~A Phoenix shall rise from the ashes~

A young teen sprinted down a dark alley, red converse hitting the ground with a thud, each time spraying water from the grimy puddles that had collected there during the dismal day. A few moments later, three men came charging after the teen, huffing in an effort to keep their breathing steady whilst chasing after the quick teen, said teen made a sharp right turn into a somewhat hidden alleyway, they snickered hearing the three men collide with one another as they tried to follow.

"Ay! Get back 'ere! Don't no one steal from us, you rat!"

'Good, they're still following. Looks like everything is going as planned, and even better than I thought it would.'

Looking back the teen saw just how pissed off these guys were, the teen grinned under the black bandana that covered the lower half of their face, and sent a mocking wink at the three men. Hearing one of them release a snarl, the teen decided to quicken their pace, 'I can't risk getting caught, at least not before I reached my destination.'

"Oi! Purple doofs~ You're gonna have to try harder if ya wanna catch me!" The teen shook a duffel bag around a little just to remind the three gang members what they were chasing the youth for.

"Ya' shouldn't get too cocky dere' you little brat!"

The teen smirked and ran inside a nearby warehouse, which had been abandoned for 4 years, so there was nobody around to witness what was about to go down. Slowing down as they neared the middle of the room, the youth took a quick look over their shoulder to see that the idiots had actually followed them in, so they stopped beside some rather large and supposedly empty crates, the idiots behind the teen started laughing, the youth rolled their eyes, then spun around to face the three purple dragons.

"Well, well. Looks like you ran out of space, now hand over the bag!" The ugliest stepped towards them, putting his hand forward.

'Please! As if I would just hand it over.' He must have seen the defiance and mocking in the teen's green eyes because he made a lunged at them, the youth slipped to the side and used the man's momentum to trip him, causing the guy to faceplant the floor. Releasing a built-up laugh the teen swung the duffel bag over their right shoulder and placing their left hand on a cocked out hip, the youths body language giving off a nonchalant demeanour.

"You bitch! Boys, get 'er!" The other two dragons made a rush for the teen, who just stood there not even batting an eye. The youths head cocked slightly to the left and their eyelids drooped in a bored fashion, as the men were about to hit the teen, at the same time may I add, the teen suddenly dropped to their knees and did a tight roll away from the men, this caused both to punch each other, one in the gut and another in the face, the teen burst out into laughter.

Another set of laughter joined the teen's coming from either side of them, the three numbskulls also heard it and prepared for a fight.

"This is a damn trap ain't it! I knew something was up! Get your arse's out 'ere!" The laughter fell into sniggers as two boys, appearing to be only a couple of years older than the first teen, stepped out from behind the crates. Each had a smirk on their face as they sized the other three men up.

"So you can think? I was beginning to believe that all you Purple punks were brain-dead!" Spoke the darker-skinned male, his smirk turning into a mocking grin.

"Nah Blades, they just can't figure out how to use them." The taller of the three fist-bumped Aiden.

The three men snarled at two newcomers jest's, the first teen grinned and dropped the duffel bag behind them. Adjusting the hood of their black and dark blue jacket and made sure that their black and white bandana was still secure.

"I was wondering when you two were going to show up! Had me doing all the hard work and then ya just sit around during your part!"

The tallest teen patted their shoulder and sent them a smug grin. "You gotta keep the audience waiting," He paused as he sent me a wink. "Besides you're faster than us!"

"Pfft! Flattery will get ya everywhere Bro!" They grinned and gave him a little side hug, then a quick punch to his arm. "But if ya arse around like that again, I will kick your ass!"

"Love to see you try, Lil' Sis. Now, where were we? Oh, that's right, you guys were about to tell us what all them goods from the docks are!"

The leader of the three purple dragons sneered at the youths, causing his ugly ass dragon face tattoo to scrunch up. " 'an why the hell should I tell you that? You're nothing more than good for nothing street rats!"

The girl grinned as she knelt over the duffel bag, unzipped it and threw the lid off, her green eyes sparkled with intrigue at the contents within. It was full of different kinds of tech, they were all about hand-sized, which is probably why it wasn't too heavy for her to carry earlier.

During this time her brothers had occupied the others, however, Blades now pointed me out to them. "Well if you really don't want to tell us, then I'm sure you wouldn't mind Dagger here taking a closer look at your stuff? Gotta warn you though, she loves taking things apart." She could actually hear the smirk in his voice, which caused her to chuckle. She slyly looked up at the three Purple Dragons, whilst fiddling with a piece of tech.

"Getcha' filthy 'ands off 'em! Damn street rat!"

She cocked her head to the side and blinked innocently. "Sorry Luv, already touching 'em. But I'll put it away if ya tell us~" She tossed the tech from hand to hand. "But if ya don't, I'll gladly take it apart 'n see how it ticks!" He growled and attempted to come at her, her Brother's blocked him off and threw him back.

"Back off Dragon Face! You lay a finger on my Lil' Sis and I'll break your face!" Blades drew out one of his switchblades and took a step forward, the tallest put his hand out and blocked Blades off.

"Back down Blades, we don't harm 'em unless we need too!" He spoke and sent a glare towards Dragon Face.

"If he goes for Dagger again, I'll cut him up, Arrow! Now, how about you tell us what we wanna know!" Blade demanded.

The three men looked at one another in a disgruntled fashion, but Dragon Face took a step forward, as Blade readied his switchblade. "Look those goods ain't none of your business, Hun keeps getting stuff in every fortnight, won't tell anyone what they are. Them things in the bag are the only things we get from him."

Furrowing her ebony brows in confusion and frustration, she stared at the item in her hands and turned it around scrutinizing every aspect, nothing stood out to her, 'They aren't bombs thankfully, or a control unit... trackers perhaps? Nah, too bulky wouldn't be any good.' She raised an eyebrow whilst querying the object, "What are they? Why's mountain man only letting you have these?"

Dragon face rolled his eyes and let out an annoyed sigh. "I don't got to tell you rats shit!"

The girl made a sound similar to a growl in annoyance, taking out one of her daggers and giving it a quick twirl, she then quickly drove it through the hand-sized piece of tech taking care not the stab herself. "I don't have any problem with breaking the others, I'm sure I could use the scrap for something useful." She dropped the broken tech and spun the dagger around her finger, daring the gang members to try something.

"YOU DAMN BITCH! THOSE THINGS AIN'T CHEAP! BOYS, KICK THEIR ARSES!" They rushed at the teens, pulling out chains and a bat. The girl sprung to her feet, pulling another dagger out and got in a defensive stance, as her brothers did the same.

One came at her with a chain and swung it at the youths head, she dodged and swiftly jabbed her fist into his side just below his ribs, putting all of her weight behind it, with the added help of the metal handguard of the dagger which was held flat against her forearm to avoid stabbing the guy, the man gasped as the air got knocked out of his lungs due the girls precise jab, she quickly withdrew from him as he bent over trying to catch his breath, the girl grabbed his head and quickly rammed her knee into his temple, he dropped to the floor unconscious in seconds.

Looking around she saw that Arrow had done something similar to his opponent, they nodded at one another and made their way over to Blades who was having some trouble with Dragon Face, the three created a circle around him unnoticed by the gang leader as he was too focused on the current fight, Arrow crept up behind Dragon face, He quickly hooked his arms with his, pulling him back and at the same time drilled his right knee into the guys back.

Dragon face released a yell of pain and dropped to his knees, Arrow kept a firm grip on his arms and pressed his shin between Dragon Faces' shoulder blades, restricting his movements.

Dagger came around to the front and stood beside Blades, she smirked at the purple dragons look of defeat and squatted down to his level. She placed her hand on his cheek and gave it a sarcastic pat, probably harder than she should of. "So~ Your tongue feeling any looser? Keep in mind that both your boys are out of action for a while and ya aren't much better~"

He spat at her, "I don't talk to no street rat punks!"

She raised an eyebrow in mirth and slight disbelief, "Punks? You've seen yourself, right?"

"Think he needs to buy a mirror. I wouldn't even pay someone to dress like you!" Blade looked him over as he practically spat that sentence at him.

'We're running out of time, Hun would have surely noticed his right-hand man missing and sent some of his guys out by now.'

"Arrow?" Dagger looked up towards the tallest teen giving him a questioning look, he realised the short amount of time as well, he gave her an approving nod. A smirk tugged at her lips, she took one of her daggers out and pressed it against Dragon Faces' neck, his breath hitched and his body tensed, he didn't notice that it was the blunt side of the blade that she had pressed against his neck. "Ya get one more chance to tell us, or that tattoo won't be the only thing adding to the ugliness of your face." She pressed on his neck a little more, he muttered a curse as he gritted his teeth.

"Fine! We've been getting heavy shipments of tech from Gross'N'Go and hauling them over to the Shredder's!"

The three teens gasped and Dagger stumbled backwards almost falling onto her rear and almost losing her blade. "The Shredder! We've heard nightmare stories of him, seen his Foot Clan Ninja's skulking about. That man is dangerous just by himself, now he's got all that high-tech?! What the hell are they building?!"

Arrow released the purple dragon member and grabbed his crossbow and aimed it at him. "Get the hell out of here now! Don't even bother tryin' to get that bag or sending people back here for us, we'll be long gone, man!" He didn't move at first, just looked at the teenager in disbelief.

Dagger cocked her hip as she placed her dagger back, then crossed her arms, trying to act nonchalant after the news we just received. "I wouldn't push it with Arrow, mate, he's about as impatient as a steamroller."

Dragon Face glanced at the girl, looked back at Arrow and legged it.

Walking over to the still open duffel bag, Dagger chucked the broken one back in and zipped it back up and pulled it over her shoulder, she saw Blades kicking the two other guys awake, nodding towards Arrow and his still armed Crossbow as they rushed to their feet and fled.

"If the Shred-heads getting tech from Gross'N'Go, then that's high-end stuff. Whatever he's making is only going to spell trouble for New York..."

My Brother's both looked at one another and frowned. "Then we better not let him finish his little project then."
