Authors note: This is my first fanfiction, so be nice. Also this is a Spalistair fanfic so... I only wrote this because there is no Spalistair out there yet. It's from Alistair point of view. I'm sorry if it sucks.
I glanced over at Spencer. We were in math class and he sat two rows in front of me. He was awkwardly scratching the back of his head with his pencil. I glanced up at the board.
"Alright, solve the problem on the board. You have sixty seconds, go." The teacher said. I glanced down at my paper. (2+y)(2x+6)+(4y+x)(4y+5) was written. I began to solve the problem. It wasn't to difficult. It was only the F.O.I.L. method. I finished the problem and circled my answer.
"Alright, time is up. Um... Spencer how about you? What did you get?" The teacher stared at Spencer. Contrary to most people's opinion, Spencer is really quite smart.
"Um... Is it nine x plus twelve plus six x y plus twenty six y plus sixteen y to the second?" Spencer said, as he read his answer aloud. I looked at me page, he was right.
"Correct." And the lesson went on. I waited till the finial bell rang to let school out before looking for Spencer. We had glee club today, and I wanted to see him before everyone else showed up. I met him at his locker.
"Hey, Spencer." I said as he came around the corner. "How was class?"
"Boring, as always." He replied smiling as he put his books away. "How about you?" I immediately grimaced. Class was never good for me. I tried to hide the grimace though, I didn't need Spencer to worry about me.
"Fine, it was fine." I smiled, but I was pretty sure Spencer had seen me grimace. He looked at me questionably.
"Are you sure?" He asked, protectively. Class wasn't fine. It was boring, I was picked on, but it didn't matter. At least, it didn't yet.
"Yeah, I'm sure. Hey, I was thinking, after glee club, do you wanna go to Breadsticks?" Spencer closed his locker and walked with me to glee club. Spencer smiled at me. He slung his book bag over his shoulder. He reached out and grabbed my hand as we walked. I glanced at our hands. Spencer had surprised me with hand holding. Ever since we had started dating, he had held my hand. I hadn't expected that from him. I hadn't expected a lot of stuff from Spencer.
"Yeah. That sounds fun." He grinned at me as we walked into the choir room. We sat down just as Rachel came in, Kurt following close behind her. Rachel started talking about dance steps, and vocal ranges. I kinda zoned out, but I immediately re focused when I heard my name.
"Myron, Alistair, I'd like to test your vocal ranges today. Come up to the piano." I groaned quietly as I stood up. Myron ran past me eager to show off. "Myron, you first." Rachel smiled as she sat at the piano.
"Just try and match the note Rachel plays." Kurt added, earning himself a glare from both Rachel and Myron. I stood quietly next to the piano as Myron hit every note perfectly.
"That was spectacular Myron. Now Alistair, your up." I sighed a quiet sigh and got ready to sing. Rachel played a lower note and I tried to match it, this went on quite well until Rachel stated plain higher notes. After a short amount of time my voice was simply squeaking. Finally Rachel let me sit down after saying, "Well, you have a very low singing voice," as if I was unaware. Glee club ended after what seemed like an eternity and Spencer and I left together to go to Breadsticks.
