytown Airport, Snuffy had a dream about his friend, Prince Duffy of Skylandia. He dreamt he was drawing a picture of him in the sky and that it came to life and spoke to him as if he was the real prince. When morning soon came, he told his friends Jay Jay, Big Jake, Tracy and Herky about the dream.

"I just wish I could show you guys what happened." He sighed, dreamily.

"Well, why don't you draw what happened?" asked Tracy sensibly.

This gave Snuffy an idea.

"I know!" He exclaimed. "I'll draw a sky picture! I'll make it the grandest picture anyone has ever done!"

And he set out of the hanger to work on his soon to be masterpiece.

All day long, he flew around in loop de loops, zipping back and forth, piecing together a large picture of Prince Duffy.

In fact it was so large, that by the time Brenda told him to come back, he was disappointed that he never finished his picture, as it was only half done!

Poor Snuffy was very upset, so he told his friends of his progress.

"Cheer up Snuffy." Big Jake said kindly. "You'll get there in the end."

"Yeah," Herky added. "You made a start. Besides, perfect doesn't have to meet perfection."

"Rather than look at it as unfinished," Jay Jay told his skywriter friend, "you should look at it as progress."

Snuffy managed a small smile for his friends. They managed to lift his spirits up.

"Thank you," he said "Goodnight everyone."

The next morning, he found his sky picture very quickly and then he drew on from where he left off. He drew all day and as the stars came out that night, and Snuffy and his friends settled down for some sleep, the sky picture glowed amidst the night sky thanks to the moon, and two stars twinkled benevolently exactly where Snuffy drew his eyes.

In the morning, it will become a spectacle for Tarrytown.
