Piper was feeling heartbroken and depressed lately.

But of course she couldn't tell anyone on the Argo ll, so she kept to herself and coped the best way she could.

Today was not one of the easy days for her so since nothing was going on she decided to go to her room. No one even noticed she left at the time.

20 minutes later, Percy looked up and noticed a shortage on girls. "Where's Piper?" he asked. Leo shrugged, and everyone else was asleep so he decided to go investigate.

He walked my Piper's room and heard full out sobbing, he creaked open the door and almost started crying himself at what he saw.

Piper was sitting on her bed listening to Hunter Hayes' 'Somebody's Heartbreak'. AS Piper was listening, she was crying her eyes out and Percy noticed a piece of glass in her hand and red marks going up her arm. She went to make another cut when Percy finally stepped out of the shadows and made himself known.

"Piper, what are you doing" he asked, though already knowing the answer. She looked up, tears flooding down her face. "Go away Percy, and forget you saw anything", adding charm speak to her words. Unfortunately for her, Percy was immune to it. He sat down next to her on the bed. "I can't do that Pipes. You're my friend, and I don't want to see you hurt." He said. Piper was an inch away from breaking. He took her in his arms and held her until the tears stopped.

When she was done crying, he cleaned up her wrist and took the glass out of her hand and put it on the bed. "Piper, what caused you to start doing this to yourself, and why didn't you tell any of us? Were your friends, we can help you." "The quest was more important. And I never told you because none of you noticed, so why draw attention to it?" She replied. "Well in our defense, you put up one hell of an act" he retorted. "If you ever need me, talk to me, don't resort hurting yourself. I love you like a sister, I don't want you to leave scars on yourself to remind you of this years down the road. If you need me, my door is always open, and I never sleep" he said with a faint smile on his face.

Piper wrapped her arms around his middle and whispered "Thank you". He smiled, "You're welcome Pipes"
