"Where's Erin?" Hank asked walking out of his office. "Said she needed air. She went outside about 5 minutes ago." Hank looked around for a second. "Did she go out there alone?" he asked, grabbing his jacket. Adam nodded. He walked out of the bullpen and towards the roll away. No sign of Erin. He looked around for a little while, not spotting her. A slight panick set in as he jogged over to where her she usually parked her car. He saw it was gone and hoped she had left on her own, and wasn't taken against her will. He ran back into station and up to the bullpen. "Erin's gone." he said simply, and grabbed his keys. The room jumped to their feet, ready for anything. "Ruzek, you go down to Mouse's office and track Erin's car, and send me the location immediately. Halstead, you and I will go to her apartment. Dawson and Alvin, wait for the location of her car and get there as fast as possible."

Voight and Jay ran out to Voight's car as fast as they could. "You think she just went home?" Jay asked, sliding into the passengers seat. Hank shrugged. "She's stubborn enough to do so, but I just don't like the feeling I'm getting about this." He started the engine and tooke off. Jay looked at him confused. Hank sighed, noticing Jay's gaze. "Whoever this is that wants to hurt her has to know that she would want to be alone sooner or later. I think they've been waiting for her to leave by herself, and maybe follow her or wait for her at her place." Jay started to panic and he felt his heart star to race and they sped through the streets on their way to her apartment building.

"Boss, it's Ruzek. Mouse tracked Lindsay's car to her apartment." Hank glanced at Jay and stepped down harder on the gas. "Dawson and Al, go there now. Ruzek, have Mouse get into the security system at her apartment building, see if she went inside alone or even left at all." "You got it boss." Jay held onto the door handle as they sped around the corner. Jay wasn't even thinking about how easily they could get in an accident, he just thinking about getting to Erin.

The car barley skidded to a stop when Jay jumped out and started for the door, Hank not far behind. They ran up the stairs to her floor, not bothering to wait for the elevator, skipping two to three steps at a time. They finally, after what seemed like forever made it to her floor and nearly ran to her door. "Halstead." He felt a strong hand on his shoulder. He looked back confused and followed Voight's gaze to the door. It was slightly ajar. They both pulled their weapons and slowly opened the door all the way.

Jay glanced at Hank before he spoke. "Erin?" he said, loud enough to echo through the apartment. They both made their way inside. "Lindsay." Hank said, slightly louder. There was an uneasy quietness that was returned to their ears. They quickly made their way through the whole apartment, noticing items that were usually on shelves, thrown on the floor, lamps broken and chairs flipped. Hank became extremely worried, looking for any sign, anything that would explain what happened. He just wanted her to be okay. "Halstead." he said, his voice slightly cracking as he glanced around the messy dining area.

More silence met his ears and he turned and made his way towards Erin's bedroom where Jay had gone to look. He spotted the young man frozen in his place, looking down at the ground. Voight looked where he was and saw a fairly large puddle of crimson blood, on the floor. They stayed in silence for a moment before they heard footsteps in the other room. They both turned quickly and raise their weapons. "Hey! It's just us!" Antonio said as the two came around the corner with their guns.

Antonio and Alvin looked around before spotting the blood in the ground. "We'll get it tested as soon as possible." Alvin said as Hank gave him a look. "We don't know it's hers." He said quietly. Hank nodded. "He took her. He followed her. He waited for her to slip up and be alone and he beat us to her." Hank kept saying as he paced her apartment. Alvin tried to console his long time partner as Antonio picked up his phone. "Ruzek, get Mouse to hack into Erin's apartment's security system. This guy couldn't have gotten her out of this building without being caught by a camera somewhere, even at the building surrounding. We've gotta find them." "10-4."

Antonio hung up his phone a noticed Jay looking out the large window that was in Erin's living room area, arms folded in front of him. "Hey." He said quietly, his hand cupping Jay's shoulder tightly. "We're gonna find her and we're gonna get her back." Jay glanced at his friend, tears threatening to leave his eyes. "And when we get her back. We're gonna take care of the man who did this. I promise." Jay pushed the tears back and nodded, sniffing once before he patted Antonio's shoulder and walked away, leaving Erin's trashed apartment.

Erin came to slowly, feeling pain on the side of her head. She slowly came to realize that she was laying on a cold, cement floor, though she didn't know where. There was a pain in her left knee and she groaned. She rolled from her side to her back and finally opened her eyes, to seeing nothing but mostly darkness. As her eyes adjusted to her surroundings, and made out a couple of shadows. She rolled a little more and used her sore arms to pushed herself up slightly. Trying to keep pressure off her left legs, sat and looked around. Then her eyes made out the shadow of a figure, sitting in front of her.

"Hello again, Erin."
