Narrator:

It was a peaceful say in the city of Magnolia, the wind was blowing, the guilds were quiet, the - wait, the guilds were quiet? Even Fairy Tail!? Something must have happened, lets' check it out.

General POV:

If any normal person had walked into Fairy Tail at that exact moment they would have thought that it was like every other day; people relaxing at the tables, Mirajane smiling contently as she cleans the glasses behind the bar. What they wouldn't see was that the whole guild hall was filled with a tension so thick that no one but Mira could move. Speaking of Mira, her smile was anything but content. It only looked that way because she has had so much experience with smiling in even the worst situations. But even now she was struggling to keep up the facade. If you looked really close you would see the slight furrow in her brow or the corners of her mouth twitching downwards every so often. Yes, everyone was thoroughly scared out of their minds. Well… almost everyone. The only ones unaffected by the tension were the two mages creating it. Sitting in a corner booth of the guild they were so wrapped up in their own disagreement that they didn't notice the rest of the guild was literally drowning in their overflowing auras.

All of a sudden one of the two mages jumps up and practically roars, "I'm not gonna fight you Shorty!"

At this comment the second mage shot up, her electric blue hair standing out among the dull blacks and browns. "Why not? DO you think that you would lose? Are you scared of a "shrimp"?" retorted Levy, face flushed angrily, hands clutching the edge of the table till her knuckles turned white. She knew she was baiting him, but that was the plan; she had to get his attention somehow and the only thing that got his attention were fights.

"You think I'm scared of losing to-to you? That's the funniest thing I've ever heard! No, I just don't want to hurt you, I've done it before and I never do that again. But," At this he looked up from the table and met her gaze, eyes piercing hers deeply, ", if you play with iron your gonna get hurt Shrimp." Gajeel had started this argument yelling but as he went on his voice dropped until it was a whisper so quiet that Levy had to lean her head even closer to hear him clearly. As the tension between them had built the guild had gone dead quiet. Now it was like everyone was holding their breath, waiting to hear Levy's response. (The guild had heard Gajeel's warning) All eyes followed Levy as she leaned farther out and craned her head up, her mouth reaching the shell of the iron mage's pierced ear. When she whispered Gajeel barely contained his shiver as her breath gently caressed his ear; but even with this distraction he still made out what she was saying. "What if I want to get hurt?" She murmured before she pulled back a little and nibbled slightly on his earlobe. Another shiver passed through Gajeel but he was too… preoccupied to stifle it. Sensing that she had full control over his bodily responses Levy pulled back suddenly. Smiling brightly she practically chirped, "Meet me tomorrow at 4:00 P.M in the park." With one last sultry glance back, Levy sauntered out of the guild, hips swaying hypnotically effectively leaving behind a still standing Gajeel, complete with glazed over eyes and a rapidly darkening blush on his cheeks.
