Chapter .8.

"That man in those pictures is YOU Edward. Your soul in those bodies. YOU are my one and only. Always have been and always will be to the day I fade", Islana says gently looking Edward right in the eyes.

She knew this would shock him. Because he had told her his beliefs that he didn't have a soul. Well she would have to do her best to show him he did.

Everyone looked flabbergasted and Edward's eyes were wide with shock and his jaw had dropped.

"Edward come back too me", Islana says softly

Islana softly talks to him hoping to draw him back to the world.

Edward's thoughts where a mess. How could this be possible? He couldn't be these men. It just wasn't possible. She had to be wrong. Edward may have desperately wanted to believe her but it just wasn't possible with his soul be in tatters.

"Your soul is far from being in tatters my love", Islana says softly

"That is not possible", Edward says after some time.

"It is", Islana replies

"No…", Edward starts

"I swear on the River Styx that what I did just say was true. Every word off it", Islana vows.

Thunder booms signally her oath. And nothing happens to her and that leaves them once again speechless.

"So he was reincarnated?" Carlisle asks after getting his mind wrapped around it.

"Yes. He was been reincarnated many, many times. And I have found him in each life", Islana confirms smiling softly at Edward.

"Edward is my Father?" Alice asks shocked

"It that life yes. His name was Edwin Dixon. And he loved you so very much", Islana informs them

"But…but…", Edward stutters

"Edward I have only ever been with your soul. Even from the beginning. When I was finally realised from living in my fathers stomach", Islana informs them

"Ewww", Jessica, Lauren, Tanya, Irina, the kids and a few others say.

Islana shrugs, "It is the truth"

"Islana I..", Edward was struggling to find words.
"Edward I saw you loving me for millennia's. I am the Goddess of Destinies. I can see my soulmate. I saw you loving me through the long, long centuries each time you were reborn. I saw each time you were reincarnated and my beloved twin and I have a deal he tells me too", Islana explains to them

"This is a lot to take in", Edward says trying to wrap his head around the information he was being given.

"So you have always loved the same soul?" Jasper asks

"Yes", Islana replies smiling

"Don't say you haven't played around with anyone else. Wouldn't the be so boring?" Emmett asks

She laughs, "Emmett I swore to the love and be with the same soul for eternity. So no I haven't been with another soul but Edward's. I have never wanted too. And I never will. Edward has been my love, soulmate and my faithful lover for many, many, MANY Millennia's"

Edward looks into Islana's gold, brown, green and teal eyes and saw the truth in them. He saw the utter love and devotion in them. But he also saw the truth within those Ancient Eyes.

"Your still my Bella, my Isla", Edward states softly moving to her side.

She moves her hands to the side off his face.

"My Edward, my love, my other half. I have missed you so", Islana says softly looking into his golden eyes.

"I have missed you too. May I kiss you?" Edward asks nervously

Islana laughs, "You never have to ask me my love"

Edward leans in and kisses her lips softly. They tasted different. More earthy with cherry's and so many other tastes. He just knew for some reason she tasted of time itself.

Islana kisses him back passionately. Showing just how much she loved him. Edward puts more power into the kiss. But then realises he is a vampire he could hurt her.

"Ewww", the their kids say giggling

Islana breaks off laughing at her kids antics.

"You can't hurt me Edward, my love. I am an Immortal Goddess. Emphasize on the Immortal Goddess part. If anything I can hurt you", Islana informs him giggling.

"It will take time to get used to that love", Edward replies

She smiles, "We have a very long time for you to get used too it"

Islana and Edward were staring into each others eyes. Their eyes shone with love and fondness.

Tanya glares at the Goddess. Edward was HERS! She would make Eddie see that.

Rosalie didn't know what to do. Was Be…Islana really saying she had only ever been with the one man for the last few thousand years? That was impossible wasn't it?

Jacob looks at Bella. That was all he saw. He may have imprinted on Renesmee but he still loved Bella in another way.

"Do you forgive me Edward?" Islana asks softly

"There is nothing to forgive", Edward replies, "But can you forgive me for how I acted and what I have done too you?"

"As you said there is nothing to forgive my love. I have ever only seen the true you", Islana replies

"Lady Islana, Percy and Annabeth said that their our laws about Gods being with their children or mortals. Is that true?" Carlisle asks

"Call me Islana in private and it is", Islana confirms

"Then how can you be seeing us now?" Carlisle asks curiously

Islana smirks, "I struck a bargain with my Little brother"

"She means she made him pout and sulk like a child", a voice says from behind them

That makes everyone jump but Islana who rolls her eyes at her twin brothers voice.

"Brother that wasn't nice scaring them like that", Islana chiles softly

The man rolls his eyes.

"That was nice. Compared to what you did to our dear little brother", he replies

Islana now rolls her eyes.

"And I am NOT NICE!" he declares

"Sure", she replies sarcastically

Everyone was watching the tennis match between the pair.

"Umm just who are you?" Emmett asks

The man smirks, "I am Hades, God of the Dead and Riches, King of the Underworld, Twin of Islana"

"Your Hades?" Jacob asks sceptically

"Yes", Hades replies

"But you look…", Jacob starts leaving it hanging.

"Do you prefer this?" Hades replies transforming into a fierce fiery creature.

(AN/If you watched the movie Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. When Hades transforms in it. That is what he looks like)

They all jump back startled. The kids tremble looking scared.

"HADES!" Islana shouts, "ENOUGH! Your scaring my children and them!"

Hades immediately transforms back into human form.

"You were saying?" Hades asks Jacob and Emmett smirking, having enjoyed himself.

"Hades knock off the big brother card! I didn't even know you could pull that card off", Islana scolds him.

She was surprised. Hades had never pulled the protective act out before on her. Or the big brother card. That was new. But did he really have to do it in front of little kids? HER babies. She was going to kill him when her family had to go back to Camp.

"Just want them to know who they will pis…", Hades starts

Islana glares at him, "Language", she says with a small look at the kids which Hades noticed.

"…ticked off if they ever hurt you again or ever", Hades finishes.

"I won't hurt her ever again Lord Hades", Edward says bowing before the Lord of the Dead.

"We swear too Lord Hades", Carlisle and the others say bowing

"We swear even though we have met Lady Islana", Eleazar, Carmen, Kate, Peter and Charlotte say bowing.

"We swear too", Sam says on behalf of his pack, bowing while glaring at Jacob to do what he is told.

"Ben and I swear to not hurt her", Angela says softly

"Good. Then those that swore will have my support", Hades replies giving them a hard look.

"What do you mean?" Alice asks

"Well Niece. Things have to change if you all want to have a relationship with Islana", Hades replies

"What do you mean?" Edward asks confused looking between Hades and his beloved.

Islana sighs she didn't want him to know. But she didn't have a choice.

"You do realize at the moment this meeting is a one off?" Islana asks softly

Their eyes widen looking at her.
"What do you mean Mummy?" Lizzie asks looking wide eyed at her mother.

Islana runs a hand through Lizzie's hair.

"Oh my darlings, my darlings, the law is the law", Islana says softly

"The law Percy and Annabeth talked about?" Jasper asks

"Correct. It is an Ancient Law. Which many do not agree with. I had to basically twist Zeus's arm to get this meeting. But don't threat we WILL have other meetings I swear on the River Styx", Islana vows.

"How?" Jemmalie asks her Mother.

"Because other Gods and Goddesses what the law changed. And the movement is gaining support. Soon the law WILL change. I have seen it", Islana tells them

"Seen it?" Alice asks, "Like seeing the future?"
"I see the strings of destiny daughter. I see things that could happen and what WILL happen. I see destinies that branch off other destinies and so on", Islana explains

"So I get the ability from you?" Alice asks her

"Yes. Just slighting different", Islana confirms.

Alice's eyes light up knowing she got something from her birth Mother. It was still strange for her that her best friend was her Mother.

"Doesn't that give you a headache?" Eleazar asks curiously

"Gods brains are able to adapt more then vampires Eleazar", Islana replies

"How so?" Carlisle asks wanting to know as much as possible.

"Humans use only about 20% of their brains, Demigods use 40%, Vampires and Shape-Shifters use around 60% – 80% of their brains. Gods basically use 110% off our brains. We have many thoughts going through our heads at once. Many tasks are being done by me while I am still talking to you", Islana explains.

"That is hard to believe you are doing anything else besides talking to us", Rosalie says nastily

Hades growls at her attitude. Islana raises her hand to stop Hades.

"Believe what you want Rosalie. But it IS the truth", Islana says softly

She knew it would take Rose a while to warm up to everything and her again. After all to Rose's mind she had hurt and lied to her family. So Islana was prepared to wait.

"Be careful daughter of Aphrodite and Hephaestus of how you speak too Gods. You might not like what you get in return", Hades warns her

"Enough Hades", Islana tells him

Hades rolls his eyes.

"Is there anything else you want?" Islana asks him

"Not now. Just thought I would meet those you fought so hard for", Hades replies

"Well now you have", Islana replies

"ISLANA!" a voice shouts

Islana and Hades roll their eyes at their little brothers voice.

"Who is that?" Edward asks in alarm

"That is Zeus. He is here to tell me, my time is up", Islana says gently

"We have to go now Mummy?" EJ asks with tears in his eyes.

His brother and sisters also have tears in their eyes.

"You babies you have too. But we will see each other again. I promise. Remember what I said", Islana tells them softly kissing their foreheads.

"Islana do I really have to leave you?" Edward asks looking pained.

"You do my Edward. But it is not forever", Islana replies pulling him in for a kiss.

"I'll miss you", Edward says after kissing her back.

"My cabin is yours to use. All you Cullen's. I am never far. I am always watching", Islana replies

"That is not creepy at all", Tanya, Jessica and Lauren mutter

Hades glares at them but Islana ignores them.

"Be careful all off you. The world you have entered it dangerous. And I don't want my brother having to judge your souls so soon if at all", Islana tells them.

She hugs all the Cullen's but Rosalie. She hugs Angela and Ben too. She hugs her babies tight and kisses their foreheads again.

Then gives Edward a passionate kiss.

"ISLANA!" the voice booms again.

"Remember it is not forever", Islana says softly pulling away from Edward.

"How do we get back?" Jasper asks

"Like this", Islana says snapping her fingers.

They disappear in a flash of light. Leaving Islana alone with Hades in her temple.

"Are you ok Sister?" Hades asks softly

"Lets just get that blasted law changed", Islana replies wiping tears from her eyes.

"ISLANA!"

"I am going to murder HIM!"
