Dear readers,

It's been so long! I'm so sorry that I left this story alone for this much time. Med school has gotten so much more hectic, and I've been plagued by writer's block, but I think its over now! I wrote this super long chapter to make it up to you. This fic is wrapping up, and in like one or two chapters it'll come to a (hopefully satisfying) end. Enjoy!

Psyche.

Do You Want To Build a Snow Monstrosity?

"Jasmine, there's something I don't know about Danny, and I want you to tell me what it is," Maddie demanded, staring her daughter down through her red goggles.

Jazz cringed. She had been expecting Mom to spring this conversation on her. According to her analysis of the situation and Maddie's past behavior patterns, she knew that it was only a matter of time. She just hoped that it wouldn't be so soon, especially since she was running late for school already. "I don't know what you want me to tell you Mom. You heard Danny's explanation the same time I did. I know as much as you do," she replied, hoping her mother would believe the lie.

The corners of Maddie's mouth turned down in a frown, and she removed her goggles, letting them dangle around her neck. Jazz stiffened; that was never a good sign. The agitated woman resumed her pointed staring, obviously not believing what her daughter said.

Jazz decided that this situation required a different approach. She shifted positions, making sure that her arms were uncrossed, and her stance was non-confrontational. Like any good Psychology student, she knew how crucial body language was to communication, and she intended to use it to her advantage. Jazz deliberately tilted her head to the side to give the impression that she was confused.

Maddie's mouth twitched as she registered the change in her daughter's stance; she was obviously conflicted over whether to accept Jazz's seemingly innocent demeanor. The teenager silently hoped that her attempt to make Maddie second-guess herself would work; she really needed to get to school.

Her mother's expression softened, and Jazz mentally patted herself on the back. It had almost been too easy to redirect her mom's thoughts. Suddenly, Maddie's eyes narrowed, and she placed her hands on her hips. "Jasmine Fenton! Spectrology may not be the most conventional field of study, but I am still a scientist and I can spot forced body language a mile away. You'd do well to remember that, young lady." Jazz deflated as she realized that her trick hadn't worked.

Maddie rubbed her temples in exasperation, "Jazz, honey. I've known for a while that Danny's excuses weren't adding up, but I left it alone and gave him some space because I thought it was just a phase he was going through. I was wrong," she admitted sadly. Jazz fidgeted as she watched her mother's frown deepen. "It was something serious, and I was so busy trying to keep my distance that I didn't even notice," she paused to sniff; Jazz noted that Mrs. Fenton was dangerously close to tears. "My baby boy needed me, and I wasn't there for him," Maddie murmured in a quiet voice.

Jazz sighed, "Look Mom, you know I love you, but this just isn't my secret to tell. You'll have to ask Danny when he comes back." Jazz stood on her tiptoes and gave her mother a kiss on her cheek. "I'll see you after school," she called, rushing out the door before she could be questioned further.

Maddie watched her daughter leave, the frown still plastered on her face. How many secrets did her children have? How long had they been keeping it from her and Jack? She placed her goggles securely over her eyes and headed for her lab. Maybe she would find some answers there.

She descended the staircase slowly, pondering over what was happening to her baby boy. She was glad he was able to defend himself with his powers, but she couldn't help but be hurt that Danny had never told her or Jack his secret. Maddie was sure Jazz, Sam and Tucker knew something about it at least. She wondered what made Danny not tell them the truth. When Maddie entered the lab, she was pleased and slightly apprehensive when she saw Jack hunched over one of the work tables, armed with a screwdriver.

"Jack honey, what are you working on?" Maddie asked, peering over his shoulder.

"Mads!" Jack yelled excitedly as he turned to face his wife. He gave her a huge bear hug, lifting her clear off the ground. Maddie smiled as he set her down gently, wondering what had gotten him so happy.

"Someone's in a good mood. Care to share?" Maddie asked.

"I sure am Maddie!" Jack said enthusiastically. "I'm so proud of Danny! Look at how well he's handling the situation. And those moves! Those powers! That true Fenton bravery!"

Leave it to Jack to find the bright side of things. He completely ignored the fact that his only son was keeping such a big secret from him.

"Not to mention the moves he's putting on that Raven chick!"

Maddie's smiled dropped and she arched a questioning eyebrow. "What do you mean, Jack?"

Jack gave her a long-suffering look. "Can't you see it, Maddie? They totally like each other. They remind me of you and I when we were younger." He said with a wriggle of his eyebrows.

Maddie gave him a wry smile. "As I remember it, we weren't stuck in a hostile environment, fighting for our lives every day." She said.

"But you've got to admit that they've grown close." Jack said.

"They have to rely on each other for survival, of course they've grown close."

"They kissed."

Maddie slapped her husband's arm playfully. "That was purely for life-saving purposes. Danny's lung would have filled with fluid if Raven hadn't forced air into him." She said, unable to keep the slight tremor out of her voice. She clenched her fist and exhaled deeply. Its okay now, her baby was safe. A least, he had been at the end of the last episode.

Jack shrugged. "I still ship Draven." He said.

"Draven?" Maddie asked with an amused grin.

"Or Dranny. I'm trying to think of a celebrity couple name for when they're official." Jack said.

Maddie shook her head and turned to what Jack had been working on when she entered the lab. "And what's this?" she asked. She hadn't the faintest clue as to what it was; it was still in the preliminary stage.

Jack scratched his head. "I'm not…sure." He said.

Maddie picked the abandoned screwdriver from the table. "C'mon Jack; let's see if we can make something out of this."

Sam slammed her locker shut and shook her spider backpack, trying to get her books to fit. Getting a bigger bag would be the more sensible thing to do, but she refused to become a corporate drone, changing backpacks every year, polluting the environment beyond repair. She wouldn't mind carrying excess books in her arms for the rest of high school.

Sam was cut out of her thoughts by a polite cough coming from behind her. She turned and was surprised to see Paulina standing behind her. Her thick, inky black extensions were back in, but she was still covered with scrapes and bruises from their fight. Sam could make out the edge of a bandage on her leg under her jeans. Most importantly, the queen bee of the school looked chastened, uncertain.

Sam scowled at her, regardless. "Is there something you want?" she snapped.

Paulina bit her lip in indecision, as if she was regretting approaching Sam in the first place. "I wanted to apologize." She finally said.

Sam scoffed. "Yeah, right." She said skeptically.

Paulina scowled and put her hands on her hips. "Look, this isn't easy for me. I don't apologize."

"Then why are you even here?" Sam snapped. "If you've come for a rematch I wouldn't mind spraining your ankle again."

Paulina stomped her good foot on the ground with a huff of exasperation. "What I said about Danny was wrong, I realize that. I just want to tell you that I'm sorry." She narrowed her eyes at the bewildered look on Sam's face. "Don't think this changes anything. I still hate you and I'll make you pay for ripping out my beautiful hair."

"You mean your high quality extensions, right?" Sam said with a smirk.

Paulina let out a frustrated growl. "Listen here you little –"

Sam cupped a hand around her ear. "Huh? What was that? I can't hear you, your extensions are blocking your voice." She said loud enough for the kids in the hallway to hear. Several heads turned to face them and people started to point and whisper at Paulina, who flushed bright red in anger and embarrassment.

"This is the last time I try to be civil to a gothic bitch!" she shouted. She turned abruptly on her heel and walked away with her head held high.

Sam smirked, not even bothering to give a parting retort. She returned to stuffing her backpack and managed to get all her books to fit by some miracle. Sam hurried to homeroom, not wanting to be caught by the late bell that as due to ring any minute. She was the last student in class, but thankfully Lancer wasn't there yet. Sam slipped into her seat next to Tucker and stared forlornly at Danny's empty seat in front of her.

She hated that her best friend was being tormented on a daily basis. Sam knew that circumstances would cause Danny to reveal his secret sooner or later, it was almost a necessity. He had already shown the entire world so much without even realizing it and people were still having trouble grasping it, although they didn't say anything. She was glad that Danny at least had some company, but Sam would like nothing more than for her best friend to be back home in his normal seat in front of her.

"So, what happened in the hallway?" Tucker asked, effectively snapping Sam out of her thoughts.

"What makes you think something happened?" Sam said evasively.

Tucker adjusted his glasses. "Because Paulina stormed in here muttering something about 'gothic freaks'." He said. Tucker raised an eyebrow. "Sam, what did you do? Because if I missed another catfight-"

"I technically didn't do anything." Sam cut in. "Paulina came up to me in the hallway and tried to apologize for earlier. Of course, I didn't believe her for a second, she probably wanted a guarantee that I wouldn't beat the snot out of her again."

Tucker frowned. "So, if you didn't do anything to her, what did you say to her?" he asked.

Sam shrugged. "I can't really remember. I think the thing that got to her was when I shouted about her extensions to the entire hallway."

Tucker opened his mouth to say something more but closed it when Mr. Lancer walked in. "We'll talk about this later." He whispered to Sam.

"Robin, are you sure this is a good idea?" Cyborg asked.

"I don't see any other options." Robin said. "Danny and Raven's situation is just getting more and more volatile. We can't just sit here and wait for them to save themselves."

"Well, yeah." Beast Boy agreed. "But isn't going to Fiji just asking for trouble? I mean, there's no way Control Freak didn't set traps."

The Titans started the day the same way they had every day for nearly a week; sitting in the common room brainstorming on how to help Danny and Raven. Robin had suggested they take the T-Ship to Fiji and strike at the source. He pitched that since they already knew that Danny and Raven's environment wasn't real, all they had to do was take down Control Freak and then wreck the simulation. Robin knew it was a shaky plan, but it was all he could come up with.

"I agree with friend Beast Boy." Starfire said. "Control Freak would most definitely have something planned for us. I fear we would be walking straight into a trap."

Robin ran a hand through his hair out of frustration. "I know. I just don't know what else we can do. What kind of heroes would we be if we just sat and watched them?"

Starfire drifted over to Robin and placed a hand on his shoulder, giving it a warm squeeze. "I understand your concern, friend Robin. I also do not like that we are unable to do anything." She said.

"Yeah, Rob." Cyborg agreed. "I'd like to do anything to help Raven, but if we head to Fiji and get captured, not only would we leave the city unprotected, but if we get captured too, we'd have to worry about saving ourselves before we even think of Danny and Raven."

/

It was the shivering that woke Danny up. He instinctively pulled Raven's cloak tighter around his shoulders but the thin fabric did little to insulate him. The environment had changed yet again, turning into a barren wasteland of ice and snow, accompanied by a subtle but piercing wind. There was absolutely nothing in sight save for a few mountains. No trees, no grass…no Raven.

Worried, Danny stood up, almost instantly regretting doing so when the wind hit his damp jeans. "R-Raven?!" he called, unable to keep the shiver out of his voice. Danny frowned, regretting not using his ghost powers more often. He knew that if he went ghost, the cold wouldn't affect him. He also knew that Raven would probably kill him for not telling her earlier.

"Behind you." Raven said, effectively snapping Danny out of his thoughts.

Danny swiveled around, shivering even more when the action stirred up more wind around him. Raven stood with her arms crossed and a concerned look on her face. "Are you okay?" she asked.

"I'm f-freezing!" Danny exclaimed. He looked over her curiously. "Aren't you? I mean, I have your cloak."

"I placed a warming charm on myself. I should have done it to you first." She said.

"Uh, yeah. That would have been fantastic." Danny said with a hint of sarcasm.

Unimpressed, Raven muttered something under her breath that Danny didn't quite catch and gave a passive wave of her hand. A flash of black energy flowed over Danny, instantly warming him. He let out a sigh of relief as all the cold left his body.

"Thanks." He said, taking Raven's cloak off his shoulder and giving it to her.

"No problem." Raven said as she slipped the cloak on, relishing in the familiar feeling of the soft fabric around her body.

"Well, now what do we do?" Danny asked. "I have honestly lost my bearings and have no idea where that blinking light from a while back is supposed to – "

"It's about a couple hundred miles ahead of us. It's hidden in that mountain." Raven said, interrupting him and pointing towards a mountain in the east. At Danny's questioning look she added, "I did some scouting while you were sleeping."

"So, we just fly a few hundred miles and then we're home free?" he asked.

"You know it won't be that simple." Raven said, fighting down a smile.

Danny chuckled. "You can't blame a guy for trying."

"Are you ready to go?" Raven asked.

Danny nodded and they both took off, several feet in the air. The entire thing felt incredibly surreal for Danny, flying as Fenton next to a major superhero as if it were the most natural thing in the world. Danny realized that he and Raven had come a long way in the past days, Raven more so than he. Danny was certain they had formed a strong friendship, like what he had with Sam and Tucker, maybe even more than that.

That fact made him feel even guiltier for keeping his secret from her.

"Hey, Raven?" he asked, shouting slightly to be heard over the wind.

"Yes?"

"We're friends, right?"

"Danny, spare me. Just spit it out."

"Oh, right." Danny said, blushing out of nervousness. "Well, I'm –ah – I'm Danny Phantom."

"Took you long enough." Raven said.

Shocked, Danny stopped flying abruptly, hovering in midair. Raven drifted a little further and turned to face him, her face betrayed no emotion. "Wait. You knew?" Danny asked.

"Of course I did." Raven answered shortly.

"B-but how?!"

"I'm an empath, Danny." Raven explained. "I can sense things about people; their emotions, their auras, whether they're lying or not." She said giving him a pointed look.

Danny had the grace to look embarrassed. "How long have you known?" he asked.

"Since the day I got my powers back." Raven answered. "Your aura seemed a bit…well…dead." She said rather bluntly.

"Oh." Danny said.

Raven arched an eyebrow. "You seem disappointed." She said.

Danny shrugged. "I mean, it all seems a little…anticlimactic. This is my biggest secret and the fact that you already know just kills the mood, I guess."

Raven rolled her eyes. "If it makes you feel better, I have no idea what Danny Phantom looks like or how you transform."

Feeling slightly better, Danny closed his eyes and let the familiar cool, refreshing feeling that came with his transformation wash over him. When he opened his eyes, he was Phantom and he was smiling. He did a loop in the air, relishing in the feel of being fully himself again. Raven watched him as he did that, a small smile gracing her lips.

"Feel better?" she asked.

"Much."

/

Raven had initially thought they would be able to get to the mountain by the end of the day, but by the time night had fallen, it was as if they were no closer to their goal than when they started. The whole thing was making Raven frustrated. She could feel her powers fluctuating because of her emotions, and the warming spell she placed on herself was starting to fade. He glanced over to Danny, who seemed more bored than irate. If his warming spell was fading too, he gave no indication. Nonetheless, Raven stopped abruptly, causing Danny to fly several feet in front of her before he realized she wasn't following him.

"What gives?" Danny asked looking at her with concern in his neon green eyes.

Raven found her mouth tipping down into a fierce scowl, even though she didn't want it to. "This is frustrating. Whatever or whoever is manipulating the environment obviously doesn't want us to get to the mountain today."

Danny glided closer to her. "If that's the case, there's probably another natural disaster waiting for us if we do stop, so I say we keep going." He said.

"And prolong the inevitable?" Raven countered. "We could fly for days and still not be any closer to that awful mountain, and we'd be far too tired to face anything that could be thrown at us. If we stop now, while we're still strong, we can beat-"

Raven was suddenly smacked out of the air and sent hurdling into Danny on her way down. They both landed hard on the icy ground, a faint powdery layer of snow being the only thing that cushioned their fall. "Ugh." Danny groaned as he stood up. He rolled his sore shoulders to shake off some of the pain. "What hit us?" he asked, offering Raven a hand up.

As Raven accepted the hand up a loud, rumbling roar cut through the air. "I'd say that did." she answered, gesturing over Danny's shoulder.

Danny turned to face where she gestured to, and took a tiny step back when he saw what it was. The closest thing he could compare it to was the Chimeras he learnt about in school: an unnatural mash-up of several different animals, combining all their lethal traits into one deadly creature. This Chimera had the head of a snake, complete with two long fangs, eight legs like an arachnid, the tail of a scorpion with the poisonous hooked tip, and large bat-like wings. The creature was massive, as large as Cujo when he got angry, and was made entirely out of ice. The Chimera gave a tremendous roar and started scuttling towards them.

"Aw crud." Danny said.

"Take to the sky." Raven ordered. She flew up, but not out of the creature's range and started to fly forward very quickly. She flipped over to fly on her back, blasting rays of her dark energy at the Chimera. She missed quite a few times – the creature moved very rapidly – and the few hits she did manage to land bounced off harmlessly.

"Um, shouldn't we be flying higher? You know, to get away from it?" Danny asked. He flew alongside her, following her lead and blasting the Chimera with his ecto-rays, having limited success as well.

"That thing has wings. If we go any higher it will fly after us. Do you think we'll have better luck in the air?" Raven asked.

"Well, what's the plan here? We fly on forever and hope that one of us lands a lucky shot?" Danny asked.

Raven stopped abruptly and immediately fell into a lotus position, once again causing Danny to accidentally fly several feet in front of her before stopping. "Stay back." Raven warned. Against his gut feeling Danny hung back, barely, and watched.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Raven shouted. A large, solid beam of obsidian energy seemed to flow out of every pore of her body and moved towards the creature, melting all the ice in its path and giving rise to a lot of steam. When the beam finally hit the creature it let loose a pained roar and thrashed violently to get out of the beam's path, but Raven didn't falter, even though Danny could see her face scrunched up in discomfort. Eventually the creature's roars became weaker and eventually dulled to nothing as even more steam rose up.

Raven dropped her lotus pose and flew over to Danny. Her fatigue was made obvious by her strained facial features. "Do you think that worked?" Danny asked, peering through the steam. Raven gripped his arm and steered him away from the cloud of steam.

"I'd rather not stick around to find out." She said bluntly. "Let's go."

Raven took the lead and after a brief moment of hesitation Danny followed her. He quickly realized that she wasn't flying nearly as fast as she had been earlier, which didn't surprise him. Her last attack took an obscene amount of energy, and he was even surprised she wasn't unconscious yet. Danny sped up until he was right by her side. Wordlessly, he locked arms with her and gave Raven a small smile when she gave him a bewildered look.

"It's okay." He told her. "I can fly for both of us."

Raven said nothing and faced forward, but Danny could feel her leaning on him more, accepting his support. A small blush crept up Danny's neck at their closeness, but Raven seemed unfazed. The urgency of their flight had faded, since the creature wasn't coming after them, and they were drifting at a more leisurely pace. The mountain was still in sight, though it wasn't getting any closer.

A small part of Danny didn't want them to get to the mountain. He knew that was insanely selfish. He and Raven had both been through a lot, Raven more so than him, and he would give anything for a day back in Amity Park, but Danny knew they would probably never see each other again. Raven would go back to fighting crime in Jump City with her team, and Danny would go back to protecting Amity Park. Danny liked the odd relationship they had, and he liked Raven too and would love to get to know her better. He reasoned they could keep in touch, but letters or emails just wouldn't be the same.

Danny was cut out of his musings by Raven roughly jabbing him in his side. "Look behind us!" Raven shouted urgently.

Danny turned and saw that the chimera was back, scuttling rapidly after them, he somehow hadn't heard its thunderous footsteps when he was thinking. Gritting his teeth and frowning, he flew much faster, tightening his grip on Raven's arm. "How is it still alive?" he shouted over the sound of the rushing wind.

"I wouldn't be surprised if it regenerated." Raven mumbled. Her eyebrows furrowed in concentration; she was thinking. "I don't have enough energy for another attack like that. I'm pretty sure that even if I did, it would probably just regenerate."

A loud roar cut into their conversation and the chimera lunged at them, extending its snake-like neck to grasp them in its jaws. Danny held Raven tightly with both hands and flew straight up, narrowly avoiding the creature's fangs. "Why isn't it following us?" Danny mumbled once they got to a safe height.

"Its wings." Raven said as though she were talking to herself. "They haven't regenerated yet. If they haven't regenerated yet, I doubt they'd regenerate at all."

Danny sensed she was on the verge of an idea. "Meaning?" he asked.

"I think that every time a part of this creature is destroyed, it loses power and can only regenerate a few parts of its body. If we hit it enough times, it'll lose more and more body parts and its power will become increasingly more unstable until it falls apart." Raven explained. She frowned in frustration. "I barely have enough power to fly, I doubt I could do any significant damage. And you can't attack properly and hold on to me at the same time either."

Danny thought for a moment, looking down at the chimera. It was screeching and jumping frantically, trying desperately to snap at them with its snake-head. It was almost comical. "Can you hold a force field?" Danny asked.

"I could." Raven answered, "But I doubt I could sustain more than a few hits. What are you thinking?"

"What if I set you down and take care of this thing myself? It would be too preoccupied by me to pay attention to you, but you could put up a force field just in case." Danny said.

Raven thought for a moment. It wasn't the most ideal plan, but it was the only one they had. "Are you sure you can manage by yourself?" Her voice was laced with concern.

Danny shot her a cocky grin. "Please, Raven. I defend an entire town, this is nothing."

Raven rolled her eyes at him, unimpressed. Danny ignored her and swiftly turned them invisible. The chimera stopped jumping and roaring, and stood very still, flicking its forked tongue out periodically.

"It's trying to catch our scent." Raven muttered. "We don't have much time."

Danny quickly flew several dozen feet away from the creature and set Raven down carefully. "You'll be fine here, right?" he asked, letting their invisibility slip.

"Yes." Raven answered, squeezing his arm firmly in assurance. "Now go, before it sees us."

Danny nodded and took off towards the beast. Cupping his hands, he formed glowing green ball of ecto-energy between his palms. "Hey, ugly! Over here!" he shouted. The chimera stopped tasting the air and turned to face Danny, who threw the ecto-ball at it. It exploded in a burst of green light at the creature's feet, knocking its legs out from under it and blowing all of them off its torso. It let out the loudest roar yet and swung its snake head back and forth as it wriggled its torso. Danny spared a glance at Raven, and was relieved to see a dome of black energy surrounding a small area where he had left her.

Turning his attention back to the chimera, he saw that it had already started to form new, immature legs. The legs looked incomplete, like stubs. Danny noticed the change and felt a surge of hope: Raven's plan was working. With renewed vigor Danny fired rapid shots of ectoplasm at the chimera, distracting and enraging it. A strong, well-placed blast took its tail clean off, and it disintegrated harmlessly into powdery snow. The blast forced the creature onto its back, and the chimera howled and started to writhe on the ground in pain.

"Huh." Danny scoffed, pausing for a moment to look at the creature. "Not so tough now, are you?"

"Can you not play around?" Raven asked, taking Danny's attention away from the chimera. Her voice showed the strain she was under. "I'm not sure how long I can hold this."

"Oh." Danny said, embarrassed that he had been caught showing off. He turned to face the creature, still wriggling on the ground, and charged a large ectoblast at it. Danny figured this last blast at its head would completely destroy it. Suddenly, the chimera righted itself onto its belly and started to slither past Danny, and rammed straight into Raven's shield.

She grunted at the hit but held her ground, even though the impact temporarily made her shield flicker. "Raven!" Danny shouted in alarm.

"I'm fine!" Raven yelled back. "Just shoot it!"

Danny took aim, but couldn't get a clear shot because the chimera was scuttling in a zig-zag pattern around Raven's shield. The chimera would frequently attack Raven's shield as it moved. Sometime the shield would flicker, but Raven would always scream. Each scream brought a surge of adrenaline through Danny, and made his aim even more unsteady.

"I can't get a clear shot!" he yelled frantically.

"It doesn't matter!" Raven yelled. Pain and desperation were evident in her voice and made Danny heart sink. "Do it anyway!"

Danny suddenly felt very cold. "But I'll hit you!"

"Take the shot!"

Danny drew in a shaky breath, and using his other hand to steady his arm he aimed as best as he could and released a large ectoblast right at Raven and the creature. There was a large explosion of green ecto-energy and snow, and the chimera was destroyed without another sound. Danny didn't even wait for the snow to settle before he flew right towards where he had last seen Raven.

"Raven!" He yelled desperately as he searched through the snow on his hands and knees. "Raven where are you? Can you hear me? Raven!" A piece of blue fabric caught his eye and he leapt towards it. He frantically dusted the snow off her and pulled Raven up over his lap. She was unconscious and way too still.

He cupped her face with shaky hands. "Raven? Oh my god. Are you okay? Please be okay. Wake up!" He shook her gently, but she didn't stir.

Danny huddled over her, cradling her head against his chest. "I'm so so sorry. I knew I shouldn't have taken the shot, we could have found another way to beat it. I didn't mean to hurt you, I would never hurt you. Please wake up." He was rambling on and rocking back and forth as he cradled her, overcome with guilt and sorrow.

By some miracle though, Raven coughed. Danny sat straight up as Raven continued coughing and opened her eyes. "Ugh" she said thickly. "A little more to the left would have worked."

Danny was so happy he could hardly speak. He felt a wave of relief and joy and something else he wasn't quite sure of, but it made him cup Raven's face in his hands again and pause. Raven looked at him with confusion in her deep, beautiful purple eyes. "What are you-"

Her question caught in her throat as Danny pressed his lips to hers in a kiss.

The scene cut to black and a baffled Control Freak who fanned himself dramatically. "Well ladies and gents, on that steamy note I think now would be a good time to end the episode." He shared a conspiratorial grin with the viewers. Honestly folks, I didn't set this up but it is going much better than I expected."

He stepped back from the camera and gave a dainty twirl that a man his size should not be capable of.

"What will happen next? Will Raven kiss back? Will she hex the little Casanova into next Tuesday? Find out tomorrow on the next episode of Live!"
