Author's Note: Hey guys! I'm back with the last chapters of this story. I know I've been gone for a century and a half, I apologize. I decided to change this in a way that will make everyone happy. I hope you guys like it! Enjoy!

Chapter Eight:

It all happened so fast. Everyone rushed at the oni and it turned into a battle. Jackson quickly transformed and charged one of the masked demons. It swung its sword around trying to cut Jackson but he dodged it. He threw a fist at the demon, hitting the cold hard mask before being thrown back. He looked up and watched his surroundings. Isaac had just gotten pushed back, Kira fought one with her sword and gave it a nice kick, Scott was fighting two by the gate, and Allison was trying to shoot at them with silver arrows. The demon kept blocking Allison's arrows with its sword though. Jackson watched her as she prepared to shoot her last one. He had to help her. He stood back up and ran behind the demon, kicking it in its back. Allison took this as her final chance and shot the last arrow. Jackson watched as it went straight into the demons chest. They all looked up as it dropped its sword and began to illuminate a bright green before disappearing into air. It worked. It actually had worked. The arrow killed one. Jackson laughed and looked back at Allison with a wide approving smile. His stomach turned when he noticed a different demon close behind her getting ready to draw its sword.

"No!" He charged and knocked into her, both of them falling to the hard gravel. That was when he smelled it. The scent of fresh drawn blood. He looked down at the brunette and saw the dark red spot on her shirt.

"Oh my god." He stared at her with a terrified look.

"It's not mine." She told him.

"What?"

"Jackson, look." She touched his lower chest and he felt a sharp sting. The blood wasn't hers, it was his. The demons sword had struck him and he didn't even feel it.

"Shit." He looked down at the wound. Relief washed over him like a wave knowing that it was him and not Allison that was stabbed.

"Are you okay?" Allison asked. He pulled her up from the ground nodding his head.

"I'm fine."

"Yea and so am I, thanks to you." She let out a shaky breath and went straight into his arms.

"You just saved my life." Her words vibrated through his chest as he held her close.

"If something happened to you things would never be the same, Allison." He released the girl and smiled.

"Thank you."

Author's Note: Surprise! Allison lives! I couldn't kill her off. She's never been one of my favorites on the show but it still didn't seem right that they killed her off. Her death actually seemed pretty pointless. And like Jackson says, things aren't the same without her. So I hope you liked this twist. I know this chapter is super short but with the upcoming final chapters you guys will forgive me. Please review and comment what you guys think! I've missed all of your reviews so much.
