Hey guys, after a long time I'm back again (Nervous laugh) Okay, plz don't hit me with bricks or anything like it, Burgers or French fries are welcome. Actually I already answers the readers who asked me why I'm not publishing next chapter, but I'll like to tell you guys too. My laptop fell from bed and it broke, have a big crack on its base and I bought that only 5 months before. So I had to work really hard to get a new one and finally I got one like 2 weeks ago. And after that some writer's block, but I finally made it and here's the 6th chapter, enjoy.

Lights, Camera...Action!

The sun is rising slowly over the horizon, defeating the dark night with the rays of shine and hopes.

A certain trainer who never gets up before 9-10 am, today he become the first to wakes up, at least he think he is the first. When he opened his eyes, he saw a beautiful and pretty honey blonde haired girl, his arms were wrapped around her and her head was buried on his chest, he can easily feel her warm breath, he just stared at her with a wide smile and playing with her silky and smooth hairs, he could smell the sweet fragrance of her hairs. He could feel the burning sensation on his face, but thought to avoid it, currently he only wanted to see her crush's innocent face.

"This is one of the best dream I ever had. I woke up so early; Serena is sleeping in my arms. I wish this dream never ends." Ash thought in her mind, but what he didn't know was that this all is real.

Serena suddenly opened her blue eyes, which shocked Ash and he backed off himself a little and his head smacked to Pikachu. The mouse got scared by the sudden attack and released a light thunderbolt, "Pika Chuuuuu," and he got shocked by his starter. Fortunately Ash's body was not touching Serena when he got shocked. So, she didn't have to tolerate the thunderbolt.

"Oh my, Ash, Are you okay?" Serena asked in concerned tone.

"Ouch, that hurts." Ash said, "Wait a minute that mean, this is not a dream and Serena was actually sleeping in my tent, near me." Now Ash was totally dumfounded.

Clemont and Bonnie heard the scream of Ash and ran toward his tent, but when they saw Serena with him with her sleeping bag, Clemont got confused but Bonnie knew everything. After all she saw Serena going out from her tent to Ash's tent the previous night.

"Ugh…..Serena, what are you doing here?" Clemont asked her, while raising one of her eyebrows.

Clemont just asked her the most feared question she thought of, "Ugh…Clemont….ugh…I…was…." Clemont just caught Serena totally off guard, she didn't knew what to answer, she thought that today her biggest secret will get reveal in front of Ash.

But thankfully, this time Bonnie took the initiative to save Serena from her big bro, "Hey Clemont, that's their personal matter. You shouldn't ask them such questions." Bonnie scolded her bro, while passing an evil grin to Serena, which she noticed, "I'm really hungry, let's go and make some food Clemont and let them enjoy their special private moment." Bonnie suggested to her brother and passes an even eviler smile to Serena.

"Okay, let's go." Clement agreed and went with her sister to make breakfast.

Serena deeply exhaled, finally her secret is safe again and she didn't have to tolerate much embarrassment. She turned toward Ash, who was still in shock.

She tapped on Ash's shoulder lightly, which was enough to take him out of shock.

"What were you doing in my tent?" Ash asked in astonishment.

"I couldn't sleep with Bonnie because of her weird sleeping postures, so I came here." Serena half lied, she couldn't sleep there was right, but because of Bonnie, that was completely wrong. She couldn't sleep because she always imaged from the day they departed that, on the first night of the journey they would sleep together in a single tent. And she couldn't give up on that so quickly, that's what Ash has taught her, "Never to give up until the end." Unknowing to her, her face was on fire, when she was thinking about her dreams and fantasies, turning into pure crimson color.

Ash noticed it and just smiled. He loved to see her face, but with blush her on it, it's like cherry over a already delicious and beautiful cake.

After few more cute moments between them they went inside the tent to get ready for their journey.

"By the way Ash, why were you staring at me when I was sleeping?" She asked in a teasing yet playful tone, while brushing her hairs.

This question took him off guard, "How…How…do you know that" Ash stuttered, while a pink hue appeared on his face.

"I wasn't sleeping Ash; I was just lying pretending to sleep, to see what wrong or naughty things you'll do." Serena informed and giggled with a evil smirk.

"Really," Ash exclaimed, his blush intensified, his face was turning even redder than any red chili, regretting his decision of caressing her face and hairs. He turned his face to hide his blush from Serena. At least he didn't try to kiss or he could be dead by now.

"You really like to stare at me and caressing my hairs, don't you?" Serena enquired, while tying the red ribbon at the end of her long honey blonde hairs.

"Is that even a question? Anyone would like to do that and I just love your smooth hairs." Ash said goofily. That statement of Ash was very much true but she would only allow Ash to do it. Once Calem try to caresses her face, that time she threatened him by say she would complain to Police.

Serena didn't answer him as a pink hue starts appearing over her face, and Ash's too. But she finally thought to break the awkward silence, "Let's go outside Ash, they must be waiting for us." She suggested, trying to hide her tomato like face and finally went outside the tent into the real world, followed by her crush.

Bonnie was the first to saw them, she thought of teasing them a little before breakfast. Teasing people is her best time pass activity and she is kind of expert in it and when her teasing partner, her Dad is with her, they become invincible in teasing peoples.

"Look Clemont, the two love birds are finally out of their nest. I wonder what they were doing the entire time?" Bonnie spoke, passing an evil smile to the future couple.

This intensified the color of their already blushing face, "Ugh we were just talking…..ugh…..anyway, Clemont what's for breakfast." Ash asked while stuttering, trying to hide his blush and also to change the topic. And fortunately he succeeded in his attempt.

"We have pancakes, Oran berry juice and some sandwiches for breakfast." Clemont announced proudly, after all not every person can make pancakes in the middle of woods.

Ash's eyes started to shine when he saw the heaven pancakes, they are one of his favorite food, "Okay then, what are we waiting for? Let's starts digging." Ash exclaimed and quickly grabbed a chair, waiting for others to come so that he could start the breakfast. He may be manner less while eating food, but he would never start until all his friends are with him to devour the food.

After eating the breakfast and some chatting in like one hour, they were again ready to continue their journey toward the Bug type gym in Santalune City.

"Okay, so let's go." Ash announced enthusiastically and the group started walking toward their destination.

Ash really wanted a gym battle, he didn't have one for like 9 months and now he can't wait, these few hours were killing him for battles. But again his attention went toward the honey blonde girls and with that, his adrenaline rush comes to a halt, whenever he sees her, his mind become calm.

"So Serena how was the night? Did you enjoyed it and have some fun with your boyfriend?" Bonnie asked her in a low voice, so low that only she and Serena can hear.

"Of course it was fun and…ugh…nice." Serena replied while stuttering, trying to avoid where she was going. Blush could be easy seen on her soft cheeks. "Bonnie knew too much respective to her age." This is all Serena can think after that question.

While Ash was busy staring at her crush's cute and pretty face, but this time she caught him and he immediately turned her face in the opposite direction., "MAN, I have to stop staring at her or she will know about this but she is so pretty and her eyes are so beautiful and calming, how can I stop this? Ash thought in her mind, while a pink hue started appearing on her face.

After around 5 hours of walk, they finally reached the outskirts of the City and as usual Ash was the one who was most excited and again started running toward random direction to find the Santalune gym.

"C'mon guys, let's find the Santalune gym and request a battle." Ash exclaimed while running toward a random direction, until Serena point it out.

"Ash, you don't even know where the gym is?" She informed, the last thing she wanted is to be Ash getting lost.

This cause Ash to halt his run aside of a fountain, "Actually I don't," He said sheepishly, "But gym badges and I have a very deep connections, I can feel them and we will win this one, right Pikachu?" Ash said proudly, while put one of his legs on fountain and Pikachu giving him a thumps up, showing its approval.

"Click," An unknown lady took a picture of them with her camera. She was in her early twenties, wearing a white tank top and a bluish green color Capri.

"What are you doing?" Serena asked suspiciously, she thought that she is taking Ash's picture for herself.

"Oh sorry for that, I just like the bond between him and his Pikachu." The unknown lady apologized, "By the way, my name is Viola." She continued; offering a hand for a handshake.

Ash accepted her hand and did a gentle handshake, "Nice to meet you Viola, my name is Ash, and she is Serena." He said, pointing toward the honey blonde girl.

"My name is Clemont and this is Bonnie." Clemont introduced himself and his little sister.

"Wait a minute…are you the gym leader, Viola." Ash asked, with the hope of getting a gym battle.

"Yup, that's me." Viola proudly admitted, "So you're Ash that my big sister highly says about."

"Probably that's me." Ash sheepishly laughed and confirmed.

Serena was getting worried seeing the friendly conversation between Ash and Viola; she couldn't control anymore and want them to stop. She thought about some idea and after thinking for few seconds, an idea hit her mind with the speed of light.

"Hey Ash your two Pokemon are still injured, don't you want to heal them first before a gym battle?" Serena reminded him, in the hope that this will distract him and causes him to stop the conversation, and luckily she succeeded. She didn't like to use Pokemons for her purpose, but she couldn't see any girl to get close to him.

"How I forget about them?" Ash said in a shocking tone, the health of Pokemon was always his first priority but this is the first time he forgot that his two Pokemons are still injured.

"Sorry Viola, I have to go to Pokemon Center for now. I'll come to challenge your gym in a few hours, so get ready." Ash informed, more like a warning.

They bid each other temporary bye and Viola leave toward her gym while Ash was little sad not because he didn't get to battle right now, but because he forgot about his Pokemons.

Ash sighed, he desperately wanted to have a gym battle but he knew that Serena was right, their Pokemon need a checkup, especially his Froakie and newly caught Fletchling. Both of them suffered from an intense battle.

"Alright, let's go to Pokemon Center." Ash spoke in a dull voice, she know that he's a little upset with this decision, but the health of Pokemon is more important. She went to him and put a hand on her shoulder, trying to relax him, "I know how badly you want this battle….." before she could complete her sentence, Ash stopped her.

"It's okay Serena. I know you're right but I want one thing from you." Ash said with a smile, which confused Serena and gave him "huh?" look.

"I just wanted you to be the loudest to cheer for me during the gym battle; will you do that for me?" Ash asked in a sincere manner.

Serena passes a sweet smile, "Of course I'll do it, and you didn't even have to ask for it."

Serena took out her GPS navigator and showed the directions; Ash and co. change their direction toward the Pokemon Center, in 10 minutes they reached the beautiful Pokemon Center of Santalune. They entered.

A beautiful Nurse Joy was on the desk to greet them and any other who enters, "Good Afternoon, How can I help you?" she asked politely.

"Will you do a quick checkup of our Pokemons?" Ash requested sincerely.

"Sure, please give the Pokeballs to Wigglytuff." Nurse Joy request, as a cute Balloon Pokemon came with a tray. All the trainers put their Pokeballs in it and Pikachu.

They waited for 20 minutes and finally they heard the healing sound and went back to Nurse Joy to collect their Pokemons.

"Your Pokemon are all healed up and completely fine." Nurse Joy said joyously, she always likes to give this good news to trainer.

"Finally, now I'm fully ready to take down the Santalune gym." Ash announced, he was totally pumped up, "So Miss Serena, will you please show us the path to the gym." He asked politely.

"Why not? Sir Ash." Serena said, with the same attitude and all of them laughed.

Serena again took out her life saving GPS device and enlightens the way to the gym. After about 15 minutes of walk around the city, they reached to a big green beautiful building and the sign of Gym was implemented upon its entrance, they were going to enter, until an mysterious Pokemon ran from the gym door and jumped on the raven haired boy, this cause him to fall on the ground and the mysterious Pokemon started to lick him.

"So you have finally made it to Santalune safely." A feminine voice said.

Everyone looked around to whose the voice belong to but Ash instantly recognized her without even seeing her face, it was Alexa's and that would mean the mysterious Pokemon should be Helioptile.

"Yeah, we finally made it." Ash said, after getting up from the ground and getting off the dust from him and his clothes and shook hands with her.

"And you have got some friends and a girlfriend too, huh." She said in a teasing manner.

This makes Ash and Serena to blush instantly.

"We aren't dating, yet." Ash replied, in a panicked tone.

"Really, I thought you two are dating." Alexa said in a perplexed tone while looking toward the girl.

Serena didn't said anything for first few seconds, "No, we aren't dating." She finally confirmed with a little sad expression, which didn't went unnoticed by the journalist.

"Anyway, my sister is eagerly waiting for you to start the battle. Let's go inside." Alexa suggested and everyone agreed and went inside the gym.

Everyone was in awe after seeing the many beautiful pictures taken by the gym leader, show her talent of photography.

"Oh Ash, so you're finally here. Are you ready for our battle?" Viola asked and Ash nodded in approval.

"Okay, so let's go to battlefield, follow me." She requested politely and everyone followed her.

Viola opened a door, revealing a giant battlefield surrounded by various plants and trees.

Ash quickly ran to a trainer box, while Viola stands in the opposite side of Ash. Alexa, Serena and the blonde siblings stood on the sidelines of the battlefield.

"Good Luck, Ash." Serena shouted at the top of her lungs, already cheering for Ash even before the battle started.

He was already pumped up but on watching Serena cheering for him, his energy got up to a whole new level. He was completely ready to destroy this place.

"So Ash, would you like to lose this battle the hard way or easy way?" Viola asked with a smirk.

Unfortunately, Ash's brain was not that much developed to understand her statement and all he did was making a perplexed expression and scratching his almost empty head.

After seeing the confused expression, Viola thought to tell him in simple way. "You see Ash, most of the trainers who face me are the newbie trainers, as this is the first gym they have to face, so I always have to restrict my choices, so I never use my strongest Pokemon." She informed the raven haired boy, "Alexa told me that you have faced many gyms before coming to Kalos. You'll lose that's for sure, but I just wanted to give you choices, I have two teams, one with only my daily Pokemons and the other with my daily Pokemons plus my strongest one. Which one you wanted to battle?"

"Oh, you could simply say that before. And I'll take the hard way but the difference would be, I'll win the match." Ash replied with confidence and determination in her voice.

Viola signaled the referee to start the battle, "Okay then, this will be a three on three battle and the match will be over when either trainer's Pokemon are unable to continue, only the challenger can substitute Pokemon." Referee announced the rules, "Let the battle began."

"Surskit, I chose you." Viola announced, while tossing a Pokeball in the air, from which an insect like Pokemon came out. As soon as the Surskit came out from its Pokeball, it started skating over the ground smoothly "Surs Surskit".

Ash took out his Pokedex to scan the Pokemon, "Surskit, the Pond skater Pokemon. Surskit can walk on water as if it was skating. It attracts prey with a sweet aroma it produces." The Pokedex informed in a robotic tone.

"Okay, then I'll choose you, Fletchling" Ash exclaimed, throwing a Pokeball. The Tiny Robin Pokemon came out and cried its battle cry, ready for its first battle with its trainer. "Fletch Fletchling"

There was a silent for few moments before Viola called out her first move. "Let's finish this quickly Surskit, use Ice beam on Fletchling." She ordered and a small ball of light formed above the antenna of Pond Skater Pokemon, and within a second it fired a beam of ice from that small light ball.

"Fletchling fast, dodge it, followed by Peck." Ash countered and the Tiny Robin Pokemon dodged the beam of ice gracefully, and dropped itself down toward the Pond Skater Pokemon with great speed.

"Protect fast." Viola panicked, at the very last moment Surskit made a force field around it, nullifying the peck attack.

"Woof that was a close one. For a beginner Pokemon like Fletchling, it's too fast." Viola thought. It wasn't like that she never fought with any Fletchling before, but this Fletchling is too fast, which of course took her by surprise.

"Good one Viola, but you can't use protect forever. No one can stop me from getting my first gym badge." Ash informed, a blazing fire can be seen in his eyes showing his pure determination and wanting of the badge. "Fletchling lets change our strategy a little, use double team followed by Peck." Ash commanded.

Within a second Fletchling started flying with high speed and make half a dozen of fake illusion of itself charging towards the Pond Skater Pokemon with long glowing pecks.

Viola smirked secretly, "Ash is very much predictable" She thought, "Come on Surskit, let show them we are not a piece of cake. Attack with Sticky Webs."

The Pond Skater Pokemon starts shooting multiple sticky webs on every illusion of the Tiny Robin Pokemon quickly and finally the sticky web hit the creator of the illusions and sends it to glass dome of the building, completely immobile sticking to the glass.

"Fletchling….ling" The tiny Robin Pokémon cried in pain

"Oh No Fletchling," Ash panicked, "Fletchling, try to free yourself fast." He suggested.

Fletchling tried its best by trying to free its wings and shaking itself violently but failed in its all attempts.

Viola smirked, "Let's finish this Surskit, use Ice beam on Fletchling." She commanded and the Pond Skater Pokémon followed its master's order and shots a very powerful beam of ice toward the helpless Tiny Robin Pokémon, who just saw the attack with horrified expression.

And finally the attack hit the Pokémon, causing it to cry in pain, it was super effective. Its body fell on ground, surrounding by cloud of dust. When the dust cleared down, Fletchling can be seen with swirl eyes.

"Fletchling is unable to battle. Challenger Ash, please reveal your next Pokémon." The referee announced.

"Oh no, Fletchling is down." Serena said in worried tone, putting a hand on her heart. She knows Ash can win the battle very easily, but she just can't stop worrying. She didn't want to show this to Ash and broke her promise, so she thought to cheer. "C'mon Ash, you can win this battle, just never give up." She cheered on top of her lungs.

Once again, Alexa noticed the split second worried expression on Serena's face.

Ash once again got pumped up seeing Serena cheering for him, "Okay Froakie, let's do this, I choose you." Ash announced and threw a Pokeball, from which the Bubble Frog Pokemon appears and took his battle stance. Standing totally silent, staring at his opponent.

"Resume the battle." The referee signaled.

"Surskit, use Signal Beam on Froakie." Viola commanded, and as soon as The Pond Skater Pokemon heard the move, it started to again form a small sphere of energy between its antennas, this time of light green color and within a second shot a beam of that color toward its opponent.

"Froakie, intercept it with Ice beam." Ash countered, the Bubble Frog Pokemon quickly made of light blue color of sphere too between his paws and shots a beam of ice toward the upcoming bug type beam.

As soon as the two attacks collided, they resulted into a big explosion, leaving a big cloud of dust on the middle of battlefield.

Ash smirked, "This is our chance Froakie, let use that cloud for our advantage. Use Aerial Ace on Surskit." He suggested, Froakie enveloped itself in silver aura and charged toward the Pond Skater Pokemon with intentions of doing great damage.

Viola gritted, she know her Pokemon can be in serious trouble if a flying type move hit it. "Surskit, keep your head up and watch closely." This is all she can say currently, very few times she became so helpless that she didn't know what to do and this is one of that time.

And suddenly the Bubble Frog Pokemon came from between of dust cloud with great speed, so fast that it cause all the dust to blow aside and finally hit its mark, landing a super effective move on the Pond Skater Pokemon. Surskit yelped in pain while it gets thrown few meters away.

"Oh no Surskit, are you alright?" Viola asked in a concerned tone, she would never want her Pokemon to get injured because of her pushing on. Fortunately, Surskit get up and nodded its head to show it can still battle.

"Alright then, Surskit let's stop Froakie's movement, use Sticky Web on him." Viola desperately ordered.

"Not this time Viola, Froakie show them your speed, dodge those webs and wrap it up with another Aerial Ace." Ash countered with full confidence, he would never fall for same trick twice, not after 5 years of experience.

The Pond Skater Pokemon tried to hit at least one sticky web on the Frog, but it was already too tired due to previous battle with the bird and the Frog was very fast too. Meanwhile the Bubble Frog Pokemon easily dodged every web from its opponent by doing his acrobatic tricks while enveloping himself in silver aura and finally he hit its mark, again landing a super effective move. This time the Pond Skater Pokemon was sent toward the wall and it collided with the wall with a loud thud and swirl eyes.

"Surskit is unable to battle. Gym leader Viola, please select your next Pokemon." The referee requested.

A red beam of light strike the defeated Pokemon and suck back in its Pokeball. "Well, that was a speedy Aerial Ace, I must say." Viola praised, "But my next Pokemon will be the last Pokemon you will be seeing throughout our battle" She added, but in her heart she knew she had no chance to win this battle, especially after what her sister told her about Ash's few achievements.

Finally Viola tossed her second Pokeball, revealing a butterfly like Pokemon, flapping its beautiful large wings, "Vi Vivillon" The Scale Pokemon cued elegantly.

Ash brought out his Pokedex to scan the Kalos native to fill entry of it, "Vivillon, the Scale Pokemon. Vivillon are skillfully able to find a source of water. It has been said that you'll find a spring if you follow a Vivillon." Dexter said in a robotic voice.

"Let's see if your Froakie is strong enough to take this or not. Vivillon, use Gust" Viola commanded.

"Froakie, try to stay on your foot." Ash countered.

The Scale Pokemon quickly started flapping its wing with great strength causing a small little hurricane to create on the battlefield; however Froakie somehow managed to stay at his place taking a fair amount of damage from the attack.

Viola was actually surprise to see the Kalos water starter Pokemon to take that attack and still standing, "That was really courageous but this battle is just getting started, Vivillon use Sleep Power with that Gust" She ordered with a smirk. Vivillon obey its master and started releasing green Sleep Power from its wings while still using Gust.

This time Ash has to do something or his newly caught starter could be in serious trouble, then suddenly an idea hit its small brain, "Froakie, use your frubbles to cover your nose" he suggested and the Bubble Frog Pokemon nodded and quickly cover his mouth and nose with his frubbles. The Pokémon was itself surprise, he could have never thought of using his frubbles for this purpose himself. This could mean having a trainer can really help to great strong faster.

Viola groaned, "That was a really smart use of frubbles Ash, I'm very impressed with it." She praised, which make Ash a little blush, which of course couldn't go unnoticed by Serena.

"Thank you Viola." Ash said with a smile, "But now let's finish this, Froakie jump up high and wrap this up with Ice Beam." He commanded, wanted to finish the battle fast, so he could battle Viola's strongest Pokemon. Froakie obeyed and with his great jumping skills, he jumped up in the air really high and started making an Ice type energy sphere between its paws to use Ice Beam.

"No you don't," Viola said, "Vivillon stop Froakie in the mid air with Psychic." She added and the Scale Pokemon easily caught the Frog in the mid air with its psychic power. The Bubble Frog Pokemon started to panic and lost all the energy he made for a successful Ice Beam.

"Good job Vivillon," Viola praised her Pokemon, "Now lets give the Froakie a little tour of our gym." She continued with an evil grin and with that the Scale Pokemon starts smacking the Water starter on roof, wall, battlefields, tress…almost everywhere.

Ash watched this is horror, he could never see his own Pokemon to take so much damage and get injured. This continued for few more seconds, before Vivillon released it from its psychic grip and the Bubble Frog Pokemon fall on the ground with a loud thud.

"Froa kiee" The Frog cried in pain, however he still wanted to battle and win it, he slowly started to stand up on his feet again.

Viola was in total awe, witnessing the will to win the battle for his new trainer, however she knew she have to finish this battle, "Vivillon….wrap this up with Solarbeam." She commanded, although she didn't want to make this move.

Glowing faint yellow, numerous balls of energy surrounded the Scale Pokémon and, soon, a much larger orb had formed in between its antennae. As the charge up was complete, Vivillon fired a bright beam of solar energy at the drowsing Froakie. The beam reached Froakie but, before it could collide into the Pokémon, the red beam of the Pokeball in Ash's hand surrounded Froakie and he was called back. The Solar Beam made a booming sound when it struck the ground where Froakie once stood, throwing dust everywhere.

Ash recalled his Froakie inside his Pokeball. Removing another Pokeball from his belt, he stared at it with intent. Finally, after a few moments, he tossed it up in the air. "It's time to show them what real power is, go my friend."

From the Pokeball, a large green bipedal Pokemon appeared with some big rounded seed on its back and a large tail with green leaves covered on it. As soon it came out from its Pokeball, it roared at top its lungs, "Sceeep tileee" trying to intimate the Scale Pokemon, and it succeed in its attempt, Vivillon surely looks very scared due to its roar. And the Forest Pokemon surely didn't like it, it never like when it has to battle a weak Pokemon who just get scared only by its sound.

Viola gritted, she can feel the power of the Forest Pokemon, "I never saw any Pokemon who is this powerful, this is going to be a really tough battle." She thought in her clever mind, trying to find a way to defeat Ash's strongest Pokemon, at least that's what she thought; unknowing to the fact that he might even have a strong Pokemon than Sceptile.

"Battle resume," Referee announced.

"Sceptile is one of the fastest in all Pokemons; I have to take away its speed so that I can attack it later when it'll be slow." She thought and had a plan ready to execute, "Okay Vivillon, let's try to finish it. Use Gust at your full power on it legs." Viola ordered, pointing toward the legs of the Forest Pokemon trying to do some physical damage. The Scale Pokemon followed the order of its master and started flapping its wings at great power and faster than the prior one straight toward the legs.

However, Sceptile didn't even flinch and stood on its original position and at the last moment when the attack was about to hits mark, the Forest Pokemon just disappeared.

"WHAT! Where it go?" Viola exclaimed, scanning the entire battlefield with her beautiful grey eyes to find the grass type, only to be failed.

Ash bows down its head, hiding down its face under his cap. He passed a evil smirked, "That was a good idea to attack on my Sceptile's leg to slow him down for rest of its battle, but for that you need to be faster than it." He informed the blonde.

Viola suddenly wide opened her eyes, "You mean…..you mean…." She stuttered,

"Sceptile, let's quickly finish this. Use Aerial Ace." Ash commanded coldly, no strain in his voice.

Before even a blink of eye, Sceptile appeared at the back of the Scale Pokemon in mid air and released it attack at point black range causing a loud yelp of pain and sent to the ground with a lot of force. The collision to the ground created a small crater covered by cloud of dusts. When the dust cleared, a Pokemon with swirl eyes could be seen.

"Vivillon is unable to battle, gym leader Viola please select your final Pokemon." Referee requested.

Viola was in utter shock, she never saw her Vivillon taken down by just a single move. She sighed, "Looks like your Sceptile is more powerful than I anticipated, huh?"

Ash just passed a cold look, "You really don't have any idea about it."

Viola gritted, it seems that Ash's personality suddenly changed during battle with that Pokemon, he become more aggressive. "Okay then, get ready to meet my strongest Pokemon in my roster, Go Pinsir" and a light brown bipedal creature pop out from the red-white device with two big horns on its head, which more of a looks like a claw. "Pinnnnnn sir" It cried it's battle cry and took a battle stance, eager for the battle; After all not everyday its master use it to battle trainers.

Ash scanned the Pokemon with its Pokedex, "Pinsir. This fearsome Pokemon uses its powerful claws to put the squeeze on its opponents." Said in mono robotic voice.

The Stag Beetle Pokemon stared its opponent; try to intimate it, only to get failed.

"Wow that a really nice Pinsir, it looks so strong and awesome." Ash complemented, this may be a battle but he always like to see strong Pokemon and acknowledge their trainers.

"Oh, thank you" Viola passed a sweet smile; accepting the compliment. "But this word won't help you to get the badge, you need to defeat me." She said in an evil yet playful way.

"This time we'll take the first turn, Pinsir use X-Scissor." The blonde commanded and the Stag Beetle Pokemon started charging toward the Forest Pokemon with a pink cross forming in front of his hands.

"Intercept with Leaf Blade Sceptile." The raven hair boy countered and the Forest Pokemon formed a glowing green color blade aside of its arms and charged toward its opponent too.

Both the physical attack collided at the middle of the battlefield, both trying to overpower each other but it ended up with an explosion and both of them was sent back toward their respective trainers.

"Wow, that X-Scissor is more powerful than I expected." Ash thought in his mind, he surely need to do better than that to defeat that Pokemon and get his first Kalos gym badge.

Viola just gritted even more in frustration, "Bug type moves should overpower a grass type move, but it didn't happen here which means that Sceptile is very powerful." Finally she exhaled deeply; "The result of this match was already decided, even before it started" she thought and passed a faint smile.

"Pinsir let's try to finish this battle with this move, Use Guillotine." Viola ordered, revealing her secret weapon in desperation and the Stag Beetle Pokemon obeyed its master; It's small claws started to change its form into very large and long shining swords. And with that it charged toward the Forest Pokemon.

Ash's eyes open wide, he can't let that move touch its Pokemon or his Sceptile can be out of battle; "Sceptile use Dragon Pulse…full power."

The Forest Pokemon roared one last time before leaping in the air and started forming an energy orb containing violet, pink and blue color of energy in its mouth and fired a beam of energy from it toward the Beetle Pokemon.

The physical and special attack collided in air, but the Dragon Pulse easily overpowered the physical Guillotine attack and sent its user to the ground with great force. The collision of the Pokemon to the ground was so powerful that it almost created a miniature earthquake. The dust was surrounding the battlefield and Pokemons; everyone was trying to see the end result.

Ash suddenly realized something again, "Oh no, not again. This couldn't be happening with me again." Ash thought, standing at the trainer box like a statue, not uttering a single word out of his mouth.

When the dust cleared, Pinsir could be seen at the center of the crater formed by the Dragon Pulse and a lot of bruises and some blood too, totally unconscious. The scene broke the heart of the raven haired boy; he once again lost his all controls with his top Pokemons in the heat of the battle. Suddenly he started feeling a dizzy and he black out.

Clemont and Boonie was in a little shock to witness this, they never thought a caring trainer like Ash could do something like that during a Pokemon battle. Meanwhile Serena was only thinking about Ash, she know Ash must be feeling really bad about this. And it happened two times before this match too.

She quickly ran toward Ash to confront him but before she can even hug her, she saw the raven hair boy falling to the ground "ASH!" She screamed.

After about 1 hour

Ash slowly opened his eyes and saw the face he adores the most, the beautiful honey blonde haired girl.

"Hey Ash, are you okay?" Serena asked in her usual soft and sweet voice, concern can be clearly seen in her pretty blue eyes.

"Now that I saw your pretty face, I'm more than okay now." He complimented Serena indirectly, unknowing of the fact that all their friends were watching their cute moment and giggling. And what's more, the compliment was super effective on Serena as her cheeks flushed.

Serena didn't care about their friends watching them either, she was so happy to see Ash fine and talking again that she hugged him tightly, almost suffocating the boy and returned it too.

Ash didn't know where he was laying his head, all he knows that it is the best pillow he ever had. "It's so good, so soft, and silky and the fragrance is just like of Serena's." That when he shot opened his eyes and quickly got up. And was really surprised to see he was actually sleeping on Serena's lap the whole time. His cheeks suddenly changed their color and defeated Serena in red cheeks competition.

"I-I-I'm really sorry Serena." Ash stuttered; try to give an explanation, only to get failed.

Serena smiled to see that, to know she can make Ash Ketchum speechless, who talks like a hell and a great battler. Everyone laughed at it too.

Suddenly Ash remembered something, he remembered about the injured Pokemon. "Hey Viola," he spoke in an embarrassed tone, getting everyone's attention. "Is your Pinsir….ugh….alright?"

She didn't answer him for the first few second, which was almost tearing the boy's heart. But finally she thought to not take this too far and told the truth, "Yup, Pinsir is fine." She said with a smile "That Dragon Pulse of yours was actually very powerful, but not enough to take it down permanently." She joked, trying to make everyone laugh, but when she saw she is not making situation better, she just leaved.

"Don't worry Ash, we gave your Pokemons and Viola's all Pokemon to Nurse Joy, she said everyone is fine, nothing to be worry about." Clemont assured, trying to make the raven hair boy feel better.

"Yeah and besides that, you got your first Kalos gym badge and a sweet couple moment with your girlfriend." Bonnie congratulated and teased at the same time.

Ash laughed nervously; try to figure out how he should act to Boonie's statement.

The blonde gym leader came with a small tray in her hand, with a very valuable small piece on it for trainers. "She's right, you should be happy. Here's what you were looking for." Viola offered him the badge.

Ash slowly took the badge in his hand and kept looking it. "Yaay, finally I got the Bug Badge." He celebrated, doing his usual pose.

Everyone was happy for him and congratulated him.

Serena didn't want to break the happy moment, but she had a valid reason. "It's getting late, we should be better get going to Pokemon Center or we may not get room." She suggested.

Everyone agreed, packed their bags and ready to go back to Pokemon Center.

Ash then grabbed on Serena's hand and they started to walk out of the gym with Clemont and Bonnie following in tow.

"Ash and Serena, I hope that your dating goes on well." Viola said which made them dead in their tracks and looked around. They had a furious blush on their faces.

"We aren't dating." Ash and Serena replied in unison, while still holding hands.

"It is next to impossible to believe that you both are just best friends." Alexa told.

"Why?" they asked with a confused expression on their faces.

"The way you guys shared that hug was enough to clarify that you have feelings for each other. And even right now you are holding hands; these things are enough to come to the conclusion." She answered and smiled.

Ash just chuckled and his blush intensified, bust still he didn't let go of her hand and it was still in his. Serena was surprised to see that he just chuckled at her statement, and was even more surprised because he was still holding onto her hand.

"Does he really like me, that way? Or does he think that it is normal?" These kind of thoughts were wondering in her mind, she was unable to understand, whether he liked her more than a best friend, or not. In the end she let those thoughts go and decided to enjoy the moment.

"Anyway, bye." They said before exiting the gym and walking towards the Pokémon centre, again.

In Pokemon Center

Everyone had finished eating their dinner.

Ash and Serena then walked towards Nurse Joy, as Ash had to take back his Pokemon back from her.

"Here are your Pokemon," Nurse Joy said and handed over the 3 Pokeball to its trainer.

"Oh, and can we get a room for four?" Serena added.

"I'm really sorry to say, but we only have 2 rooms available for couples." Nurse Joy informed in a sad tone; she never like to make trainers sad.

"Well that's a little sad, but we would take it. At least we four can get rooms to stay." Serena said, she was happy for this but didn't want anyone to know about her feeling for now.

"Okay, here you go." Nurse Joy said, while handing over the keys of the rooms.

"Let's go to the room and take a long rest, I'm really tired of walking and cheering of today." Clemont suggested, while making a tiresome face.

Everyone laughed and agreed and walked toward the rooms.

"Hey guys, we haven't decided yet how should we pair?" Clement enquired.

Serena wanted to pair with Ash but if she said that in front of all, they would know about her crush then she got an idea. She did a light tap on Bonnie's back and luckily, no one saw that. Bonnie turned toward Serena in a confused look, raising one of her eyebrows, "huh Serena? You want something?" She said loudly.

That was not what she was expecting but now, she has to make her move, "Yeah Bonnie, will you please come with me. I need to talk to you about something." Serena asked, politely.

Bonnie nodded and went to a different direction with Bonnie, when Serena was sure that no one was watching them or stalking on them, she asked the blonde sibling "Ugh…Bonnie…will you help me pair with Ash for the room?" She nervously asked,

Bonnie keep silent for few minutes without uttering a single word, which was not quite Bonnie's style but finally she smiled, "Sure, I was just waiting for you to ask that question." She said and ran back to others. Serena just stood there silently smiling.

"Brother, today I want to stay with you. Serena can pair up with Ash." Bonnie exclaimed, more of a demand.

"Huh, why you suddenly want this?" His brother suspiciously asked, she knew her little sis very well and she will never want to stay with him.

"I just want to, is there any problem in it?" Bonnie spoke, doing a cute pout.

"Hey Serena, looks like we're paired up again and have to share a single bed." Ash informed the honey blonde girl, with a goofy smile and slight blush.

Serena was surprised to see that he didn't even resist. "Looks like he want to stay with me too." She thought and smiled with her signature crimson cheeks. "Yeah, you're right."

Everyone bid goodnight to others and went to their respective rooms.

The honey blonde girl and the raven haired boy both changed to their night suits, laying on the bed.

There was a complete awkward silence until Ash thought to break it.

"Hey Serena…" he spoke softly, avoiding eye contacts; looking toward the ceiling.

"Yeah"

"You never told me about your dream? So, what is it?" The boy questioned; He want to help her achieve her dream too, like she is doing for him.

"My Dream…" She thought about it for the first time since she started her journey. Actually she never had a dream, she never thought of having one. She was so busy waiting for Ash that he never thought of having a dream. To meet with Ash again became the dream of her life, but now that she is already united with him, she need a new dream, a dream for her own purpose and existence.

"I don't have one." That is all she managed to say after so much of thinking.

That surprise Ash for sure, he moved her auburn eyes toward the blue. He can see the sadness his questioned had triggered in her. He wanted to hug her and caress her and apologize. But he didn't want her crush to have no dreams, ambitions and just follow him for her entire life.

"Don't worry Serena, I would….I mean, we would help you to find your dream. And that's a promise." Ash assured, trying to cheer the girl and he succeeded.

She was really happy to hear all that, all her friends would help her to find her dream. "Thank you so much Ash," She spoke and gave him a quick peck on his cheek and quickly turned her face to the opposite direction, hiding her intensified blush.

Meanwhile Ash was still in shock of what happened all of a sudden, he could still feel the warm lips placed on her right cheek.

"Goodnight Ash"

"Goodnight Serena"

Plz tell me how was it, I think I added too much romance in this chapter, well sorry for that. Personally, I don't like this chapter much, specially the battle and the English. Please guys please gimme tips to improve my English and of course constructive criticism, those are really helpful.
