Note: This takes place after the eclipse zodiac spirits arc and will not be following the story line seen in the anime/manga

*RING RING* Everyone started pouring out of class and into the halls. I am Ryan Argus, just an average 13 year old boy with short, black, and kinda spiky hair. My last class of the day just got out and I was not looking forward to my homework. When I got home I found a note saying my mom had to take a double shift, and with my dad always being at work this hour, I was home alone. My brother was out at some after school club about trees or something, I never really payed any attention as to what it is. I plopped down on the couch and started my math homework.

About 5 problems in some strong wind kicked up and knocked my window open, it wasn't unusual, that window has always been loose. I went over to close it and when I reached my hand out a big metal hand reached over and grabbed me by the wrist.

"Ahhhhh!" I screamed as the hand pulled me over and out the window.

"Be quiet!" A female voice hissed in my ear "my name is Erza Scarlet, you don't have to be afraid of me."

"Then let GO of me!" I retaliated. She let go and I turned around to look at her instead of running like every muscle in my body told me to do. She was wearing metal armor and looked around 20. She had hair down to her back the same color as her name. I looked at her with a curious yet cautious look.

"Why did you grab me!?"

"So I could speak with you and tell yo two things, one, you are in danger and two, we need your help."

"You could have just knocked on my door… wait DANGER!? And who's we?" Out from behind the armored woman came another girl. She looked about 18 and had long blond hair she was wearing a white half shirt thing with a blue heart on it, a blue and white short jacket, with a black skirt and stockings. She also had a wip. "Hi, I'm Lucy heartfilia" she said with a cheerful attitude.

"hey" I said. If they wanted to hurt or capture me they would have by now, but still… I thought

Erza spoke up "as I was saying, we could help each other. We can protect you while you need it and then you can help us take down Zeref"

"who's Zeref?"

"Pure evil" Lucy responded. "And you need to help us fight him."

"Well I'd like to help you but how can I, I'm just a kid."

"Your name IS Ryan Argus, right"

That freaked me out "how did you know that?!" They looked at each over, confused.

"If you are Ryan then how do you not know about your powers?" Erza said.

"What does that even mean?" All of the sudden the grass around our feet began to wither I looked up and the tree in my front yard was dead. I look over and saw a man standing in my driveway. He was wearing high-collared black and tan robes with gold trim, along with a large, flowing white toga draped around him and had short black hair.

"Zeref!?" His eyes turned red and some black smoke or something started to swirl around him

"What the…" I said.

"Requip! Adamantine Armor" There was a flash and then Erza was standing in front of me with a new set of navy blue and white armor and a giant shield while the black waves passed over me and lucy.

"Come on!" lucy yelled. She grabbed me by the wrist and pulled my to a run, I noticed a mark on the back of her hand but didn't ask about it. She pulled out a platinum colored key and yelled "Open gate of the unicorn, Monoceros" *DING DONG* The key began to glow and then all of the sudden there was a unicorn galloping next to us "Monoceros, open a get back to fairy tail!" Me and Lucy stopped while the horse ran ahead and used its horn to create a swirling, glowing, hole in mid air. I was too out of breath to flip out. "Erza!" Lucy yelled back. I turned to see her on her knees with only half her shield left. She look back, saw the hole, punched Zeref in the gut then sprinted at us. Lucy lept through the glowing tunnel first followed by Erza throwing me in, then jumped in herself.

I woke up surrounded by people, there was a girl with long, dark blue hair next to me, and her hands were on my chest, glowing. She looked over at me and blushed "Oh, you're awake!" She removed her hands and they stopped glowing. I looked around, the guy at the foot of my bed grinned showing off his canines that were the same as mine, big, and said

"Hey, i'm Natsu Dragneel, welcome to Fairy Tail"

"Aye sir" a blue cat with wings yelled floating next to him. I passed out again.
