Authors Note: Hello ALL! I had taken a long hiatus because I didn't know where I wanted this to go anymore. But I forced myself to pick a path and just went with it.

As always Reviews are appreciated!

It had been 5 days since Kakashi saw Sakura. 5 agonizingly long days. He had been sent out on a short mission the following day and had yet to taste the pink haired girl again. He now found himself standing outside of her apartment building, desire and lust aching within him. He prayed to Kami that no one was with her because he didn't know if he could hold himself back.

So much had changed in such a short time. He had known that it would be better to separate themselves from each other but he couldn't deny himself anymore. Just seeing her walking around her apartment in that towel had nearly done him in. Seeing her in the hospital with his prized novel, reading it like the depraved girl he knew she was.

He was a dirty old man and he knew it. But she knew it too and she wanted it just as bad. His cock twitched in his pants picturing all the ways he was going to enjoy her. He lazily began to make his way up to her apartment. It was later in the evening and she was still under strict orders not to work so she should be there. She should be waiting for him.

Kakashi reached her door and knocked. He heard shuffling from within the apartment and couldn't help the smile spreading across his face. He couldn't pick up the smell of any other visitors. The door creaked open and he was met with a wonderful site. Sakura was in a small tank top and short shorts. A small smile on her lips.

"Alone?" He asked, just to be sure. She nodded. He was in her apartment, door closed and her pushed up against the wall as fast as you would have expected from a ninja. His lips crashed against hers, her legs wrapped around him, her hands fisted in his hair as his hands grabbed at her ass. He was filled with the urgent need to be inside her again but didn't want to take her as fast and rough as he had the first time.

Kakashi lifted her off the wall and began to maneuver towards the couch. He tossed her down and watched as she pulled both her shirt and shorts off. She was wearing nothing underneath. He couldn't wait any longer. He roughly pulled his pants down and entered her in one smooth motion. They groaned in unison as their bodies met.

Kakashi rotated his hips as Sakura began to say his name. Her breathy voice causing chills down his spine.

"Oh, Kakashi!" He smiled into her neck, biting down hard. Trying to get as much friction between them as possible.

"Kakashi!" He pulled her lips to his, tongue delving into the depths of her mouth.

"KAKASHI!" He pulled his head back. How could she talk with her mouth full?

"KAKASHI HATAKEI!" Kakashi was abruptly jolted away, eye angrily scanning around him.

He groggily tried to remember where he was.

"Kami, how did you fall asleep during that?" A sweet voice whispered next to him. He looked around again, shaking the sleep from his eyes.

They were in one of the larger Jonin meeting rooms, most of the upper level jonin were present as well as select members of the rookie nine.

He looked to his left to see a smirking Sakura who pointedly looked towards the head of the table. He turned his head and was met with the angry glare of Tsunade. He gulped.

"You dreams more important than this meeting, Hatake?" she sighed angrily.

Instinct told him to make up a lie but the truth was usually the funner option. "It always is when a pert young thing is underneath you." He subtly pinched the leg of his student next to him.

Tsunade raised an eyebrow and other Jonins in the room laughed awkwardly. "Let's hope your dreams continue to be so graphic in the future as they may be your only future outlet. If I can continue with my announcement?"

He nodded, apprehension in his stomach. Was that the typical castration threat or something else?

"As I was saying, we have had peace for some time now, our medical center has been rebuilt. It is time that I step down not only as Hokage but as chief medical officer in the village." Small gasps were heard throughout the room. Kakashi could all but feel the bright grin on Naruto's face as he anticipated the annoucement.

"I have thought long and hard about this. As for the hospital, Shizune will be acting Chief and Sakura will be made her immediate underling. That means that when Shizune is at home with the baby Sakura is the acting lead in the hospital."

Kakashi glanced towards his pink haired lover to see the shocked smile on her face.

"The only reason you are not leading the hospital Sakura is because you are too valuable to be pulled off of missions. With Shizune's family she is more liable to stay in the village anyways."

She paused to let this information sink in. "Finally, my successor will be Kakashi Hatake."

"WHAT!"

"NARUTO, you are too young. Wait a few years for this man to retire and then you can have it."

Kakashi was too busy staring blankly out towards the table to hear the rest of the argument. Hokage. He glanced over at Sakura, she was staring at him with the same look.

As they left the room Kakashi got numerous congratulatory slaps on the back. All he felt was dread. Not because he didn't love his village, not because he didn't think he could do the job. But because of what Tsunade had said regarding his love life. This new position would mean getting caught with Sakura would mean even more trouble for both of them. He sighed audible.

A flash of pink caught his eye and he saw Sakura motion for him to follow. It didn't take him long to realize that she was leading him to a small office. Once he entered she closed the door behind him. His eyes scanned the room and realized two things. Sakura had an office. Sakura and him were alone.

He was on her in less than a second. Lips crashing into hers.

"W-wait, Kakashi," She laughed into his lips. "Don't you want to talk about this?"

"Talk about what," he said, placing his head in the crook of her neck. "Let's just enjoy it before my life is over."

Sakura laughed beneath him. Gently pushing his head up with her hands. "Life is over? Doesn't this mean that we would have more freedom?"

He looked at her incredulously. "How?"

"Can't you dismiss whomever and generally do things as the Hokage that people can't question?" She asked teasingly. Her hand moving agonizingly slow against the bulge in his pants.

He looked at her with wide eyes. She was right. Yes if they were caught it would be a bigger deal, but he also had more power to make sure they wouldn't ever be caught. He smiled lazily at her as he placed a big kiss on her lips. Hands moving to her skirt. She smiled into him as she began to respond. He could smell her arousal as he pushed her towards her desk.

Just as the pair was getting comfortable there was a knock on the office door.

"Sakura," Shizune's voice came through the door, "I want to talk about how this whole thing is going to work!"

Kakashi groaned angrily as he pulled himself off of Sakura and vanished in a puff of smoke. Blue balls was going to be the death of him with this girl. He saw Sakura mouth my place and hold up her 9 fingers before the room was replaced with the busy streets of Konoha.

At least he had something to look forward to later.

Sakura couldn't believe the news. Kakashi Hokage and her second in command at the hospital. Shizune had burst into her office only seconds after Kakashi had vanished. She had an awkward time explaining to the head medic why she was sitting on her desk and why her shorts had hiked up. She didn't really believe that Shizune bought her excuse, and couldn't remember what she said to begin with. All she could think about was being with Kakashi later. They hadn't had a chance to see each other since she woke up from her coma. Sasuke had seemingly been wherever they were, or Naruto. She toyed with the idea of sneaking to his apartment but didn't like the idea of either of the boys catching her. Sasuke had been acting suspicious and watched the pair of them interact the entire night. He was barely even paying attention to Ino, much to the blondes annoyance.

But with the news and ample time for Kakashi to sneak into her place without the others knowing they should be able to get some time together. It would become much harder once he was Hokage. She knew that but the look of despair on his face had caused her too much amusement. It would be weird, sleeping with a Hokage, let alone her former teacher. It also meant that they wouldn't have much time before the council began arranging a marriage for him. Something that she didn't think she could deal with.

She couldn't believe that she was behaving this way but it was the most exciting thing to happen to her in a long time. Kakashi had awakened something inside of her that she hadn't known existed. As a young girl her eyes had only ever seen Sasuke and pictured becoming the perfect wife and clan matriarch for him. But now, well, she wasn't thinking about anything quite so wholesome. She knew that it should have hurt her when Kakashi expressly told her they were not dating but it hadn't. This whole time she had never really been entertaining the thought of truly dating him. Sakura knew that was impossible - not only because of their respective positions but because she knew he was not the type. Sakura knew it before she had even saw him with that other woman. She knew snippets of his past and knew that no one could ever fill the void or fix the broken man. But that was okay. She was okay with that. At least she thought she was.

Sakura's dreams of finding an all encompassing, passion-filled love had long left her. She knew that nothing was every perfect but Kakashi nearly was and she was going to reap the benefits there for as long as she could. Sakura knew they were using each other, in the best sense of course, but that's all she wanted. She hoped it wouldn't ever ruin their team dynamic but things had progressed too far to reconsider. She had to experience him more. He was not out of her system and she doubted she was out of his - considering the dream he happily painted for the jonin meeting. Sakura felt her cheeks begin to heat up at the thought of what he said.

"Why are you blushing?" a voice said. "I thought you'd be smiling and celebrating your accomplishments?"

Sakura's cheeks darkened further at being caught. She looked around and saw the former Hokage standing a few paces in front of her. "Oh, it's nothing shishou."

Tsunade eyed her up, one eyebrow cocked. "You look different. Is there something you're not telling me?"

"No." Sakura quickly replied.

"Tch," Tsunade motioned for the girl to follow. "There was another reason why I didn't put you fully in charge of the hospital but I didn't want to say it in front of that group for fear that Hatake would do something stupid." Sakura followed her mentor down the hallway back towards the Hokage's office. Once inside Sakura noted that the place was looking cleaner than usual. A lot of Tsunade's personal affects already gone. She must be planning on leaving really soon.

"I want you to help Kakashi out. You've been here, helping with paperwork, organization and diplomatic meetings since you were a genin. You have a knack for it. I'll want you to help Naruto when the time comes too but right now we need to focus on that attitude of Hatake's." Tsunade had opened a drawer at the desk and began pulling out bottles of sake. Sakura stared at Tsunade trying to conceal her shock and excitement. This would make things both harder and easier.

"Don't give me that look Sakura. I know he's a pain in the ass." Tsunade said as she poured two glasses of sake and handed one to Sakura. "Let's toast to new beginnings and hope that Kakashi keeps his perverted mind on task."

Sakura could hardly suppress the smirk and blush on her face as she choked back the sake. Tsunade laughed and clapped her on the back. "My apprentice should be able to handle her drink better than that, Sakura!" Little did her mentor know that it wouldn't be Kakashi's mind that needed to be kept on task but Sakura's. She could hardly look at the room before her without picturing either of them naked on any of the surfaces. She could have fun with this too. Her mind immediately concocting all the different pranks she could play on Kakashi before he figured out that she was working for him. She felt a familiar heat begin to settle in her lower abdomen as the thought of him being her boss caused more X rated scenarios to flutter through her thoughts.

"What is wrong with you today, Sakura?" Tsunade said as she handed the girl another drink. "You seem very spacey."

"Ah, it's nothing Shishou. Just thinking about all the work that needs to be done," She smiled to herself.

"You will really have to pound away at that man to get him on the right track," Her mentor replied as she tossed another drink back.

"Oh, I know." Sakura laughed.
