Kuroko:
"I didn't really know what to give you, Kuroko." You said, placing your hand on his.
Both of you sat on the edge of his bed. Tetsuya #2 was running around the room, playing with a brand new miniature basketball.
"I'm glad, really." He said, turning towards you and smiling with his big blue eyes. "#2 kept biting my basketballs, so I had to buy a new one almost every second month. Now he has his own to play with." He lifted his hand and placed it on yours to comfort you.
"But it's just not.."
He pecked you on the lips, silencing you. "I really like it."
Kise:
"I know it's your birthday, and the birthday kid always get to decide, but did we really have to be out in public?" You asked. He'd recently done a cover shoot for one of the young adult magazines, resulting in girls recognising him.
And sending evil glares your way.
He took your arm in his. "Singstar is never as good as the real deal, _cchi." He told cheerfully, knowing his way towards his new favourite karaoke bar. "I found this one by coincidence."
You still couldn't quite figure out how he easily ignored all the looks. But he must've gotten them before getting semi-popular in media cause of his looks. This was everyday life to him.
Midorima:
He hadn't said anything. He just sat there chewing.
What if he didn't like it? What if he thought it tasted awful? Oh, he would definitely not wanna see you again. All these thoughts raced around in your head as he just sat in silence. "I baked it myself." You explained.
He finally swallowed and gazed up at you. You were unable to read him, until he gave a little smile. "It tastes lovely." He took another bite.
You let out air you hadn't noticed you'd been holding in. "I'm glad you like it." A little blush had crept up on your cheeks.
"I really enjoy red bean bread." He nodded his head in thanks. "It's a good gift."
Takao:
You'd never seen the man so happy. He was sitting while Midorima was the one riding him around on the bike. Somehow you'd convinced the taller guy by saying it was the lucky item of Takao's birthday month. And with a little blackmail.
"Best! Day! Ever!" Takao yelled and spread is arms out in a big V, smiling so much you could swear he almost cried.
Aomine:
"Are you for real?" He had the biggest eyes as he looked at the brand new shoes in his hands. "These were sold out online in less than five minutes!"
You gave him a bright smile. Camping in that queue for these Jordan's was worth every trouble when you saw his reaction. He looked like a kid at christmas morning. "Well, it is your birthday, right?"
He jumped up from his chair and pulled you into a big hug while he kissed your head multiple times. "Best present ever."
A little smirk showed on your lips. "Oh? You sure I don't have more waiting for you?"
Imayoshi:
He'd said it was just another day like them all, so you hadn't been able to persuade him into hosting a party or going out to eat on a date, but he still didn't have a saying in whether you gave him a present or not.
So that's exactly what you were doing. And you hadn't even thought about how he might react.
"I told you, I didn't wanna celebrate this day." He sighed and dumped your present into his bin. "Why can't you ever listen?"
You sat quietly on his bed and didn't meet his eyes. You could feel them burning on you though.
"You never listen, do you?" He closed the distance between you with tree big steps. "You're such a pain in the ass." He said with such a sweet voice, you barely believed the words. He grabbed your hair and gently moved your head so your eyes locked.
"I'm sorry.." You said, but still didn't quite understand.
He ran his fingers through your hair. "You should be."
What you didn't know was, that later same night when you'd left, he gently picked up the box from his bin.
Murasakibara:
Murasakibara was the easiest to buy a present for ever. Right now you two were lying on his parents' couch, sharing one of the many snacks you'd given to him.
"Ahh, this is one of the best presents I've ever been given." He said and rubbed his left eye. "My parents always try to discourage people from giving me candy."
You gave a little snort at that. "Well, Mura, maybe it's cause they want you to live past 40."
He popped another piece into his mouth, taking his time chewing it, before he answered you. "Oh, I will if you're still with me."
"Sweet like sugar." You mumbled and pecked him on the cheek. "Cute."
Akashi:
What do you give a guy who already has everything or is able to get it himself? You'd thought about this for quite some time, and the stress quickly build up as the days flew by and his birthday came closer and closer.
"I hope you'll like it." You said, looking down at your hands.
He quickly noticed that you were nervous, and placed a finger under your chin to lift up your head. His eyes shined as he placed a kiss on your forehead. "I'm sure I'll like it."
With that said, he narrowed his eyebrows a little bit, when he saw the book. "How Dogs Love Us?"
Shit. He hates it. So you thought, and widened your eyes at his reaction. "Yeah, well, you kinda have everything.. and so I thought you might wanna learn about .."
He started chuckling. "Oh, it's great. I'll make sure those pests never growl at me again." He placed another kiss on your forehead. "Thank you."
Mibuchi:
He chuckled a bit when the last wrapping was removed, and a glass tray, designed for displaying cupcakes or other small pastries, was revealed. "You really do know me well." He said. Last week he'd tripped and ruined his last glass tray.
"Thank you, dear." He said, and bend down to place a kiss on your lips.
Hi, I'm not really back, but I just felt like writing today. I hope you've enjoyed it, even though some of the character scenarios are not so long..
