A/N: This is the last chapter. I apologize for taking so long to finish this story. Thank you to those who stuck with me to the end. Hope you enjoyed the story:)
Draco stood in front of the mirror getting ready. His life was much different than he had planned for. He couldn't believe that he had been married for five years. He saw his husband behind him in the mirror and smiled softly. Harry was trying to fix his collar. It always caused him trouble. Draco bit back the laugh that wanted to escape at Harry's hopelessness. He really didn't mind. Fixing Harry's collar for him was just one of the little things that Draco loved to do for him.
"Come here, love. Let me do it," Draco said, just loud enough to get Harry's attention.
Harry looked at him sheepishly. "I was hoping to be able to do it myself, for once."
"You've haven't managed it in the thirteen years that you've been living here. I doubt this was the special moment that it would happen," Draco said with a chuckle.
"Stop teasing me, Draco," Harry said, grumpily. "I just want everything to be perfect for tonight."
"It will be, love. Stop worrying. My father is not going to be upset if something doesn't turn out flawless. You may not be married anymore, but he still cares about you. He just appreciates that you're going to so much trouble."
"I can't believe that he finally asked Seamus to marry him. I mean, it's been five years. I was starting to think he would always be content with just dating him."
"You know how Father is. He doesn't do well with change. It's the reason he moved out of the Manor when you and I got married."
"I told him that he didn't have to."
"I did, too. However, everything changed, and he didn't want to face it. He felt it was easier to just move to a different property. Honestly? I think it was good for him. It allowed him to focus more on himself and his relationship with Seamus."
"I know," Harry sighed.
"Now, would you do this gentleman the fine favor of allowing him to escort your lovely self to the engagement dinner?" Draco rolled his hand and bent low in a ridiculous bow.
Harry snorted. "You, sir, are no gentleman."
"I beg your pardon?" Draco replied with a frown. "I will inform you that I am always a gentleman."
"Really? Would a gentleman grab my arse as I walk by? Or try to shove his tongue down my throat when I'm supposed to be making breakfast for our child?"
Draco grinned. "He would if he wanted to get in your trousers."
"You're incorrigible, Draco Malfoy. Go check on Callum. He's been too quiet. I can almost guarantee that he's messed up his dress robes."
Draco stole a kiss and quickly groped Harry as he walked by, receiving a smack on his arm for his efforts. He chuckled as he went off in search of his son. Harry was right. Callum was, most likely, into something that he shouldn't have been. He almost always was. Draco's family was far from perfect. Harry was too stubborn a lot of times, as was he, which led to many arguments and tears. Although, Draco would never admit that he cried. He always claimed it was dust. It didn't stop him from often being the one to apologize first simply because he couldn't stand for Harry to be upset with him. Callum was far too adventurous. Quite often, he would show up at the worst possible time and covered in dirt, mud, or cobwebs. Mostly when they had somewhere important to be or Draco was trying to get Harry into bed. No, his family was not perfect. But, Draco had fought hard for them. After five years of little sleep, a screaming baby turned mischievous child, fights, and some public notoriety after his marriage to Harry became known, Draco found it well worth it. He wouldn't change a thing about his family. They made his life worth living, and they were his.
