So, I thought about making another crossover fic...but I decided against it in the end. I've wanted to try my hand at writing something involving Jade having a younger sibling for some time, so let's see how this goes, shall we? It's gonna be in Jade's POV unless it says otherwise.

Well shit, I forgot to put a disclaimer...but you all already know I don't own anything or anyone except my own OCs so...

'Jade. Jade, you're gonna be late.' I open my eyes and see my younger sister, Nicole, shaking my shoulder.

'What time is it?' I groan, rubbing the sleep from my eyes.

'Almost 7. You have less than an hour to get ready. Coffee's ready downstairs and I made pancakes.' Nicole smiles down at me. 'Chocolate chip and vanilla, your favorite.'

'When did you get so independant?' I sit up and smile at my 13 year old sister.

'When you started being a lazy ass. Now get ready, the pancakes are getting cold.' Nicole giggles, closing my door and I can't help but think about how alike we are.

She looks almost exactly like me with our natural golden brown hair and our mint green eyes. When our mom died, she was 4 and I was 8. Granted, we dealt with mom's death differently; me closing myself off and Nicole opening herself up. Our dad was never around much to begin with, leaving us with nannies and maids, so I practically raised her myself. When I turned 13, we didn't need the nanny much anymore, but she still comes to check on us every so often. Dad still leaves us money, but he's more of a bank than a father.

I finish getting ready, throwing on a black tank top, red and black unbuttoned flannel, black skinny jeans, and my combat boots. Nicole bought me a necklace with a ruby J on it for my 16th birthday and I haven't taken it off since.

'About time, lazy ass.' Nicole teases from her place at the breakfast bar in the kitchen as I make my way downstairs. She's sporting an Evanescence t-shirt, ripped black skinny jeans, black and white Nikes, and a gray beanie with black and white checkered fingerless gloves. I bought her a necklace much like the one she bought me for her 13th birthday, only with an emerald N instead of a ruby J.

'Just cause I try to look good.' I counter, sitting by her.

We eat breakfast and then head out. I take her to Hollywood Arts Junior High since she's a year short of being a freshman.

'When were you gonna tell me you and Beck broke up?' Nicole asks so suddenly I nearly do an involuntary break check.

'How did you find out about that?' I stop at a stoplight and glance at her.

'Cat. She called yesterday and asked how you were after the break up. She said it was final this time and figured you'd already told me.' I glance at her again and find her already looking at me.

I sigh and press the gas as the light turns green. 'I know how attached you are to Beck and I didn't want you to be upset.'

'Jade, you said the same thing when you told me you were pansexual. That you didn't want me to get upset. The only reason I'm upset is because you should already know that I only want you to be happy. You should already know that I won't get upset because of something stupid like your sexuality or a boy. Sure, Beck was nice, but if you weren't happy, then you shouldn't be with him.' Nicole finishes just as I park at the entrance to her school.

I reach over the middle console and give her a hug, sighing in relief. 'I love you, you know that? I couldn't have asked for a better sister.'

Nicole giggles lightly and hugs me back. 'Well, you could've, but they'd keep sending me back.'

Opening the passenger side door, she slips out with her stuff and runs inside. I sigh, smiling to myself as I drive away.

Okay, this was just a little into Jade's life and introducing Nicole and stuff like that. Next chapter, we'll see Tori and Nicole getting to meet and stuff. Hasta luego, mi pastelitos! Good damn bye
