The Impala pulled up to the small three bedroom house that Dean and Sam had fixed up five years ago. Dean didn't know what possessed him and Jo to settle down but somehow they had done it. Smiling, Dean stepped out of the old car that now had two carseats in the back and a diaper bag next to the hunting supplies in the trunk. Domestic, at least for a couple that had both grown up in the world of hunting.

Grabbing his duffel, Dean headed up to the porch and peered in the front window when he heard a loud squeal. Jo was in the living room, chasing a little blonde girl who was running around the coffee table from her mother. She had her shirt inside out and one of Jo's "Mommy's special dresses" clutched firmly in her hand. Obviously she had decided to dress herself and decided that she also wanted to dress like Mommy.

"Mary Ellen Jessica Winchester!" Jo yelled, rounding the coffee table the opposite way of her daughter. Mary quickly tried to run back the way she had come but Jo was faster. She scooped up the young girl and grabbed the piece of lingerie and shook her head. "Stay out of Mommy's closet."

"But, Mommy!" Mary protested. "I'm gonna dress myself."

Jo rolled her eyes and set the girl down. "Not today, Mary Ellen." Mary stomped her foot and Jo gave her a look. "Lunch, now." Mary stormed off to the kitchen and Jo's attention turned to the curly haired blond on the floor. "You're turn, Will," she murmured, and Dean smiled.

Will had been a bit of a surprise, especially when he came out with the curliest blond hair anyone had ever seen. Ellen had sworn up and down curls didn't run in the Harvelle line so they had to be all Winchester.

The boy cooed as his mother picked him up and she sighed. Only then did Dean realize how tired Jo looked. Her hair was tied back, slightly frizzy. There were dark circles under her eyes. Her mouth seemed to be glued into a frustrated frown.

Shaking his head, Dean opened the door.

"Daddy!" Mary squealed, running from the kitchen to attach herself to his leg. Dean scooped her up but his eyes were on Jo.

Her frown had already turned into a smile, her whole face brightening at the movement. Even Will felt her relax as he started bouncing in her arms.

"Da. Da. Da. Da," he chanted. Dean shook his head and kissed the toddler's forehead.

"Sometimes I really wonder if you're mine."

Jo shook her head. "Like it or not, he's all you."

Dean smirked. "Not all..." He leaned into the kiss her and Mary screamed.

"Mommy! Daddy's got cooties!"

Dean rolled his eyes and Jo chuckled.

"I think I'll be okay, Mary," Jo murmured.

It was almost eight thirty and both the kids were in bed. Jo sat on the couch, Dean's arm wrapped around her shoulders. He was filling her in, trying to keep her in the hunter's loop.

"I missed you," Jo murmured. Dean kissed her lightly.

"I know."

Jo shook her head. "It's been crazy."

Dean smiled. "I'm sure." Jo yawned and Dean's smile widened. He scooped her up, bridal style, and started carrying her upstairs. Jo leaned her head on his shoulder. "I've got you," he murmured. Jo nodded and started to fall asleep. Only then did Dean realize he liked the view from the window...but he preferred this.
