Ok! This oneshot was something that had been nagging at the back of my mind for a few days and so, I felt that I should write it out.

Chung is the Iron Paladin in this and Elsword is the Rune Slayer!

Enjoy~

Disclaimer: I don't own Elsword.

He was concerned, that much was obvious and dare he admit it he was somewhat scared. Him! Hamel's White Wolf! Scared! But he tried to keep his minimal amount of fear hidden. Something was wrong with his red haired friend and it wasn't the normal 'Why won't you let me use Sword Fire!?' sulking kind of normal. Things like that could be solved by saying things like 'Elsword, we're underwater' or 'Elsword, we're surrounded by flammable gas!'

Something was wrong with his friend, and Chung needed to find out what it was. But first he needed to find where his red-haired companion was-

"Hey Chung!" Or maybe not, it turned out that Elsword had found him… Chung turned to look at Elsword, who had walked up behind him. He needed to question his friend, but first, he needed to give a polite greeting. It was only right to greet someone, right? Elsword didn't give him the chance to do that.

"I've been thinking…." Oh no, not good. Elsword thinking is never good. Last time his red-haired friend had been thinking he had decided that it would be a good idea to place an Ice Rune on Sword Fire. The result? Feita was completely frozen over. Chung shivered at the thought of that incident, let's not get started on the time before that, hadn't Elder been completely wiped off the map?

"Yes Elsword?" he needed to know what his friend was planning so he could prevent most of the destruction that was sure to come.

"Well…. You know how we kill monsters?" The cannon user nodded, he had a bad feeling about where this was going. "And you know how we take all of their money and valuables? Right?"

Just where was he going with this? "Yes I know that. We take their belongings so we can purchase food and to acquire stronger armour…"

"Yeah! But why do we need to do that? I mean! It might be required to kill the demons and monsters but… taking their belongings!? It doesn't feel right! And then there is another thing! Why do we even need to take their belongings? I mean, we pretty much save villages on a daily basis! Wouldn't you think they would give us something better than a little bit of money and armour that wouldn't even last us till the next village we go to save?"

Surprisingly, Elsword was correct. They didn't get that much from the villages when they would put their lives on the line for them. Sure there was a couple that would give them good stuff, but most of the time to acquire those things they needed to steal from monsters and demons.

Chung didn't know why, but he felt angry. And he could tell Elsword felt the same. The two made eye contact and it appeared to the cannon user that they had the exact same idea as each other.

Elsword smirked and spoke;

"On the count of 3"

Chung returned the smirk with one equally as powerful

"One" they turned their backs to eachother.

"Two" They both entered awakening mode.

"Three!"

"SHINING RUNE BUSTER!"

"DOOM STRIKE!"

This time when Elsword decided to think:

Sander was completely obliterated.
