AN: Hello everyone, I'm back after a long time away; I've had a lot of people asking me why I'd stopped writing and I think you deserve to know why I did: I gave up writing for a while as I lost my mother to cancer and whilst I dealt with that, I was in a dark place, I've managed to come out of that place stronger and thankful for the time I had with my mother, with the help of my wife and also knowing that my mother would kick my ass if I didn't; I've found that reading online fiction helps as well, as you can just get lost in another's words and world. And reading has helped me get my passion for writing back, so here's the first chapter from me in a long time, hopefully the first of many.

AN2: give your mothers a kiss and a cuddle, tell her you love her. You only really get one and you never know when it will be the last chance you get to tell her that you love her.

"So here it is, this one's for you mum, I love you,"

Everyone else I hope you heed my words and also enjoy the chapter.

Fallout part one

"Not to sound ungrateful, but who are you?" McGonagall asked the wizard in front of her who had without a doubt had just saved her life along with perhaps hundreds more with the death of those murdering scum called Death Eaters.

"I'm hurt that you have forgotten me already professor, I've only been gone a year." The wizard said with a snort as he removed his hood to reveal messy jet-black hair and as he turned round McGonagall found herself looking into bright green almond shaped eyes.

"Harry." Gasped Minerva in shock as she stared up at her missing student who had just made a most dramatic return that could not have come at a better time. But he looked older, far older than he should have after just one year away, he looked to be in his early twenties.

"The one and only." Harry grinned, his voice a deep baritone unlike his voice was the last time she had seen him, and he sounded like a mature man instead of a teenage boy.

"Good timing as always Potter." McGonagall complimented with a pain filled smile to which Harry bowed his head slightly. "I take it then with your return, that you have finished your training for the war?" With what she had just witnessed, if Harry was not ready for the war now, she didn't know when he would ever be ready.

"I have indeed professor and I am ready to lead this war and kick some ass." Harry replied with a grin as the students and residents of Hogsmeade came out of their shock and started moving towards him and McGonagall.

"What do you mean, lead the war?" Minerva asked him with a raised eyebrow.

"I will explain at the Order meeting tonight that the old man is bound to call." Minerva noticed the slight hiss he put into saying old man but decided to ignore it for now as her pain was becoming unbearable, the only reason she wasn't on the ground was through sheer stubbornness and she didn't want to pass out in front of her students.

"Here Professor, drink these." Harry said as he handed her a purple pain relief potion and a green Pepperup Potion. He could see that she was minutes away from passing out.

"Thank you Potter" The Professor said gratefully before she uncorked them and downed both potions in seconds, the effect was immediate as a look of relief came over her stern features and steam came from her ears.

"Welcome back Mr. Potter." Greeted one Hogsmeade resident who had a cut on his face. This was followed by more and more welcomes back from students and residents.

"Alright enough, leave Potter alone and let us help our wounded." McGonagall command in a voice that brooked no argument.

"Thanks." Harry nodded at McGonagall before he commanded in a loud and strong voice. "Potter House-Elves, to me." At once cracks rent the air as six house-elves appeared before Harry.

"What can's we be doing for Master Potter?" The oldest looking of the five asked looking up at Harry ready for their orders.

"Help transfer the students of Hogwarts to the Hospital wing, once that is done, help Madam Pomfrey by healing the minor injuries and leave her to the critical unless she asks for your help, if a student is dead put them in the room off of the hospital and cover them in a sheet until Pomfrey is ready to deal with them."

"Yes master." The lead elf bowed along with the others before they got to work helping the students.

"Good thinking Potter," McGonagall nodded before she turned to help the injured residents, creating port-keys that took them to ST. Mungo's in groups of five, unless they were critical then she just sent them on their own instead of gathering a group to travel to the hospital.

"Harry how can you have slaves, you know how I feel about house-elves, you must free them at once." A bossy, demanding voice said from behind Harry as he was kneeling down to Rennervate a stunned Dennis Creevey.

"Harry?" Dennis asked groggily as he was helped to his feet. "I knew you would be back to lead us to victory against that Dark Tosser and his band of idiots."

"Of course I was coming back, me and Riddle have unfinished business." Harry grinned at the shorter boy.

"Harry I'm talking to you, I demand you free those elves." Hermione demanded and she stamped her foot to show that she was not happy being ignored.

Harry straightened up to his full considerable height of 6"5 as he turned to look at Hermione, and was momently surprised at how much he towered over his former best friend.

"And I demand that you piss off and leave me alone." Harry growled down at the girl as he glared at her, causing Hermione to take a step back.

Normally Hermione would have riled back and argued with Harry but after the thrashing she had received at the wand of a Death Eater and then Harry returning looking so tall and powerful as he reduced a giant to ash with one spell along with the remaining Death Eaters, Hermione turned and fled back up to Hogwarts in fear, her ex-best friend was a very dangerous person now.

"I don't think I've ever seen her run so fast." Dennis said with a chuckle as he stood next to Harry as the crack of Apparition caused them to spin to round.

"Avada Kedavra." Harry cast the killing curse at the white masked Death Eater who rolled to the side to avoid the jet of green death as he quickly removed his mask.

"Potter it's me." Severus Snape said quickly as he straightened up and looked up at the now tall Harry Potter who still had his wand trained on him.

"Professor, why the hell didn't you change before coming here?" Harry asked as he lowered his wand.

"I had to get away, the Headmaster is at Diagon Alley ripping through the Death Eaters, I need to report to the Dark Lord but he isn't back from his mission yet." Snape explained as he put a glamour charm over his Death Eater Robes whilst he was in the village.

"What's happened, I thought it was just an attack on Hogsmeade?" Harry asked the Professor quietly as he and Dennis moved closer to the man.

"The Dark Lord ordered attacks on Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley and ST. Mungo's to distract the Auror's as he carried out a mission of his own that he would tell no one about." Snape explained quickly as he waited for his master to call him for an after attack report.

"Wait a minute, he ordered attacks on three different places to draw out the Auror's? Harry asked as he was thinking quickly.

"Yes." Snape replied as he watched the wheels turn in Potters head. "He's finally using those brains Lily was famous for in school." He thought.

"He's gone after the Prophecy." Harry said after a moments thinking, it was the only thing that made sense.

"Of course, they are replaced every time they are heard or smashed until fulfilled and turn black." Snape agreed as he realised that the Order had made a grave mistake in not keeping the Prophecy guarded even after Potter and his friends stopped the Death Eaters from taking it, of course Voldemort wouldn't just give up trying to get it after just one set back.

"And with the Auror's preoccupied with the three different attacks, it would have been even easier for him to walk into the Ministry as if he owned the joint and hear it." Dennis said thoughtfully causing the other two men to nod in agreement.

"Damn, I was hoping to use it as a bargaining chip." Harry pouted before grinning as Snape's eyes snapped to him.

"And what in the world would you have wanted from the Dark Lord in exchange for the Prophecy." Snape asked sharply, rethinking his earlier thoughts of Potter finally using his brain.

"Pettigrew, alive." Harry replied with a dark grin as he looked into Snape's eyes.

"Clear Black's name?" Snape asked as he stared up into cold emerald eyes. "When did Potter get so bloody tall?"

"No, payback." Harry hissed coldly causing the other two to shiver slightly at the sound of his voice.

Snape was about to reply when he hissed in pain and grabbed his left forearm.

"Go." Harry said urgently knowing that Snape's position as spy could not be compromised. He had seen his professor's memories and while he may have been the one to tell Voldemort the first half of the prophecy, he didn't know, couldn't have known that the Dark Lord would have targeted his oldest friend Lily Evans, and when he found out, he had switched sides and begged Dumbledore to hide and protect Lily and her family. Since switching sides, Snape had helped stop eight attacks in the first war and three in the second and over 25 lives of people who had been targeted by the Dark Lord, he had more than made up for his past mistakes and was still redeeming himself by spying and putting his life at risk so he could he help stop and bring down Voldemort and the Death Eater's from the inside.

"Rather him than me." Dennis said with a shudder as the professor left to answer the call of the Dark Lord.

"Oh I don't know, a dance of death with Voldemort would help wake you up in a morning." Harry said with a grin as they turned to head towards Hogwarts.

"That's because you're Harry Potter and you are completely off your nut." Dennis said with a laugh causing Harry to laugh with him.

TLHOPAP `Malfoy Manor, Voldemort's Throne room

Lord Voldemort stood in front of his Throne in his throne room at Malfoy Manor that used to be the ballroom of the huge manor but was now his since he moved himself in, not that the Malfoy family would dare deny him the room, Lucius and Nacissa had even been kicked out of the master bedroom to make room for their Lord and Master. Not that it would matter to Lucius anymore.

Voldemort stood with his head bowed and his eyes closed as he waited for his Death Eaters to return and answer his call, of course been who he was, he didn't have to wait long before his men started to apparate into his throne room, he kept his head bowed and eyes closed as they dropped to their knees and approached him on all fours before kissing the hem of his robe and standing up and moving to stand back as more and more Death Eater's approached on their knees.

"Well?" Voldemort asked in his high cold voice as he finally looked up and glanced around the room and noticed that only half of his Death Eaters had returned to him, with noticeable absences.

"My Lord, Bella is dead." Snape said as he dropped to his knees before the Dark Lord, his head bowed in submission.

"WHAT." Yelled Rodolphus in anger as he spun to glare at Snape.

"BE SILENT BOY." Voldemort roared at Rodolphus causing the man to back away in fear feeling the effect of the Dark Lord's rage as said Lord's eyes snapped down to Snape.

"EXPLAIN, NOW." Voldemort roared in anger as his eyes glared into the back of Snape's head and his black aura flared around the room causing the Death Eater's to back up in fear and shiver violently.

"My Lord, Dumbledore seemed to snap as he hit her with a killing curse so powerful he sent her body flying down the Alley." Snape quickly explained fearing his life was going to end because he was the one who had reported the death of the Dark Lord's favourite and bed mate.

"Dumbledore used the killing curse." Voldemort asked in shock. He had always been wary of his old transfiguration teacher's power and skill but now if the old man was willing to kill the Death Eater's instead of preaching second chances then Dumbledore had just become twice as dangerous as he was before and that was saying something.

"Show me." Voldemort demanded after a moment's thought.

Snape looked up into the blazing crimson eyes of the Dark Lord and felt fear as said lord used Legilimency to view the battle at Diagon Alley; Snape prayed too anyone who was listening that the Dark Lord would not see him speaking with Potter after escaping from the battle.

"Very well." Voldemort muttered as he pulled out of Snape's mind just as Snape Apparited from the Alley. "You did everything I tasked you with Severus, so you will go unpunished for brining me the news of Bella's death."

"Thank you milord, you are too merciful." Snape murmured as he lent forwards and kissed the Dark Lord's robe, relieved beyond belief that the Dark Lord hadn't seen his conversation with Potter.

"Retake your place Severus." Voldemort ordered coldly, satisfied that Snape was telling the truth and was still his spy.

"Thank you milord." Snape said as he retook his place in the ranks of Death Eaters.

"Where is Lucius?" Voldemort asked as he glared round the room at the Death Eaters, causing them took look at each other in fear. Before anyone could answer him, a crack rent the air and a bloody and battered Draco Malfoy appeared before the Dark Lord and promptly collapsed at his feet.

"My Lord… Dad's… dead…" Draco managed to gasp out as he looked up at the Dark Lord.

"LEGILIMENS." Voldemort roared as he penetrated Draco's mind viciously ripping through the boy's weak Occlumency shields to view the attack on ST. Mungo's.

"CRUCIO." "GIVE ME A REASON NOT TO END YOU'RE LIFE YOU PATHETIC LITTLE WORM." Voldemort roared after he pulled out of Draco's mind and held the boy under the torture curse.

"M…M…M." Draco tried to speak but couldn't as Voldemort had yet to end the torture curse he was under, instead he thrashed around on the floor and screamed his lungs out as blood pooled under his head after he cracked it from thrashing around.

"No reason for me to let you live Draco?" Voldemort asked over the boy's screams as he kept him under the curse. Soon the screams stopped and all that came from Draco were pained whimpers as he twitched around on the floor.

"AVADA KEDAVRA." Seconds later, Draco stopped twitching around as the killing curse struck him and snuffed out his life before it had even really begun, his mind had already broke due to the torture curse and now he was dead.

"Let this be a lesson to you all, of what happens when you return to me a complete and utter failure." Voldemort said as he glared at the Death Eater's.

"For too long I have been lenient and allowed you all to fail me time and again, well no more, should you return from a mission from me as a complete failure then your life will be forfeit, no more second chances." The Death Eater's shifted nervously as their Lord and Master glared at them.

"Rodolphus, I gave you're wife the cup of Helga Hufflepuff before I fell, retrieve it for me before the end of the week or you join her in death." Voldemort commanded coldly. Now that Dumbledore was not playing around and Potter would no doubt be returning soon, he needed to absorb a Horcurx or two; if his theory was correct, then he should gain even more power after he absorbed two pieces of his soul back into his body. He would then truly be unstoppable. If he absorbed the Cup and Locket, he would still have three Horcruxes left, Nagini, the Diadem and the ring, thus he would still be immortal, of course if it wasn't for Lucius, he would have also had the diary, but no matter, the fool was dead now.

"Yes milord." Rodolphus bowed before leaving with a loud crack, thankful that Bella had told him where she had hidden the cup before the Muggle lover murdered her.

"Yaxley, I need you to retrieve a locket for me." Voldemort commanded as he turned to another Death Eater.

"Yes milord, where is it? Yaxley asked as he bowed before his Lord.

"I'll show you." Voldemort hissed causing the man to look up and when he did he felt the Dark Lord enter his mind and plant the memory of the cave off the coast and how to get past all the defences.

"I will not fail you milord." Yaxley bowed his head once more as he processed the memory his Lord had just given him, should be simple enough. Right?

"See that you don't, now begone." Voldemort hissed and seconds later Yaxley vanished with a crack.

"Rabastan, I need you to begin researching for the Elder wand, find out if it is real and if it is I want to know who has it, if I have that wand then I will be completely unstoppable." Voldemort commanded the Death Eater to his right.

"Yes, milord, do you know of any rumours as to who may have had it?" Rabastan asked as he knelt before his lord.

"I have done a tiny little bit of research into the Deathly Hallows and in particular the Elder wand, from what I can gather, Emeric the Evil was one of the last masters of the wand, if his bragging is anything to go by." Voldemort answered, glad that his Death Eaters were asking for help instead of just going off half-cocked and failing him.

"Emeric the Evil?" Rabastan questioned to make sure he heard his Lord correctly.

"Yes, Emeric the Evil was a short-lived but exceptionally aggressive wizard. He was once rumoured to have been the master of the Elder Wand and, with it, he terrorised the south of England in the early middle Ages. He was "slaughtered" in a ferocious duel against either Egbert the Egregious or Godelot, I'm not 100% sure which but as I'm sure you know, Godelot was the author of Magick Moste Evile, so that should also help with your research." Voldemort explained showing just how much he thought a tiny bit of research was.

"Yes milord, I will get right on it." Rabastan said as he bowed and kissed the hem of Voldemort's robe.

"Do not rush this or act without informing me of your findings." Voldemort commanded as Rabastan rose to his feet.

"I will call you once a month for updates, unless you find the location then you are to report to me instantly." He continued as he glared at his follower before he glanced down at the body of Draco Malfoy.

"I understand and obey master." Rabastan murmured understanding the not so hidden threat should he disobey.

"Begone." Voldemort commanded and with a crack Rabastan vanished from the room.

"Severus, Return to the old man, but do not inform him of any of my commands here." Voldemort hissed as he turned to the Professor.

"Yes milord." Snape said with a bow of his head.

"You may inform him that I am stepping up training of my Death Eaters to be more battle ready, that should sow the seeds of fear in his little bird club of Pensioner's." Voldemort smirked as the other Death Eater's all laughed gruffly.

"Yes milord." Snape intoned softly as he once more kissed the Dark Lord's robe.

"Leave." Voldemort hissed as he turned to another Death Eater as Snape vanished with a soft crack.

Not that the Potions Professor had gone very far, he was outside the door to the throne room, listening in using one of the Weasley twins extendable ears. "If only those two had put in as much effort to their school work as they did their joke shop they could have had some of the best test results in Hogwarts." He thought with a silent sigh as he put the other end of the ear into his own and listened.

"Rowle, I want you to meet with the Vampire leader, Count Victor, and persuade him to join me." Voldemort commanded the Death Eater who bowed before his Lord.

"As you command my Lord." Rowle said as dropped to a knee with his head bowed in submission.

"Show him proper respect as he is the grandson of Dracula, however if he refuses, return to me and we shall wipe him and all others from the earth until they bow to me."

"I understand." Rowle said, he was a man of few words who just liked to be given his orders from his Lord and get the job over and done. This trait had allowed him to rise very fast through the ranks since he joined when the Dark Lord first rose to power.

"Leave." And with that Voldemort turned to another man waiting for his Lord's command. "Greyback report your progress."

"Milord I have managed to recruit over 500 werewolves into my service who are willing to fight in your name in battle." Greyback reported with a self-satisfied smirk.

"Over 500." Voldemort said softly in slight surprise. All the Death Eaters still in the room begun murmuring at the thought of so many cannon-fodder and what cannon-fodder the wolves would be.

"Yes milord."

"Hold out your left arm." Voldemort hissed. Many of the Death Eaters began to mutter amongst each other at the thought of this beast baring their Lord's Mark but a cold hard glare from the Dark Lord and they fell silent immediately.

"Milord." Greyback questioned in shock as his held out his left.

"Morsmordre." Voldemort hissed in Parseltongue causing a jet of dark green light to leave his wand and wrap around Greyback's forearm before a newly minted Dark Mark was visible on his inner forearm, Voldemort was slightly impressed that Greyback didn't even flinch or hiss in pain as most of his Death Eaters had when they received their marks.

"Thank you my Lord, you are too kind." Greyback was thrilled, since he had first aligned himself too the Dark Lord he had worked his hardest to earn the Dark Mark, the other Death Eater's always told him that a filthy half-breed would never be worthy of a Dark Mark but here it was, newly minted proof that he was as worthy as he always knew he was to bear the Mark of the Dark Lord.

"You have earned it, you have more than doubled my forces." Voldemort said as he looked into the man's eyes with a hard glare. "But remember, fail me and I can and will end your life faster than I gave you that mark."

"I will never fail you Milord." Greyback said as he dropped to his knees and kissed Voldemort's robe.

"See to it that you don't, now leave." And with a crack the newly minted Death Eater vanished from the room.

"Now, the rest of you leave me until I call you tomorrow as I will be overseeing your training from now on, I intend to take over magical Britain within a year and the rest of Magical Europe in five years and the rest of the Magical World in ten years, once I have conquered the entire Magical World we will then turn and conquer the Muggle World." Voldemort commanded and within seconds, his throne room was empty except from himself and the body of Draco Malfoy.

"House-elf." Voldemort called into the room.

"What can Tippy be doing for the Great Dark Lord." A house-elf asked as in kneeled before Voldemort and kissed his robe.

"Remove this trash and then bring me my dinner in my office with a glass of vintage red wine, after that run me a bath and prepare my bed chambers and have Nacissa meet me in my bed." Voldemort commanded as he kicked the elf away from him before he turned to leave the room.

Snape who had still been listening on the other side of the door quickly gathered up the extendable ear before quietly dashing down the hall and into a broom closet to hide, he knew that if the Dark Lord found him his life would be forfeit after weeks, maybe months of torture. After an hour of waiting, he left the closet sure in the fact that the Dark Lord would be in his bath on the third floor. He silently left the manor and grounds and Apparited back to Hogwarts. He had a lot to report, he had finally heard some of the Dark Lord's biggest plans, and now all they had to do was stop those plans from ever happening, easier said than done.

TLHOPAP `Hogwarts Great Hall`

The Order of the Phoenix was once more gathered in the Great Hall at Hogwarts, waiting for their leader to enter and begin the meeting. This meeting however was different from others throughout the year, for one, they had had to battle three different groups of Death Eaters who had been hell bent on murder and destruction.

Another oddity was the fact that Gilderoy Lockhart was sat at the table looking perfectly healthy if not a little battle worn. This was strange as the last time any of the professors had seen of him he had been living at ST. Mungo's on the permeant residents ward, due to the fact that he had accidently wiped all his own memories and completely forgot who or what he was.

There was also the fact that they had lost members in battle, Professor Babbling had taken a killing curse meant for a student and madam Hooch had been crushed under the foot of a giant attacking the village of Hogsmeade.

"Are we all here, who are able to be here?" Albus Dumbledore asked as he entered the Great Hall from the door behind the teacher's desk, saves walking the entire length of the hall, he was getting old you know.

"Yes Albus, how are Minerva and Moody?" Remus Lupin answered from his seat next to his soon-to-be wife Nymphadora Tonks, who preferred to be called by her last name only and would bash the ears of anyone who used her first name, what would she do when she was a Lupin was anyone's guess, some say she will get her first name legally changed too Tonks once she was married but who knows.

"I have just been to see them and the students, from what I am told everyone in the hospital will make a complete and full recovery." Dumbledore replied with a smile as he took his seat at the end of the Ravenclaw table.

"Where's Potter hiding then?" Ronald Weasley asked with a sneer, he was pissed that Harry had returned to save the day again, now he would get even more fame, fame which he Ronald Weasley deserved.

"Harry?" Dumbledore and Remus asked at the same time as they turned to look at the lanky ginger.

"He's back Headmaster." Hermione Granger replied from her seat next to a sulking Ronald. At once the Order began to mutter amongst themselves.

"Where is he?" Remus asked loudly over the talking Order members. He could not wait to see his cub again, it had been over a year since Harry had left to go train for the war against Voldemort and his Dark army.

"I don't know, I haven't seen him since he chased me from Hogsmeade after the battle." Hermione replied causing all members to grow quiet as they turned to look at the bushy haired witch.

"How do you mean Ms. Granger?" Dumbledore asked as he looked over his half-moon glasses at the girl who would no doubt be head girl next year.

"I think it would be easier to show you sir." Hermione said as she began the part where they would sow the seeds of doubt into the Order as too Harry's trustworthiness. "I think that he's gone or is going Dark."

Everyone seemed to gasp in shock at her words, for one of his best friends to accuse him of going Dark then it must be true, everyone that is except for Remus who began laughing loudly.

"What's so funny?" Ron asked the laughing man with a scowl, nobody laughed at his Hermione and got away with it.

"Really, you're accusing Harry Potter of going Dark, Harry is the last person on this earth who would join Voldemort, and in fact I would bet that the Headmaster would join Voldemort long before Harry ever would." Remus explained with passion, completely sure in his conviction that Harry would never, on this earth go over to the Dark Side.

"Watch the memory then you will see." Hermione replied hotly, she should have known that Lupin would protest Harry going Dark.

"Very well, we shall watch the memory." Dumbledore said wearily, if what he feared might happen had come to pass and Harry had indeed gone Dark then he didn't know what hope there was left for the Light.

The Headmaster gave a sharp, piercing whistle and in a flash of fire, Fawkes the Phoenix appeared over the Ravenclaw table, in his razor-sharp talons was the Headmaster's Pensive, which the magnificent bird dropped gently onto the table in front of said Headmaster before the bird himself sat of his friends shoulder to watch over the meeting.

"You know how to use one of these I trust." Dumbledore asked Hermione and at her nod continued. "Then, please place your memory in the Pensive and we shall see your encounter with Harry." He instructed the girl, praying to whoever was listening that she was wrong, he had never wanted one of his students to be wrong more than he wanted Hermione to be wrong at that moment.

Hermione extracted the memory from her head and placed it within the pensive and when Dumbledore had tapped it, the memory began to play above the Pensive for all to see at once.

Once the memory had finished playing, everyone turned to look at the bushy haired witch ludicrously, that was her evidence that Harry was going Dark.

"So because he wouldn't do as you demanded, you accuse him of going Dark." Remus spat in disgust. How dare this impudent girl.

"He has slaves and completely refused to free them." Hermione shouted hotly, how these people could not see that forcing house-elves to be slaves was wrong she didn't know.

"Hermione, House-elves need to be bonded to a family or building such as Hogwarts to survive, otherwise the will die within a year, two if they are strong." Arthur Weasley explained in a voice that said he had explained this fact many times before to the girl.

"Let's not forget that you just insulted the head of the oldest, Most Ancient and Noble house that still has living members." Fred Weasley said in a voice that said how disgusted he was of that fact.

"What, Harry isn't head of his house, he's not old enough and besides I hardly think that House Potter is all that old or important." Hermione replied hotly. How dare he imply that Harry was more important than her?

"Did you not see the ring he was wearing on his ring finger, Harry has become Head of his family and is now Lord Potter, and you would do well to show him respect." George said as he rolled his eyes at the idiot girl.

"And why should I show him respect?"

"Because Harry Potter is now the Lord of the oldest family still alive and with the political clout he now wields, he could destroy you so badly that not even the Muggle-world would hire you or any of your grandchildren." Andromeda Tonks explained to her, being a daughter of the Black family, she would know all about the oldest families in the wizarding world.

"But he's only Harry Potter, how can he have so much influence?" Ron Weasley asked with a scowl, the way these people talked about Potter made him sick. They should talk about him like that not some coward who ran away for a year.

"Because his family is so old and respected and not forgetting he's the Boy-Who-Lived and according to the papers, he's the chosen one to throw down Lord Voldemort." Tonks said as she rolled her eyes at the boy, really did he think he could compete with Harry Potter in the political world.

"Like he has a chance of defeating You-Know-Who." Hermione scoffed once again, causing more than one Oder member to roll their eyes. Really they were back to this argument again.

"Well, he has had a wand pointed at the back of your head for the last ten minutes and you didn't even know." A cold hard voice said from behind Hermione causing everyone to look round and sure enough there stood Harry James Potter himself with his wand pointing at Hermione's head, the tip glowing an ominous bright green. Everyone knew what spell that was.

"Don't move people or you will die." Harry said coldly as members of the Order went for their wands, suddenly everyone froze as they felt the tip of a wand be pressed into the backs of their heads. Looking around they could see all the members of the DA, Dumbledore's Army surrounding them. Well except for Ginny Weasley of course.

"What's going on Harry, why are you holding us hostage and threatening our lives?" Dumbledore asked as calmly as he could with a wand pressed into the back of his skull, it seems like Ms. Granger was correct, Harry was indeed Dark, weirdly Fawkes had not made a move to help him so far.

"Well since certain members of this Order plan to drug me into marrying Ginevra Weasley so they can steal my money before selling me out too Lord Voldemort, everyone here is suspect." Harry growled as he pressed the wand harder against Hermione's head as he glared at Molly Weasley who had gone as white as a sheet.

"And since I helped these fine people out when Umbridge was terrorising the school and the so called professors left them to fend for themselves, they are willing helping me find the rats." Harry explained with a dark smirk as the DA all nodded their agreement at his words.

"We are all loyal too Harry." Neville said as he pressed his wand into the back of Ron's skull. Again the DA nodded their agreement. "He was the only one who would help us prepare for the Dark Tosser."

"But it was my idea for us to learn." Hermione protested meekly, she couldn't believe that Harry knew what they had planned to do, Mr. Weasley and Dumbledore were glaring daggers at her and Molly.

"Might have been your idea but Harry is the one who took the time to teach us and help us master the spells and defend ourselves." Dean Thomas said from his position behind Remus Lupin.

"Yeah." Agreed Fred and George who had the Patil twins wands pressed into their heads. They knew they would steal never from Harry or sell him out to anybody, so they were relatively calm, as was Remus.

"What the bloody hell is going on here?" asked a flabbergasted Severus Snape who had just walked into the great hall and the strangest scene he had ever seen, the students had the Order held hostage.

"Drop the wand Snape." Glancing over his shoulder Snape saw Oliver Wood, Katie Bell, Alicia Spinnet and Angelina Johnson all pointing their wands at him, he had no choice but to drop his wand on the ground.

"Kick the wand away and sit down." Katie said, she was more than willing to curse this man, he had reduced her to tears in her first potions class and she was longing for some payback.

Snape kicked his wand away before he sat at the Ravenclaw table. Once he was sat he felt the tip of a wand be pressed into the back of his head. Potter really wasn't taking any chances, looking too his left he saw that even the wolf was been held hostage.

"Oh yeah, it's not just the DA who are loyal to me, everyone show your selves." Suddenly all around the Great Hall witches, wizards and students became visible.

Percy Weasley stood tall and proud next to Lee Jordan who was next to Marcus Flint, Colin and Dennis Creevey, Daphne Greengrass, Tracy Davis Lily Moon, Blaise Zabini, Eloise Midgen, Ritchie Coote, Jack Sloper, Victoria Frobisher, Geoffrey Hooper, Andrew Kirke, Demelza Robin, Euan Abercrombie, Mary MacDonald, Penelope Clearwater and Astoria Greengrass.

"Now as you can clearly see we easily out number you all, so we are going to be civil and find out just how deep this plot runs." Harry said as he looked around at the Order before his eyes landed back on Molly Weasley.

"Molly, please tell me that you are not trying to attempt line-theft." Arthur asked his wife in a soft yet pleading voice. If this was true, his family would be totally ruined.

"Of course not he's lying." Molly was sweating buckets, how had the boy found out. How were they going to get out of this, they had never planned for this ever happening.

"Lying am I?" Harry asked calmly with a raised eyebrow.

"Of course you're lying Potter." Ron said hotly, he just didn't know when he was screwed, he believed they could talk their way out of this, surely Potter couldn't back that accusation up.

"We'll see whose lying." Harry said as he removed a memory from his head using his finger and keeping his wand at the back of Hermione's skull. He dropped the memory into Dumbledore's pensive.

"I, Harry James, Son of James Henry, hereby swear on my life and magic that I have not changed this memory in anyway, so I swear." Magic flashed at the tip of his wand accepting the vow and as he was still standing and not having his magic ripped from him, everyone knew that the memory they were about to see had not been changed in anyway.

Harry tapped the pensive and the memory began, everyone sat or stood with their eyes glued to the memory that appeared above the bowl.

Molly, Ron, Hermione and Ginny were sat around the kitchen table talking quietly.

"Are you sure that we can pull this off?" Hermione asked Mrs Weasley in a small voice.

"Yes I'm sure, all that needs to happen is Ginny gives Harry the potion to make him fall in love with her, once they are married we give him to You-Know-Who as a peace offering and once the boy is dead we inherit everything through Ginny." Molly explained matter-of-factly

"And then Dumbledore can kill You-Know-Who and we can all live happily and safely." Ron nodded confidently as he ate his second breakfast.

"Exactly." Molly smiled.

"It will be nice to not worry about getting killed because Harry has dragged us off on some hare-brained adventure." Hermione commented with a smile as Ron grabbed her hand and kissed her knuckles with a sappy smile.

"Not to mention all the money and books you'll get once the dope is dead." Ginny laughed already thinking about how famous she would be to first be Harry's wife then his widow, maybe she would open an orphanage in his name for more fame.

They all laughed at Hermione, knowing how much she loved books.

"So do you still think I'm a liar now?" Harry asked coldly as he glared at Molly whilst the Order all began looking at the four conspirators in shock and anger.

"Of course you're not a liar Harry, you are the most honest man I know" a voice said over the mutterings that had begun. A voice that caused many to gasp in shock.

Remus Lupin desperately wanted to turn his head, he would know that voice anywhere. He tried turning his head but the wand at his head dug further in, warning him not to move.

Harry turned to grin at the newcomer, the man had shoulder length shaggy back hair and cold grey eyes and he had his wand at his side ready for a fight.

"About time you got here." Harry smirked at the man.

"You know me Harry, I love to make an entrance." laughed the man as he crossed the Great Hall to stand next to Harry, placing his wand at the back of Hermione's head, allowing Harry to move around the room as he knew he would need to.

"Surely Remus can be trusted?" The man said as he looked at the man in question.

"Nobody is to be trusted until they have sworn an oath they had nothing to do with trying to sell me out or steal my money." Harry replied as he walked towards the Headmaster who was glaring daggers at Molly Weasley and didn't even seem to notice the newcomer.

"Fair enough Harry." Replied the man.

"Dumbledore, swear to me right now that you had nothing to do with this." Harry demanded in a cold voice as he pointed his wand at the Headmaster's forehead.

Albus Dumbledore turned to face Harry and that's when he spotted the newcomer and his mouth fell open in shock as he stared at the man.

"Sirius Black." Dumbledore managed gasp in utter shock as he stared at the very much alive Sirius Black.

"Hi there Dumbles, Surprise, now swear the vow." Sirius said as he glared at the Headmaster.

"What?" Dumbledore asked with his eyebrows raised, his mind had gone blank since seeing a dead man walking and talking.

"Swear the vow that you had nothing to do with the memory you just saw." Harry growled coldly, his magic was begging to be unleashed and rip into the betrayers.
