The Potters were having a nice lie in today. They knew they a party to happen later that evening and so James and Lily decided to have a good time later with their friends chose to cuddle each other instead of getting up. Meanwhile Charles like all kids when faced with the option of chores or being lazy also chose to sleep in. It was a peaceful morning until a racket started downstairs jerking Charles awake and bringing the parents to alertness.

"James! James! Where are you? James!" was shouted as the intruder rushed through the Livingroom and proceeded to run throughout the house.

James and Lily got up putting on a dressing gown as they went to see who was calling by the house this early. They were going down when a head popped around the corner of the stairs. "Sirius, it's good to see you. You're here quite early, did something happen to you while you were home?" Lily asked.

Sirius looked pale and sweaty. He was dressed in uniform instead of something casual for visits. "James all aurors are being told to come in regardless of time off. There's been some weird tremor with everything shaken in London. People are panicking in Diagon and the Ministry, the damage isn't too severe, but no one knows what caused it or if another one will happen."

Now it must be stated that due to wards most witches and wizards don't know what an earthquake is having never experienced one or suffer from its aftereffects. Lily being muggleborn grew up knowing about earthquakes, however a combination of living in Britain and learning of these wards with other muggleborn, her brain that she was acknowledged for briefly considered it before immediately dismissing it as impossible.

James was appalled an attack on Diagon Alley and the Ministry of Magic. Whoever done this must be brave and dangerous or foolhardy. He turned to his wife. "Go it's okay James, I'll take care of making breakfast for the kids. You go do your job of protecting everyone." And there it is a smile on his wife's face that caused him to fall for her all those years ago as students. He rushed upstairs to get his uniform on.

Lily turned back to Sirius "Do you want toast Sirius?"

"No. Don't have time afraid. It's only because I'm here to get James that I'm not in trouble for being at the scenes."

Lily put the kettle back after pouring a mug of tea as she turned sombre. "Was it really bad?" Sirius was starting to get a little bit of colour back was still sweating. "No, no nobody was killed or hurt to badly. Just some pain, damaged property and wares. No everyone there is scared because they don't know what happened or who caused it. These are meant to be peaceful times after what happened that Halloween night."

Before anymore words were said James came back down in a matching uniform to Sirius as he gave his wife a quick kiss and said goodbye dragging Sirius out the front door to apparate. All alone now with the kids asleep, Lily got back to making breakfast with a small tremor in her hands. "I hope those two stay safe."

The goblins continued on with there day not having any care about what had happened being the only one's privy to it. Well okay there were a few grumbles from the ones having to fix the foundations and check the others but hearing stories about the witches and wizards above them running around like headless chickens coming up with insane theories about what took place earlier was funny enough to placate them.

Having a difficult sense of time while working deep underground with little contact with the tellers on the top floor they had no idea they had worked through the night. They did get an inkling though on the way up passing Ragnarok and wondered what else the young potter would do, that would give them a laugh. Ragnarok had meanwhile just reached the time chamber and stood there waiting. It was five minutes before the doors started to open.

What came through were two goblins and a child. "I see you look more confident Mr Potter. Also looking better after some recovery and new clothes. Blood-Bather you were in charge of his physical training. How would you say his skills are?"

Blood-Bather gave a grunt then a sigh "His sword skill isn't anything to write home about or at all but at least he won't end up stabbing himself. I didn't teach him any martial arts, but he can throw a punch or kick and dodge. He is decent with a bow, got good reflexes even for a demigod and even better eyesight I'll give him that." Ragnarok gave a nod and turned to question the second goblin. "And what about you Sharpshooter, how is his magic?"

The goblin gave a shrug "Fairly good I suppose. He could duel someone passed the OWLs but not quite sixth year students at Hogwarts. We held back at the end because he wanted some experience in other magics than just duelling in case he had to live in forests or parks on his journey."

Ragnarok looked pleased before dismissing them back to their regular jobs. Walking back to his office he gave Harry his question "Now what about you Harry. How do you feel?"

"Good, stronger I suppose. Still nervous. Why am I still scrawny? I thought after all that work Blood-Bather made me do I would have lots of muscle."

A sharp loud laugh nearly had Harry trip misstep. "Even now you make me laugh there is a reason we called it a time chamber; it is complicated so try bearing with me. While what you felt and experienced was six months what you went through was one day. Have you heard of the expression time flies when you're having fun?" Harry nodded. "An expression for time speeding up, well this works in the same principle but the opposite with time being slowed down. In essence compressing time to the six months you felt but was just a day slowed down and yet what you experienced was all real. So, there was some carry over. We goblins have known about this and train our bodies before using the time chamber as we do now in learning to use our magic in blacksmithing to make the goblin creations that are so well known and harboured by your kind. However, you are on a tight schedule we presume and offered the use of the chamber without training your body, that is why we threw in some lessons about magic."

Harry felt the beginning of a headache just trying to follow that, but he thinks he's got the gist of it now. "So why train my to use a sword or bow? Why not have me focus on magic?"

An annoyed look crossed Ragnarok's face. "It's like I said there's some carry over. You might not have noticed it being focused on training or because you were slowly becoming acclimatised to it, but you have gained a sliver of muscle. Even still these skills will be essential to you has a have blood, few things are as deadly or more than when it concerns celestial bronze. Besides you still retain muscle memory for using your weapons and it gives you something to fall back on when the muggle world gets dragged into the situation. Afterall the two worlds may be separated with the magical world falling under mortals, but the ministries would still try to track to you down if you went about exposing magic to muggles not in the know or are parents to demigods."

Harry gulped feeling suitable chastised. They continued to the office where Harry filled out forms about what would happen with his vaults with some help from Ragnarok. After everything was done, he told Ragnarok where he would head to first and apologised for his comment early. He was just going to pick out somethings from his vaults. Looking through the weapons he remembered report by Blood-Bather and picked up a bow and a large quiver. He put some normal arrows in not knowing if celestial bronze worked on animals. He was about to leave to meet up with Ragnarok to get his transport when he thought what might happen if he ran out of arrows and went straight to the blades.

"According to everything I've learned, and the comments others have told me I should get a knife, but Blood-Bather didn't show me how to use one but I'm no good with a sword." Stuck between what to choose he looked through them to see if any caught his fancy. He was about to give up and pick a knife for the speed he could swing it when something caught his eye. Moving towards it, it seemed to be a really long dagger, this would be great. It wasn't like he was called to it or something silly, but it was small enough to not be hard to use like a sword but long enough he could still use Blood-Bather's lessons. Sure, it would get smaller as he grew but that was minor in the long run of staying alive.

After getting back to Ragnarok's office he showed him his choice and how he made that decision. He was happy that the annoyance from earlier had faded from his face, that meant they were happy with him again.

Ragnarok felt a little bad for earlier after all grown witches and wizards relied on just their magic for nearly everything. He couldn't fault a kid who had been raised around magic by those with that mindset. He was pleased though that the young Potter had took what he said in anger into consideration. That was good it showed he had a brain that would work with his instincts to survive the world of the gods. He placed a lighter on the desk between them. "This is a portkey Harry. Do you know what that means?"

Harry shook his head "I've heard the name before, didn't know what it looked like."

"A portkey can be anything and is an object enchanted with a spell to act as magical transportation. Usually it's used to journey long distances without floo or apparating, it can also take large groups at a time if the enchanted object is big enough. Technically this is an illegal portkey as the ministry wants only those registered to make them so that they can be tracked about. I thought this might not be in your best interest so I made, the lighter will still work afterwards."

Harry was amazed why didn't more people use it then? Seeing Harry's unanswered question Ragnarok told him. "Most don't feel comfortable having their movements tracked especially those with a dark history and most find floo more comforting to use."

Harry could see the logic in that though he was a bit worried how it would feel having never liked floo much. "Hey what's the spell"

"Portus. I would recommend using a stone first and trying to set it to a different location around you. Once you get that done try adding timers to it. They can be set to go at specific times or phrase. They are easier to make when you know the destination more personally. This one has a minute left before activating. Are you sure that this is where you want sent?"

Harry grinned "Yep. I want to see some of America before wandering, don't know where I would find any legacies like me anyway."

"Very well with thirty seconds left would you hold the lighter, make sure you have a tight grip. That's it. Good, any last words you want recorded."

"Yeah. Thanks for your help Ragnarok, hope we meet again. Allons-y!"

And with that Harry disappeared from the spot never to be seen in wizarding Britain for years.
