This is my first fanfiction, I NEED CRITISM (if possible). I do not own Magi or any of its characters (I wish I did). I only own my OC.
She was stirring, causing ripples in the Rukh.
In the Kou Empire, a certain black-haired magi was staring at a large, ripe peach hungrily. Just as he was about to take a bite out of it, he dropped it and spun around.
"What the hell was that… disturbance?"
Then he saw the peach juice splattered on his clothes.
"Oh crap!"
A young navy-haired boy was playing tag with his older sister. He felt something pleasant wash over him and he stopped running, a dreamy look on his face.
"Hakuryuu!" called his sister, "come get me!"
He snapped out of his trance and grinned happily.
"Coming!"
Two brothers sat across from each other, filling out documents and sorting papers. The younger brother dipped his head, eyes filled with a longing for sleep, but his older brother smacked him and he instantly snapped awake.
"Koumei," his brother chided," go to sleep after you finish your work."
He looked at the mountains of evil paperwork waiting to be filled out by him and sighed. "Yeah, yeah"
Suddenly, both brothers froze.
"…did you feel that, Kouen?" asked Koumei.
"Yes…"
"It felt nice…"
"Yes…"
A young, pink-haired boy walked around the palace, three women trailing behind him. He spotted his sister.
"Kougyoku!" he called, excited. She turned to face him.
"Kouha!" she waved back. Then she ran towards him and gave him a hug.
"…"
"…"
"…"
"…"
"…ummm… Kougyoku? Why are you hugging me?"
Her voice came out muffled. "I don't know. I just got this really warm feeling in my chest."
Kouha remembered getting a feeling like that a few seconds earlier, but he decide to make fun of it. "Gross!"
"I-it's not gross!"
The empress of the Kou Empire sat in front of her mirror with a bored expression, waiting for her handmaidens to finish doing her hair. She stood up quickly, undoing all of their work. "There's no way…" she muttered, sounding slightly afraid.
Her handmaidens were afraid that they had done something wrong. They bowed their heads in shame.
Gyokuen sat back down and smiled at them. "Please continue." They did.
There's no way, she thought, there's no way that she is alive. I killed her, after all.
And that thought alone made her lips twist into a gruesome smile.
In the Leam Empire, a red-haired Fanalis looked up at the sky in confusion.
"Muu!"
He turned his head in the direction of the speaker. "Myron."
"What were you doing?"
"I thought I felt someone's presence in the air."
"Strange… I felt that earlier, except the presence was right next to me."
"How odd…"
The High Priestess of Leam watched the citizens of Leam go around, doing their daily work. She smiled, proud that she had made this empire so powerful. Her eyes snapped open and she gasped.
"This presence is…"
In the kingdom of Sindria, a purple-haired king was currently strolling through his palace gardens. His white-haired advisor trailed behind him, sleeves covering the bottom half of his face.
"It's such a beautiful day isn't it?"
"Yes."
"…"
"…"
"Ja'far? Can I-"
"No. Sin, you just went to one of those dirty clubs last night."
"But Ja'far-"
Both men were silent.
"Sin… just now, did you feel what I just felt?"
"…what did you feel?"
"Something warm that had a melancholy feeling to it as well…"
"I felt something that was warm and cold at the same time…"
"That was odd."
"Yeah…"
In the Great Rift,a blonde-haired man was pouring some tea for himself.
Her hand moved slightly.
He spread some butter on a slice of bread and set it on a porcelain plate, licking some excess butter off of his fingers.
Her chest slowly began to move up and down.
He sat down and took a sip of tea. He bit a chunk of bread off of the whole piece, chewing then swallowing.
Her face, which was once deathly pale, was now a healthy tan.
He set the teacup down and smiled. "It seems that…"
Her eyes opened.
"…she's awoken."

PUZZLE PIECES:
Gyokuen has killed this person before.
Yunan seems to know her. (*gasps*)
Her 'awakening' seemed to affect many people.
