Six months had passed since the horrors the worlds had endured. No one had escaped this invasion unharmed in any of the three worlds. The feedback loop, from reversing the flow of the Boom Tube, and the damage they had done to it, resulted in several blowouts, both in the Cave and on the Watchtower. Most of the heroes managed to avoid any serious injuries, but a few were not so lucky.

Impulse hadn't been fast enough to avoid all the explosions from the Zeta Tubes. A piece of fine metal had gotten lodged in his right kneecap destroying it. It had been a fast surgery to replace it with an artificial one. Batgirl had two broken legs and would be confined to a wheelchair for a few weeks, just like her mentor. Aquagirl hadn't manage to escape fast enough, ending up with a punctured lung that later resulting in removal of a third of it. Tempest had stayed by her side for weeks as she recovered.

The League had suffered a few injuries as well. Captain Atom had spent two months in a special chamber to contain his radiation until his body could be fixed. Adam Strange suffered from a series of burns, which he was still getting skin grafts for. Hawkwoman had suffered multiple injuries, nearly dying twice on the operating table when her heart gave out. Luckily they had gotten her back both times.

The Zeta Beam Network had crashed, leaving most of the League, stranded for a week and half on the Watchtower. The Cave's residential wing blew up so some of the members were homeless for a little bit. It would take time to rebuild and get both teams back at full strength. Still there was an upside to all this. Apparently the Light had lost all contact with Apocalypse leaving them without a mega alien force. So for now they were in hiding not causing trouble!

The Spirit World had suffered to the point, they were lucky they didn't have to close their world off again until the next Harmonic Convergence. With the new Spirit Portals, the link between the Spirit and Human world, had grown stronger. The bonds between human and spirits had reached a new level of understanding and friend. Some of the darker spirits had ceased their activities to help rebuild their home. The Guardian Spirits had taken a personal interest in their nations, helping their people and the land recover.

The Avatar World still was in the midst of recovery. So much of the world, had been plundered and destroyed, because of Kuvira's madness and Darkseid's twisted desire. Death's powers had taken away much of the damage, and the people who wanted their souls free. Life had bestowed the beginnings of life in several areas of the world, and her energy helping those who wanted to live, survive their horrific experiences. There was still much to be done.

As soon as the invasion ended, Prime Minister Wu, stepped up to help his country recover. They had lost at least twenty governors in the initial takeover. Wu worked with Piandao, who was considered a hero on Kyoshi for his bravery and skill, to help find people who could take up the vacant positions. It had taken nearly two months, but in the end the Earth Kingdom had officially become the Earth Parliament. The first order of business had been designating resources and help to the most effective areas. Wu also promised to see if his family had any possessions left that he could sell to get money of restitution for all the victims. It wouldn't be much in the end, but a few coins could go a long way.

The Fire Nation had been hit badly by the final invasion force. After the battle had ended, most of the habitable islands had been compromised leaving them on the verge of inhospitable. Crown Princess Honora; had gather several nobles and civilians for a humanity mission. She was an inspirational figure as she got her hands muddy helping out, to restore the islands back to normal. Her brother Iroh II, had taken a sabbatical from his job, to help his nation recover along with his mother and grandfather.

The Water Tribes had suffered as well. Many of their benders had been turned into cyborgs and they lost a great deal of their warriors. The pollution from the aliens and their machines was sure to haunt them for a while. They were proud of keeping their portals safe during the crises.

In the South, Katara became Tonraq's adviser as they worked together to help their people learn to come to terms with their new lives and find peace again. The entire community came together, volunteering for different jobs, or just to sit with patients and listen to them.

The Foggy Swamp Tribe was happy to have their home back. Luckily no one had died, even when on death doorstep, people like Qui and Chi, had made it through, with a few scars to tell stories about. Bao and his daughter had been working hard to reconnect all the roots back with the Great Bayan Grove Tree. The Nexus was safe once again and the Swamp was slowly turning to normal.

The Northern Tribe was rebuilding once more. Mixed gender groups helped one another in different areas. Eska had survived the battle with no further injuries, but her mother had lost sense of smell, which devastated her. She wouldn't smell her son's scent still lingering to his items in storage, no sweet dishes and her life would be tough on the pole without it. It would be a struggle. To help with the transition Eska had been working on a statue to commemorate their bravest members ever, Avatar Kuruk, Princess Yue, and Chief Desna. Hopefully it would help bring hope to their home.

The Air Nomads population took a big hit. Several of the older Acolytes had died defending the temples. A few children and young benders had also perished; as they gave their lives to give others a chance to escape. A number of sky bison and lemurs had lost their lives. Many sky funerals were held for the air cyborgs, who had chosen to go with Death to find peace again. Tenzin was very grateful knowing all of his family had survived the war.

The United Nations had taken hits all along the country's coast and the border of mountains. Smaller towns had been obliterated. On the roads, several abandoned modified Satomobiles, tanks, and such rested with marks all over them. No one wanted to touch them thinking they may have been booby-trapped. Future Industries had been tasked by President Raiko to safely secure the vehicles to be destroyed. The President was stretched thin and was thankful for the help from their allies and Team Avatar in fixing the situation.

Mako was the co-leader of Lin's new task force. He was in charge in keeping order in the damaged city and helping the citizens in need. With a new found confidence he patrolled the streets with loyal and caring colleagues.

Bolin, quickly adjusted to his new limbs, using them to help repair buildings with Opal's help. She had assured him that his new limbs were a testimony of his will to survive, even after a horrible experiment. Besides Pabu, liked the heat from them as he played with the young man.

Others who had survived their experiences included; Varrick, Zhu Li, and Baatar Jr. Varrik, had regained much of his sanity and thought his new teeth looked great. Because of the damage to his legs, he now wore braces and used a cane to get around, but none of that mattered when he saw his beautiful wife.

Zhu Li skin had been fixed, it no longer sagged. It had been rehydrated, tucked in and, now thanks to a kind plastic surgeon, there would be minimal scarring. She couldn't do anything about her eye. It was taking a little getting used to. She wore a thick eye patch when the data from its readings were too much for her to bear. Her movements were a little stiffer, slower because of the amount of poison she had received. Overall the couple was happy to be alive.

Baatar Jr, had Ferrum and Life, to thank for his recovery. The Guardian Spirit of the United Republic and Technological Progress had created this world's first artificial heart, replacing Baatar Jr's damaged one. Unlike normal artificial hearts, this one would last for the rest of his life, not just a few years until he could get a new one. Life's energy had managed to merge the remains of his living heart, into the artificial one, ensuring it wouldn't give out until his life was through.

Korra and Kilchii had a lot of work to do, traveling all over the world to help. Sometimes they didn't see each other for weeks. That didn't mean they weren't planning their wedding. The world was looking forward to the joyous occasion. It would be a real uplifting inspirational event that showed the world it was getting slowly back to normal.

Finally it was the day before the wedding and Korra was sitting in her room at Air Temple Island. Despite being Water Tribe, Korra had wanted her wedding to be a blend of both her's and Kilchii's traditions, so they decided to have it in a warm place where the guests wouldn't be complaining about the cold too much, plus it wasn't too hot for some of their other guests.

Korra was looking outside her window anxiously. Outside, several Acolytes and a few strong men were setting up for the wedding tomorrow. Of course the bride and groom wanted to help, but Water Tribe tradition stated that the surrounding community set up the wedding. At the same time, female friends and family, helped prepare the bride and vice versa with the men.

"This is the most awkward bachelorette party ever," Zantana remarked. Korra's room was so small they had to take out over a second room to accommodate everyone. It was still a tight fit, but everyone made the most of it. After all this was an exciting day. In twenty four hours Korra would be marrying her soul mate and she needed all the help she could get.

"Are you excited about tomorrow Korra? I bet your heart is bursting with joy! I know mine would be if I was marrying who was my soul mate. I can just picture us now, having the most lavish wedding ever," Cassie stated, trying not to jump up and down. Instead she ate the last of her seaweed noodles, enjoying the exotic taste.

The young Avatar was playing with her necklace nervously. She looked at her dressing screen, her dress was hanging on the back, waiting to be worn. She also had tons of makeup out and other items for preparations for tomorrow. Butterflies started building up in her stomach. "I don't know if I can do this! Being the Avatar, I can do. Acting as heroine no problem. What do I know about being a wife? I can't really cook or make clothes. What if we argue with each other? How do I chose between my spouse and the world!" she exclaimed, her friends looked at her if she was crazy.

Senna drew her daughter into a powerful embrace, stroking her hair and whispering comfortable words into her ears. Sitting on the opposite side, Katara patted the girl on her back, making sure she knew everyone was here to help support her and aid her when she needed help.

"You remind me of how I felt, the day Aang and I married. I also had the same fears you do. Could I be the wife Aang needed? Sure I knew how to run a household, but what if we argued about culture clashes?" The Waterbending Master touched her necklace, recalling the memories of the joyous day. Korra seemed to be recalling them as well, from Aang's memories, as one charm lit up. "You can do this Korra, no matter what; you and your beloved will always be there for each other."

Korra smiled, feeling more confident about this wedding. Pulling herself off the bed, she stood up and pounded her fist into her hand. "There's nothing I can't do, so we have had our meal, so bring on the advice and gifts!" All the girl's laughed as Jade just rolled her eyes and said, "Finally we get to the good stuff. I'll go first, here!" The former assassin plucked a package out of her jacket and handed to the bride to be. It turned out to be a book and the title was embarrassing.

"Jade, I don't think this is a very appropriate book for me…"

"Trust me, Harper men need to be put in their places and they like it when you treat them to special performance before sex. Besides, it goes great with your friend Asami's gift." The heiress face flushed as she handed Korra a box with a special lingerie outfit designed for pleasure and to protect a woman from being raped. Her mother had one just like it when she was married so it was perfect for Korra.

"Asami, you surprised us all with that gift," Artemis commented as she gave a shrill look to her sister. Ignoring her sister, she gave Korra a gift that both she and M'gann bought. It was a batch of records to be played on a phonograph, they had also purchased, to listen to music, without using up the battery power of her more advance devices. The girls cited that music always calmed the savage mind.

Raquel and Zantana also had pooled their resources to get a gift for Korra. This one was a box with all sorts of supplies to help deal with her pain levels and making everything a bit easier for her when she got super fatigued. After all, if she was stressed from her job, then she needed to relax and not take out her frustrations out on her husband.

Cassie, Karen, and Bettie had bought her spa stuff. Wonderful smelling lotion, bubble bath balls, even special shampoo for her hair. Korra couldn't wait to try them out. Especially since Hoa gave her special mud masks from the Swamp and along with Pema's, hair accessories, she would always look and smell great. Jinora and Ikki promised to give her their gift tomorrow.

The Bei Fong woman stopped by later to give Korra some gifts. Opal decided to give the bride something borrowed, her metal armbands that she wore in Zaofu. Su got something old for the wedding, an old veil she kept from her days in the Sandbender Communes. It went perfectly with the new shoes Lin got her. Korra thanked them all and couldn't wait until tomorrow.

The next day the sun was shining brightly as a gentle wind blew across the island. The ceremony space was beautifully decorated. Chairs had been set up with flowers and furs winded around the backs and sides of the chairs. Three bridges had been constructed. One on the left, middle, and right at the end of the runners. They led to small patch of land in a temporary pond where there was an altar. Eight empty pedestals had been set up near the altar. A beautiful arch, of ice and wood, in special metal casings, had been set up on the patch of land. Similar columns were set up near the entrances and bridges of the runners.

A nearby space had been set up for the reception full of tables, new Varrikvision screens, and decorations to celebrate the momentous occasions. Radios had been also set up to broadcast the ceremony to people listening all over the world. Everything was in place as the guests started to take their seats. It was a formal wear wedding and the heroes were given explicated instructions; no masks, no costumes, nothing hero related. The only exception Korra would allow was for Batman to wear something to cover his eyes, due to his paranoia.

The guests were all taking with one another, asking other how they were doing. Prime Minister Wu was catching up with President Raiko to discuss policy. Zuko, Katara, and Toph sat in their seats reminiscing about times long past. Spirits floated about as they interacted with humans. Bumi and Bum Jun happily hugged one another after being separated for six months. Some bells chimed indicated the ceremony would be starting in five minutes. Everyone took their seats as they all waited for the ceremony to begin.

Jinora and Ikki's surprise turned out to be all the airbenders playing the Wedding March with chimes as the Spirits hummed a beautiful melody. Working together they created a new version of the March that showed how blended this wedding was. Kya was using her bending to create a soft flurry of snowflakes to descend upon the ceremony space. Up at the altar, the two officiants, Bao and Hoa, waited. Bao was in a finally sewn leaf shirt, with dark blue pants and wearing sandals. Next to him, Hoa was in a beautiful green dress woven from grass with fur attached to collar and cuffs. Her new leave and flower crown looked amazing. Both of the officiants gave a small signal as the music swelled.

Everyone turned their heads to watch as the protective escorts stepped on the runners first. In Water Tribe tradition, the two families would be guided to the altar by a great warrior and maybe a few polar dogs. It was to ensure the bride and groom's parties arrived without harm. A third escort had been added to protect the added wedding party.

From the right runner, walked Lagan in official Atlantis formal wear. He was slightly pumped up and looked very fierce. Nanook and Taqquiq flanked his sides, with special painted markings on their fur. All three of them kept looking around for signs of danger. Down the middle came Bart, (who was trying to go as slow as possible), with Wolf and Naga, while Garfield, Silaluk, and Kallik had the left. They also wore formal wear relating to their culture. Each boy walked with pride as the animals sniffed for trouble and found none. The boys came to a stop at the bridge entrances and so did the animals.

Standing very still, the escorts looked behind them as the next members of the party went down the runners. Dressed in dark blue robes, with Water Tribe armor on, came the warrior guard each carrying a different weapon. Garth was in the lead followed by Tim, Damion, and Jaime. The Warrior Guard was a display of the groom's closest and greatest warriors, who would fight and defend the new family.

Garth looked down at the beautifully carved bone club. The weight was perfectly balanced as he used his magic to summon up a series of creatures made up of water. Bringing back the club, he used it to attack the made up monsters, hooking and clubbing to death each one. It was a beautiful display of battle prowess and skill, earning a few claps.

The other boys did similar shows of strength. Tim, turned his jaw blade on Damion, who blocked it with a boomerang. Tim twisted his knife allowing the teeth to cut the edge of the boomerang as the other boy thrust the weapon up, ready to draw blood, when both were hit on the head by the flat part of Jaime's machete, warning them sharply. Taking a deep breath the boys continued down the runners as their counterparts, the Torchbearers followed in step on the left.

Tula, Kara, Cassandra, and Troia, carried long poles with a flaming torch burning on the top. Well three of them did, Tula was carrying a torch with a shallow bowl filled with water. The other girls made sure to be several steps back to prevent any fire from touching her. All the girls wore different cut, royal purple dresses, with gold embroidery on the bodice that made up the Water Tribe symbol. Each girl was chanting an ancient prayer for luck and safety during this time. Their role was to light the way for the bride, to show her worth to her community.

Reaching the entrance to the bridges, each member of the party was sniffed and checked by an escort before proceeding across the bridge. The girls and the boys slightly bowed to one another before marching to a pedestal. Saying the blessing together they placed their items on their pedestals, symbols of strength, power, and commitment to the community. After they were done, the boys and girls linked hands and walked off the patch of land via a hidden bridge before taking their seats.

The chimes starting chiming a little faster and the Spirits paused for a second to watch an adorable sight. Little Rohan, in his new formal clothing, carried the rings with pride as little Lian tossed her flower petals everywhere, including on her cute Asian style dress. Both gave the other a mischief grin. Halfway down the aisle, Rohan bent up an air scooter, as the two friends zipped down the rest of the aisle, spun around Bart, before undoing the scooter and taking their positions near the altar, making everyone laugh. Even Tenzin had to chuckle at his youngest antics.

Next to come down the aisle, were Lian's parents. Roy looked dashing in his black suit and red tie. For today's special occasion he wore white gloves to hide his prosthetic, he had insisted on it. In his hand he carried a little box. Next to him, carrying a bouquet of fire and ice lilies was Jade. Her wild locks had been tamed and down in a fancy Vietnamese hairstyle held in places by several combs. She wore an ankle length green dress, with a cinched multicolored ribbon sash. "I can't believe I agreed to be the Matron of Honor, why did I agree to that?" Jade whispered to the Best Man.

"You're the one who's married, so you earned the job," Roy whispered back to her. Adjusting his tie, he grasped her arm gently letting her know it was okay. "Just smile and be happy today." They took their places by the altar waiting patiently for the rest of the party.

The Maid of Honor Asami, smelled like roses and ocean water, as she walked in a fancy red dress, with a multicolored trim. Mako was in a gray suit with black accents as he walked down the aisle. Both were grinning happily, excited for their friends and themselves. They were planning to announce their engagement very soon.

Other couples followed behind them in dresses and suits of different cuts and color, but they all wore an article of clothing that was multicolored. Each girl carried a mixed bouquet of lilies, and the boys held onto their boxes. Connor and M'gann, Dick and Zantana, Kaldur and Raquel. Other couples included Wally and Artemis, Karen and Mal, Cassie and Jason, and lastly Virgil and Bettie.

Cameras snapped and the broadcaster was describing the proceedings with vivid detail. Everyone was oohing and awing. Soon the entire wedding party was in place. The music stopped for a second, then started again. The bride and groom were about to appear.

Kilchii appeared first on the right side. He was wearing a tux with a red undershirt. He wore adornments in yellow and gray, shaped like Varuna's markings. His long auburn hair was tied back in a low ponytail. His blue green eyes shone with an unknown light. He was smiling happily. Not really having a traditional family; it still shocked Olly and Dinah, when he asked them to give him away so to speak. His family couldn't be prouder as they walked to the ceremony space. Out of the corner of his eyes he could see his beautiful bride appearing on the other bridge.

Korra was beautiful. Her short hair was done up in several hair loops with beads and jewels attached to them. She had attached the old veil to her small blue and white fur trimmed hat. Her dress was light blue with a transparent sleeves and thin straps holding it up. She had a purple wrap dangling from her shoulders as white fur trimmed, the collar, cuffs, and hem of her dress. Not only were her parents escorting her, she had asked her mentor and close friend Red Tornado, to take part, because he was part of her family. The robot had readily agreed, pleased to be given such an honor.

Both families arrived at the altar and looked at one another. The parents exchanged words accepting one another into their family and gave their children a final blessing. After a quick hug to everyone, the bride and groom took their places as the parents sat down.

Bao smiled brightly as he looked at the sight of the young couple. It was an unbelievable honor to officiate the wedding of the Avatar. His grandfather couldn't have foretold this when he helped the previous Avatar and learning to connect with spiritual energy.

"Welcome, one and all, to this momentous occasion. The joining of these two is not only merging two families as one, but is also a sign of hope for the ever changing world around us," he began. He bent up a single globe of water. He held it high above his head, letting everyone see it. Then he turned ice before causing it to shatter in tons of pieces going in all directions including at the guests. At the last second, he changed it into steam that wavered through the guests.

"Water is the element of change. The Water Tribe adapts by turning any obstacle we encounter into something useful and grand. Through the water we can heal, move plant life, and resist the dark arts involving the blood. Our season is winter for a reason. Only those who survive the tundra and the dangers of a swamp can survive in these environments. Korra Tribe has shown how much her culture means to her as it shaped who she is."

Bao turned and looked at Kilchii. The groom pulled something out of his sleeve and handed it to the Headsman. It was his last spirit arrow. The Headsman took it and held it up for all to see. A nod to Rohan, and the little boy created a breeze that caused the arrow to spin in any direction. Everyone watched the arrow as it spun around going faster and faster, until it stopped and pointed at the hero guests before spinning again and pointed to Kilchii, it spun again and again stopping each time and pointing to all those Kilchii had encountered, including the Guardian Spirits in the front row.

"This arrow reminds us that there are many paths on the journey of life we take. The circumstances of one's birth doesn't define who they are or what they'll become as they walk through life, searching for the destiny that they seek." Bao placed a comforting hand on the groom's shoulder before spreading his other arm wide encompassing the guests. "Kilchii Harper, you have journey long from where you started. An enemy tribe created you to become a spy for the family you thought was your own. By breaking free from the Light's tribe's control, you set on finding your own path. Through your struggles and doubts, you have shown who you are and that you belong to the many tribes. Today, you officially join the Water Tribe."

Hoa stepped forward as her father stepped back. This part of the ceremony was hers to conduct. She bent up some spirit energy as the markings of Raava and Varuna appeared. She moved forward and touched the couples' abdomens. Wisps of the spirits' powers flittered into the air. "Today represents something more than just a simple union. Today, we don't just unite a bride, Avatar, heroine, Water Tribe, to a groom, Spirit's Champion, hero, and Young Justice family," she intoned to the group. The bent up energy merged together, radiating a soft glow. "Today the guiding Light Spirit, Raava and the Varuna, the Spirit of Justice and Reason, unite together in this life and all to come. Together they will help lead both worlds, to a bright, great, future of balance and love."

Hoa called out to each Guardian Spirit asking them to bless the couple and their union. Yue vowed that her moonlight would bring them comfort in the darkest of nights. Hei Bai, growled as he blessed the couple with indomitable spirit of earth so they stayed strong throughout the union. Amaterasu promised her heavenly winds would make sure they only spoke truth to one another as Agni promised the sun would always fuel their passion. Ferrum said his blessing was that no matter how the world changed around them, they would always find a way back to one another. Tempus's blessing ensured their love would only grow as time passed.

After the blessing, it was time for the vows. They had each wrote their own. Kilchii went first. "Korra, I don't know how to thank you for what you have done for me. Not only did you save my life, but you allowed me to have one," he started to say as he wiped tears from his eyes. "I never knew when I first met you, that you would change me so much. I love so many things about you. Your beauty, intelligence, and your spirit. I've seen you at your most vulnerable, as you trusted me with some of your deepest secrets. We have a lot in common and many difference, which are important in any working relationship. I am honored to be your soul mate and your husband. I will cherish, honor, and protect you for the rest of my life. I give you my word."

Korra was chocked up, his vows so sweet and kind. Taking a deep breath, she recited her promises. "Kilchii, I needed you, and I never knew how much until we met. Someone who could really truly understand me. I owe you for how much I grew, as both a person and the Avatar. I can be stubborn, arrogant, and not a very good listener. I never knew how to be soft, kind, and open minded, until you showed me. I love you so much Kilchii and I will never abandon you. No matter what happens from now on, I know that you and I together, can do anything. I look forward to spending our lives together."

There wasn't a dry eye among the guests as Rohan presented the rings to couple. Together, they repeated after Bao and Hoa, as they placed the rings on each others fingers. They were declared wife and husband as they kissed each other passionately as they got a standing ovation. It was time for the reception!

The reception was one big party. Everyone was seated, talking and laughing. All sorts of food and drink were being served to the guests. The Spirits had brought their own food and shared it with their favorite humans. A display of bending and natural talents entertained everyone as they eat. Several people stood up to give toasts to the bride and groom. Later there would be a few games and the cutting of the cake, but first Varrik and Zhu Li, wanted to present their gift.

"As many of you have seen, my big brain got messed up because of those crazy aliens. As I recovered, I decided to work on a new project for this momentous occasion. A video memory book to be viewed as the couple has their first dance."

"We hope you enjoy this gift from all your friends and family."

Kilchii and Korra took their places on the dance floor. Instead of positioning themselves for a Water Tribe dance, they held each other for the ballroom dancing. The opening instrumental started to play as the video log lit up the screen. The song they chose was a beautiful one titled, "Color Everywhere," by Deana Carter. The video portion started out in sepia coloring.

A blizzard was blowing across an icy tundra. The OWL approached a small home. Tonraq appeared and welcomed them into their home. Senna greeted them and told them that their search was at an end. A skeptical OWL asked how they knew their daughter was the one.

The wall burst open as a four year old girl appeared raising her chubby hands. "I'm the Avatar and you got to deal with it!" as she started to punch fire, kick stones and levitated water There was no doubt in anyone's mind that little girl was the Avatar.

It was dark and cold. That was the first memory he had. Slowly opening his eyes he, (how did he know what gender he was?), squinted trying to understood the world around him. His limbs hung uselessly in the air. A squishy goo was being drained from his cage? Home? What did those words mean?

"Relax my friend, don't panic. You can't let them realize you're conscious just yet. Rest a bit more," a soothing, gentle male voice filled his mind. On instinct he twisted around rattling restraints he didn't realize he had on. Panic flooded him as he struggled only for the voice to speak sharply this time at him. "Please, you need to stay calm and quite. I promise soon you'll have your answer, rest Kilchii." A soothing peaceful scene of mountains with fresh breezes blowing next to a pond with a fire crackling filled his mind.

The couple danced beautifully as the song started. Smiling at one another, they started to move in an elegant waltz. Neither could tear the eyes from one another as memories of them growing up played along with the music.

"I used to see in black and white. Never something in between.
Waitin' on the love of my life, to come into my dreams.

Everything in shades of grey. Never any blues or greens. I needed someone else to turn to. Someone who could help me learn to see, all the beauty that was waiting for me.

The memories playing now showed the Spirits barging with the League about teaching Korra. They promised Kilchii to find his brother. It showed the tension going on between them during Korra's first two weeks living among her friends world.

The image of them yelling at one another and having disgust over each other was plain to see. That first mission at the club, really showed how their attitudes clashed against one another, not realizing how similar they were. They nearly came to exchanging blows at the debriefing.

The couple laughed a little as they spun around going; one two three. One two three. Korra spun into Kilchii's arms as the song continued accompanied by their memories as they started to grow closer and begin their relationship.

You...you put the blue back in the sky. You put the rainbow in my eyes,
the silver lining in my prayers, and now there's colour everywhere. You put the red back in the rose. Just when I needed it the most. You came along to show you care
and now there's colour everywhere.

Memories of defeating the Light, becoming a twin and coming here played. How they defeated Amon and their relationship grew. Memories of when they first met Unalaq and the journey that had taken place from both point of views, side by side, for all to see.

My life was so predictable. Never any mystery, but ever since you shined the light. All of that is history. Now I have a hand to hold and a reason to believe.
There's someone in my life worth living for. I was hanging 'round just wishin' on a star, to put the happiness back in my heart and…

Learning about being soul mates and saving Korra from darkness. Learning about his spirit guide, the great dragon bird Fenghuang. All their friends helping them to stop Unalaq and Vaatu. The birth of Varuna and the creation of the Spirit's Champion.

The couple glided across the floor enjoying their lives together. Kilchii twirled Korra, who then dipped her husband. He came back upright and then lifted her high in their air spinning her around before dropping her back on the ground as they continued to dance.

I left those hazy days behind me. Never to return again.
Now they're just a faded memory 'Cause baby it's all so clear to see.
The beauty that was waiting for me.

The memories of the last four years started to play. All the way from the day Bumi got airbending to Korra surviving her poisoning. How being apart for so long nearly broke them. Showing how with the help of family and friends Korra healed and the couple reunited in love.

You...you put the blue back in the sky. You put the rainbow in my eyes.
The silver lining in my prayers and now there's colour everywhere.
You put the red back in the rose. Just when I needed it the most. You came along to show you care and now there's colour everywhere.

You care and now there's colour everywhere. There's colour everywhere
There's colour everywhere.

The song came to an end as the couple kissed each other. Everything about today had been perfect. Neither one knew what the future held, but they knew they would walk together, with all their friends and families forever.

Six years later. United Nations, Restored Taku City, (near the old herbalist shop).

In the tallest building riding up against the mountain was a beautiful three story home. There was plenty of green grass, trees and flowers surrounding the building as the river cut nearby. The backyard had all sorts of training grounds. A Satomobile and Satocycle sat in the garage. There were some strange tech attached to the building and a bent up cave nearby. This was the spring and summer home of the Avatar and the Spirit's Champion. The couple also had vacation homes in the other nations near the spirit portals.

Korra and Kilchii had made the decision to move out of Republic City to the nearby Taku City a few days after their first anniversary. They had need their own place and some distance from the city to enjoy their personal life. Being here gave them that and they also had a home in the South Pole which they spent the winter at. Vacation homes served places to rest when carrying out duties or a real vacation.

In the backyard, Korra and Kilchii, had been joined by the original members of Young Justice, (that Korra had met), their friends from this world, and all their children.

At the moment most of the attention was focused on, Asami and Mako's newborn son Sying. The baby was only a month old, but already showing signs of great intelligence as he looked around trying to figure things out. The little boy had his daddy's eyes, skin and nose. His small tuff of hair showed he was going to take after his mother.

"He's so cute and smells just like Asami's perfume. You did great brother. Think he'll be a bender?" Bolin asked. He was standing next to Opal, who was just starting to show. They had gotten married two years ago and now Opal was pregnant with their first child.

"I don't know, but I'll be happy no matter what he grows up to be," Mako assured them.

Asami adjusted her hold as she started to get ready to breast feed. "By the way Opal, do you know what you're having?"

"No doubt about it, I'm going to have a little girl, I can just feel it inside. Little baby Pearl is going to be flying with her mommy and daddy on Juicy the minute she's healthy enough to do so."

"I just hope she's a healthy normal baby. I don't want her to be teased because some difference you know?" Bolin stated. He had come to terms with his, weirdness, but hoped that his child would be spared the cruelness that he had suffered.

"Don't worry so much Bolin. You guys are going to be great parents, I just know it," Korra assured him. She looked over at Hoa, the newly appointed, Headswoman since her father stepped down last month. "Have you found someone special yet?"

Hoa adjusted her head crown, making sure the flowers were straight, and pretty. Fingering her pendant, she shook her head. "No one yet. A few guys have approached me and one spirit was desperate for a date, but I'm going to take my time. I want to find true love like you did."

"Speaking about true love, how are the happy couples doing these days? You guys must be exhausted by all the work having children underfoot while working two jobs," Kilchii smirked at his twin.

Roy rolled his eyes and responded that he and Jade, were doing an excellent job with Lian. She was a great kid and loved having fun. The eight and half year old was already following in her parents footsteps, thankfully Jade had agreed not to teach her killing methods.

"Sometimes I wonder if she likes coming here just because she gets to see her crush Rohan. Last I heard, he's become quiet the airbender and might be getting a sky bison of his own soon," Jade remarked as Kilchii nodded, happy for his beloved godchild. He was an excellent archer, well on his way to becoming a master.

"Tenzin and Pema are lucky to have so much help with raising their children. Thi makes enough trouble on her own. I wish she stop dragging B.J. into trouble. I can't believe how polar opposite our twins are," Artemis muttered unhappily. She really did love her children. The twenty nine year old just had trouble keeping up with two fraternal twins with super speed.

They all looked up amused as Wally tried to corral the three year olds so they could take a nap. Thi was not making it easy. She darted under her dad's outstretched hand, her blond pigtails just out of reach. Her brown eyes lit up as her pale skin absorbed the light. It was her twin, who knocked her down. B.J. had inherited his father's hair and eyes, but his mom's skin tone. He was the more obedient twin. "Time for you two rascals to get some shut eye. Come on, let's go."

"I agree, I think playtime is over. Nereus Augustus Ervin, it's time to stop playing. Why don't you go inside and your father and I will be there shortly. We can work on your reading skills," Raquel called out.

The little boy ran up and hugged his mom and jumped up on his dad who held him tightly. The five year old loved reading and especially enjoyed trying to learn both English and Atlantienesse at the same time. He looked almost a carbon copy of his mom, except for his webbed hands and his gill slits hidden by his shirt and collar.

Connor and M'gann's six year old Lara St'arr Kent El, wanted to play more, but knew no one messed with her daddy. Any use of puppy dog eyes would just get her in trouble. Instead of her natural look, she had shifted her body to her more humanoid form that she preferred. The girl's skin was a mix of green and white in beautiful pattern. She had big bright blue eyes and long black hair along with her mother's freckles. She landed on her dad's shoulder asking if he could give her a piggy back ride, which he complied with as M'gann giggled behind him.

Zantana didn't have a boyfriend, let alone a husband yet. She was still searching for someone. Seeing all her friends with families and spouses made her a little sad. She watched as Nightwing and Starfire, (a Young Justice member who joined up three years ago), taking turns holding the one year old M'ari, to make sure she didn't start flying around as she slept. Zantana joined Hoa as they started to discuss how to find the right guy.

The last two children belonged to Korra and Kilchii. On the backs of the Polar Bear Dog, rode four year old John Isekemu Harper, (brown hair, blue green eyes, mothers skin tone, held tightly on his two and half year old sister, Kanda Zoe Harper, (auburn hair, blue eyes, light skinned water bender). "Did you see me mommy! I was riding Taqquiq and never let go of Kanda once!"

"More ride. Kanda want to ride more!"

"Not today my little princess. Everyone's going inside to rest up. Maybe later we can go for a ride near the river. How does that sound?" Kilchii asked his daughter, who just hugged him around his neck tightly. His son was asking how his mom was feeling and did she need any help with something. She told him she was doing okay today. The little family looked at one another with such happiness and joy. Who could have predict all this happening so many years ago? No one could. Korra took her son's hand as Kilchii hefted his daughter up more. They entered their home perfectly content with their lives.
