A/N: OH MY GOSH, HEY GUYS! So I didn't die, I'm still alive… I haven't updated since January… I'm sorry for the temporary hiatus, but I lost interest in this story. However, I was rereading it earlier and decided that I actually do like the story. I'm just really sorry that you guys had to wait so long for me to decide that. Anyways, you probably all hate me by now, but I just hope you're excited for this long overdue chapter. Enjoy, I missed you guys.

Tris' POV

It's only been about a week since our appointment. In the end, Tobias and I came up with the most amazing way to inform my mom that she is now a grandmother as well as tell my brother that he is now an uncle.

We decided to order custom made fortune cookies announcing the news. They arrived today and Tobias and I are going to go buy some chinese food to bring over to my house and we're going to slip the fortune cookies in with the order.

As of right now, we're getting in the car to get the chinese food. We put Jake in his cage for now. Tobias is driving and I have the fortune cookies in my hand, too excited to put them down. We arrive and Tobias parks the car.

"Do you remember what they wanted?" Tobias asks as we walk in the tiny yet cozy chinese place.

"Yeah," I reply simply. I recite our order for the employee and we pay for it before sitting down to wait for it to be done. I sit across from Tobias at a small booth.

"Are you excited?" I inquire with a grin.

He smiles back, "Very. But I'm also nervous."

"Why?" I ask, cocking my head to the side.

He rolls his eyes, "We both know how Caleb gets."

I laugh heartily, "That's true." I reach my hand out across the table and cup his cheek. "It'll be okay, though."

He nods, and our order is suddenly ready. We grab the food and get in the car, both of us very much ready to tell the news.

xXx

We arrive at our old house. I breathe a sigh of relief when I see that both my mom and Caleb are at home. I know they said that they would be, but sometimes they forget they have plans and things.

I slip the fortune cookies in with their food and Tobias carries it to the door while I knock. My mom opens it after only a short moment and grasps me in a tight hug which I happily return. Tobias then gives her a one armed hug since he's hold our food.

"We brought dinner. Where's Caleb?" I say.

"He's upstairs, you can go grab him while I help Four," my mom responds. I nod, already heading to the stairs.

I reach Caleb's room and knock softly on the door. He opens it and when he sees that it's me, he smiles. I reach my arms out and he wraps his arms around me.

"I missed you, Caleb. Four and I brought dinner, it's Chinese food. Come downstairs and eat with all of us," I tell him.

He sighs dramatically, "I guess I can spare a few minutes."

"Oh, shut up," I laugh out, dragging him downstairs behind me.

Tobias and my mom are already seated around the living room. I sit down next to Tobias while Caleb sits next to my mom. I make sure to hand the right food to each of them.

My mom notices the fortune cookie first. "Oh, I love these things!" She exclaims. grabbing it.

I hold up a hand, "You and Caleb have to open your fortune cookies at the same time. I heard it's good luck." I smile at them with a mischievous grin.

Tobias glances over at me nervously and I pat his thigh reassuringly. Caleb rolls his eyes, but they do as I ask. They pull the slip of paper with the fortune out first. Watching their reactions are priceless.

My mom's "fortune" says You're going to be a grandma! while my brother's says You're going to be an uncle!

My mom glances up at me wide-eyed. I smile nervously.

"Are you pregnant?" She asks softly.

I grab Tobias' hand and squeeze it before nodding. I glance over at Caleb, biting my lip. Surprisingly, he's smiling widely.

"I'm gonna be an uncle?" He inquires excitedly.

I smile, "Yeah, you are."

There's a moment of silence before they both cheer. Tobias glances over at me, relieved.

"How far along?" My mom asks, hugging me tightly.

"About 6 weeks," I answer, still smiling.

We talk about it for a few more minutes before getting to actually eating. My mom excitedly talks about plans and names and things of that nature. Tobias and I just continue to exchange pleased smiles throughout the meal. This turned out better than we could have hoped.

xXx

After eating and talking for a while, Tobias and I leave, ready for part two of announcing our pregnancy. We head over to our previous house, where all of our friends still reside. A few minutes ago, I texted them and requested that we all take a group picture. When they asked why, I told them that Christina is quickly growing due to her pregnancy and we need to capture each moment of all of our friendship. None of them really put up much of an argument. Christina, of course, already knows that I'm pregnant, but she does not know of the plan to tell everyone else.

We finally pull into the driveway and I climb out of the car, clutching the camera I brought with us. I grab Tobias' hand and we walk in together. Everyone is seated in the livingroom, on various chairs and couches.

"Hey!" Zeke exclaims. "You guys don't live here anymore, you should have to knock."
"Shut up," Shauna says, smacking his chest. I just laugh and Tobias smirks.

"Ready for group pictures?" I ask, raising the camera that I'm still holding. Collective groans ring out around the room. "Shut up and stand up," I laugh, rolling my eyes.

They all stand up, gathering against the far wall which is free of clutter. Naturally, the couples end up next to each other in the lineup. Tobias and I stay in front of them as they gather into a group.

"Aren't you guys going to be in it, too?" Marlene asks.

I shake my head, "Someone has to hold the camera."
"Then why can't Four be over here?" Uriah asks, getting suspicious.

"Just shut up and pose," Tobias demands with a smirk.

Will puts a hand on Christina's stomach while she wraps an arm around his midsection. Marlene ends up hopping on Uriah's back and he reaches back to hold her securely. Shauna stands in front of Zeke and he wraps both of his arms around her, resting his chin on the top of her head.

"Alright," I say, beginning the countdown. "Three… Two… One… I'm pregnant!"

I wait a second before pressing the button, so everyone is accurately portraying their shock. The idea is to be able to capture all of their initial reactions in a picture.

I don't even have a second to properly observe the picture before everyone is shouting.

"What!?" Marlene shouts.

"Four, you horny bastard," Zeke yells with a smirk.

"Hey!" Tobias says defensively. "It's a two person job!"

Shauna speaks up, "How long have you guys known and didn't tell us?"

I shrug, "About a week since we were definitely sure."

"You're naming him after me, right?" Uriah asks.

I roll my eyes, "What is with you men assuming it's gonna be a boy? Firefly could be a girl."

"Firefly?" Will and Christina say simultaneously.

I grin at Tobias and point at him with my thumb, "He came up with the nickname."

"Any name ideas?" Marlene asks.

Before I can answer, Christina says, "We need to start planning a baby shower."

I give up on trying to talk over all of them and let their comments and questions engulf me.

All in all, I'd say it was a very successful day with a happy ending. In this moment, I couldn't be any more happy.

A/N: I hope you guys enjoyed the creative ways in which they told everyone. It is a little after midnight and I'm pretty tired, so I'm going to go to bed.
