A/N:

I wrote this at 12:00 at night because I'm total Kaider trash, and I think this is something that would definitely happen. I'm really sorry it's crap, it's not my best writing and i'll probably regret posting this in the morning.

Cinder was sitting in her office with paperwork sprawled out in front of her. She had finally had the guts to suggest abolishing the Lunar Monarchy to the Lunar council, and they had completely swamped her with work since.

She heard the door creak open, and a small servant slipped in, she had blonde hair and blue eyes, and Cinder didn't remember her name offhand.

"Your majesty, you got a package from Earth."

Cinder perked up, hoping maybe it was something from one of her friends. Or maybe it was a prank from Thorne, she thought, looking down at her desk.

Yeah, probably a prank from Thorne.

"Who's it from?" She replied, glancing back up from the encumbering paperwork to look at the girl.

"Emperor Kaito, your majesty." That, made Cinder jump. Her eyes lit up for a brief second. "R-really?" She stuttered, biting the insides of her cheek afterwards to try to contain her excitement.

"Y-yes your majesty," said the blonde servant, producing a small box. Cinder leaned forward. "I'll just leave it here for you, you can open it whenever you like." She said setting it on Cinder's desk. Cinder watched intently as the girl left before grabbing the box and moving to open it. She hesitated, staring at it for a moment.

Why would Kai send her something? Nobody ever sent real mail these days, and it was a really effort for anything to get from Earth to Luna.

She continued to open the box, it wasn't wrapped or anything special, and when she opened it the first thing she saw was a note layed on top of it.

"I was digging through my closet when I found this. I thought it might dig up some old memories. Plus, I think you'd look pretty cute in it.

-Kai"

She smiled and set the letter down. Turning around to face the box, she already thought she knew what it was.

She was right. She pulled out an old battered gray sweatshirt, and was unable to stifle a laugh. What a dork.

"Hey Cinder I-" Iko said, as she barged into the room. She paused when she saw what Cinder was holding.

"What's that?" She said, with a hint of disgust was in her tone, clearly disapproving of the informal attire.

"You can't tell me you don't recognize it?" She smiled, holding it up for Iko to see more clearly. Realization flashed across Iko's face, and she stared at it before smiling. "No way!" She giggled as she crossed the room to Cinder's desk. "Ooh, what's this?" Iko said, picking up the note.

"Hey!" Cinder replied, grabbing for it.

BONUS:

Iko walked through the halls of the palace. They were like a maze, she had gotten lost in them more than a couple of times, and each time was more embarrassing than the last.

She finally reached Cinder's door, cracking it open before she slipped in, she smiled at the sight she found.

Cinder was sprawled across the bed in cargo pants, and her hair was once again turned into a messy pony tail, and even better she was wearing Kai's gray sweatshirt he had been wearing the first day they met.

Iko whipped out her port and opened up the camera, she took a picture and then opened up Kai's contact, she sent the picture along with the message "Cinder appreciates your donation."

She crossed the room and shook Cinder awake. "Hate to break it to you sleeping beauty, but you have paperwork to do."

Cinder groaned before rolling over and sitting up Iko's port pinged.

"Aweee Cinder loook." Iko said, smiling as she held up the port to Cinder. Cinder reached for it, frowning at first at the sneaky picture, and then smiling at Kai's reply.

"She really does look adorable in anything."
