There was once a beautiful water nymph who was locked in this huge castle with a huge lake next to the castle that she could go to. She often went outside to this lake because it was as far as the magical boundary Big Buff Cheeto Puff would allow her to go. Her name was Lapis Lazuli, and she was very cool.

There was also once a really bae swordsman named Yamamoto Takeshi who loved dogs and rain. He was tired after fighting a big monster named Zo so he took a rest by a beautiful lake. He had his trusty dog next to him. "Jirou," Yamamoto said, "where are we going to sleep tonight?" He gave an easy smile at Jirou's doggy shrug, but inside he felt very tired. He hadn't seen another person in at least a fortnight.

Yamamoto pulled out the katana strapped to his back, wincing at seeing all the dried blood crusting on it. He knelt in the grass bank next to the lake and began rinsing the water over the gleaming blade. All of the sudden, there was a splash and an irritated squeak. Water flew all around him, and the swordsman yelped, feet slipping on the bank. He fell into the lake with an even louder splash, hands hitting another person. Ehhh?!

The water was only about three feet deep. He found footing in the muddy bottom and stood up, wiping water from his eyes. When he opened his eyes, he found himself standing about six inches from strange blue-haired girl. She was facing him, but had her eyes closed and was trying to get water out of her ear. Yamamoto went very, very still. D-did she come out of the lake?

Upon opening her eyes (very very blue, Yamamoot noted unconsciously), the girl also froze. "You!" she yelled. "You're the one who started washing that dirty sword in this lake!"

The swordsman was silent, taking in her appearance. She was at least eight inches shorter than him, had brilliant blue eyes and wet hair, that, despite being wet, still spiked up a litt.e Her skin was a very pale blue, giving her an otherworldly feel. Yamamoto swallowed. She was very pretty. Yamamoto's heart thumped.

"P-pardon?" Yamamoto said. Or, more accurately, he was trying to say pardon. What actually came out from "You're really pretty."

"Ehh?" said the strange water-nymph. Her lovely blue skin contrasted nicely with the pink blush on her cheeks. "Wh-what-"
