Anna smiled as the dwarves parted, bowing as she walked through the crowds, her red and orange dress trailing behind her. Anna let out a delighted laugh when a young girl barreled towards her, flinging herself into her arms.

"Lily, sweetheart! What are you doing out here?" Anna asked, holding up Lily so she could look at the child's face.

"I was lookin' for you Amad! Evewyone is waitin' for you!" Lily stated, and Anna laughed, pressing a gentle kiss to her daughter's forehead.

"Even Erico and Journey?" Anna asked, Lily nodding, before sticking her thumb in her mouth, "Your brother?" Lily nodded again.

"Aunty Kylie is still talkin' tho. I dunno how long she'll take." The younger stated, looking up at her mother with her icy blue eyes. Anna grinned, and ruffled her jet black hair, before continuing to stride forwards. Anna lifted her daughter to sit up on her shoulder, supporting her with one arm. Lily let out a delighted giggle, before placing her hands on the top of her mothers head. Anna smiled when she entered the massive library, her friends and family coming into view.

"Adad!" Lily cried, scrambling down off of Anna's shoulder before throwing herself into the dwarf king. Thorin chuckled, and kneeled down to hug his daughter. Anna looked over to where Kylie was seated, a white light shining out of her eyes as she sat silently, her fingers twitching occasionally. Anna smiled at Sebastian, who had Journey seated on his shoulder, the bright eyed girl looking down at her twin brother who was playing with Frerin, Erin's older brother. Journey looked up and waved at Anna, grinning. Anna smiled at the girl, before turning to Kylie when a small groan came from the woman.

Kylie rubbed her eyes, before blinking, looking upwards.

"Mom!" Erico shouted, throwing himself into Kylie. Kylie froze for a moment, before a smile crept across her face and she wrapped her arm around the younger boy.

"Alright everyone. C'mere." Kylie stated, and waited patiently as everyone shuffled over.

"You said you had a surprise for us?" Willow asked, kicking her dress away from her pegleg.

"Yes, I want everyone to join hands." Kylie ordered. Slightly confused, everyone follow her orders as Kylie gripped Sebastian and Erico's hands. Suddenly, a bright light made Kylie's eyes fly open, and it did the same for everyone else.

Anna groaned, and pressed a hand to her forehead, before she heard someone kneel down in front of her. Opening up her eyes, Anna's eyes shot open.

"Mom!" Anna cried, and launched herself into the woman, who held her close, humming quietly when Anna began to sob, soft hiccups and sniffles jolting the others to reality.

"Shh, it's alright dear. I've missed you too." Erin murmured.

A loud squeal jolted the two, and they looked upwards as Willow threw herself at a tall, willowy woman and a slightly larger man. "Mom! Dad!" Willow yelled, hugging the two tightly.

"You're an idiot Sebby!" A female voice scolded, and Sebastian turned around to see a shorter woman, with bright green eyes and her dark hair pulled back in a bun. "I would've thought my brother would've had it in him to confess to Kylie earlier!"

Journey peered out from behind Sebastian.

"Oh my gods.." Sebastian breathed, "Arianne.."

"Who else would I be?" Arianne asked, and smiled.

"Da'? Who's this?" Journey asked, and Sebastian looked down, smiling gently.

"This my dear, is your Auntie Arianne." Sebastian replied, smiling widely.

"Why haven't I seen her before?" Journey asked, and Sebastian's smile faltered slightly.

"It's a complicated matter little one, but to put it in the easiest way possible. I'm dead." Arianne replied, and Journey's eyes widened, before she nodded, and smiled slightly. Journey frowned for a moment, before looking up at her father.

"If I healed her, would she come back alive?" Journey asked, and Sebastian paused, before shaking his head sadly.

"Unfortunately not sweetie, but it was very kind of you to ask." Sebastian stated, ruffling Journey's hair.

Kale let out an excited squeal, and dashed away from Kili as a shorter woman came into view, her black hair tied up in a loose bun, silver strands falling loose. "Mom!" Kale shouted, and ran up, being careful not to trip over her dress.

Kale's mother stood silently, before she carefully rested her hand on the side of her cheek, Kale leaning in slightly at the touch. "My dear Kale.. You're just as beautiful as the day I lost you."

Kale smiled, tears springing into her eyes before she ran into her mother's arms, squeezing her tightly.

Fili, Kili, Thorin, and Kylie watched fondly as the other elements fussed over their family members.

"Did you not think we wouldn't arrive?" A female voice asked, and everyone froze as Kylie went rigid, her eyes widening.

"Yeah Lee'? Did you really think we wouldn't pass up a chance to see our favorite Wildcard after all these years?" Another added.

"And it's truly about time you found someone. Honestly." Another voice added.

"And we've brought a few guests as well!" A chirpy voice chimed. Slowly Kylie turned around, and clasped a hand over her mouth as tears formed in her eyes.

Behind her stood four women, and some members of the line of Durin standing behind them.

The first had wavy red hair, and bright orange eyes. A scar ran across her nose, stopping before her eye. A bow was strung across her back, and green elvish armour adorned her body. The second had brown hair and green eyes, her hair braided and clasped. She held a hammer over her shoulder, and had was wearing some furs. The third looked the most regal out of all of them, and had straight blonde hair, and grey/blue eyes that were full of warmth. She was wearing a white and blue dress, and had a whip and daggers on a belt around her waist, some elvish shoulder guards resting on her shoulders. The next seemed the most laid back, and hair a flower crown resting on her head of brunette hair, slowly fading to a dirty blonde. She wore mostly blue, a blue scarf that rested almost at the ground wrapped loosely around her neck and a double sided scythe on her back.

"Well don't just stand there stupid! Get your butt over here!" The girl with brunette hair stated, crossing her arms in front of her chest. "Come give us a loving, afterlife embrace!"

Kylie froze slightly, before running up to them, throwing herself into the brunette's arms. The brunette patted her back gently, as Kylie sobbed into her furs. Everyone else was snapped out of their trance when Thorin took a step forwards, a look of disbelief in his eyes.

"Frerin.." Thorin murmured, and the younger dwarf pushed past the redhead, to walk over to Thorin.

"Glad you still remember what I look like brother!" The dwarf stated, grinning. "You do look a lot more.. Ah, how should I put it.. Cheerful, since I last saw you!"

"I... Frerin.. I'm so sorry I couldn't get to in time..." Thorin muttered bitterly, glaring down at the ground.

"Thorin, there was nothing you could do. Let's just keep this happy, alright?" Frerin suggested, and Thorin looked up, before nodding.

"Adad.." Fili murmured from beside him, his eyes going wide as a blond dwarf stepped out, striding towards Fili and Kili with a large smile on his face.

"Fili, Kili my lads!" The dwarf stated, clapping a hand on Fili's shoulder, the blond dwarf still staring up at him in shock.

'I... Is it really you..?" Fili murmured, asking the dwarf hesitantly.

"Of course it is lad, do you doubt your friends abilities?" The blond dwarf asked, and Fili shook his head, before a smile grew across his face. The dwarf smiled, and clasped a hand on either of Fili and Kili's shoulders. "I am so proud of you, my sons. You have exceeded my expectations by leagues! Now, where are they?"

"Where are.. Who?" Kili asked, slightly confused.

"The lovely ladies who you've both been courting!" The dwarf replied. Fili chuckled slightly, before moving away from his father's grip and walking over to Willow, who was talking happily with her mother and father. Fili tapped Willow's shoulder lightly, and the wind element turned to face him.

"My Adad wants to meet you and Kale." Fili stated, before Willow nodded.

"Of course! I'll be right back, okay?" Willow stated, looking over at her parents.

"Of course dear." Willow's mother replied, smiling.

Fili led Willow over to his father, while Kili ran over to get Kale.

"Ah! So these are the beautiful ladies!" The dwarf stated, smiling widely. Willow giggled a bit, smiling. "Well, I do believe I have a great deal to thank you both for. Without either of you around my boys would be up here with me." The dwarf stated, "Vili, at your service."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, and I'm sure anyone here would do the same for their loved ones." Willow stated, smiling gently.

Everyone conversed with their kin and friends for hours on end, Kylie talking happily with the previous elements until she began to grow tired, and had to end the bubble. Anna and Thorin went back to the royal chambers, and Anna smiled as she pressed a gentle kiss on Lily and Frerin's forehead. Walking over to a desk, Anna picked up a blank book, and opened it up to the first page.

Dabbing her quill in ink, Anna pressed it against the paper.

And, well, the story began as one might expect.

In a cabin, in the woods..

There was an element.
