Batman POV

I wanted to crush Wally's head into a pancake, but I am 'The Batman', so I can't. But that doesn't stop me from glaring. HE LOST MY ROBIN.

Superman came in just to make sure I didn't do anything that would make me a criminal wanted for murder, which, for the kid's sake, should be happy for. But if I really wanted to I could kill him and no one would know it was me, I could frame someone. No one would expect me, but that would be the clue that I did it. Not that they are smart enough to realize that.

Oh the joys of being smarter than the average human… or meta-human. I would smile on the inside at that thought, but that child lost MY ROBIN! Therefore, as Young Justice would put it, I was in DaddyBats mode.

And to make matters worse, Barry went and got them all, and they all want to see and talk to Robin. 'Note to self: Get Alfred to make cookies when I get back.'

It wasn't long before I just ordered them all to search for Robin, he shouldn't even be up and about yet, I am worried about his health. The teenagers immediately started the search for Robin, but I doubted they would be able to find the kid, he might not be in my blood line, but he is a bat, through and through.

Beast Boy POV

This was SO UNCOOL. I was looking forward to seeing Robin in a NON dead looking state. But NOOOOOO we have to find our, currently really annoying, leader first. I would complain out loud, but Batman is in one of his moods, the slightest thing you do wrong could end up with you in a coffin, dead.

But one thing that keeps bugging me, not just because I can transform into one, it is the reason Robin left Young Justice, more like the person. The person that kidnapped him, changed him, but I leave that kind of thinking to Cyborg or someone other than me.

But Kid Flash and I have been talking, talking about ways to get Starfire and Robin, "together". We have many ideas but none that seem that would work, it's not like we can look them in a room and say we won't let them out until they tell each other how they feel. It just won't work because ROBIN IS A GENIUS! IT IS NO STINKIN' FAIR!

Star has been rather sad lately, it got worse, but when Flash came and told us the news, she smiled for the first time, in what seemed like months. It was really getting on my nerves about how sad everyone was, I mean like, Batman is always like that, but he got worse. I have never seen such down people.

But, man, did that change with the news we got today. I am not one for those fancy word things, but I heard one from Cyborg once, 'it is like someone finally switched the light switch on in our lives.'

But I am tired of everyone being so down so I decided; that I must find Robin or the world might end from EXTREME SADDINESS!

What I didn't expect was a body to land on me while I searched the training hall, might first thought was, 'AAAAHHHH! FLYING ZOMBIE ATTACK! WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!'

And apparently, we had a mental link up and I scared the living day lights out of everybody, which is always fun. I would have been rolling around on the ground laughing until I realized who the body belonged to.

'Guys…'

'What idiot? The flying zombies get you?' I knew that was Artemis

'No, but, if you don't want to know what I found…'

'BEASTBOY!' Cyborg, defiantly Cyborg

'I found the boy wonder; he is asleep, but perfectly fine.'

'We are on way.' Batman, it gave me chills

Artemis POV

It just had to be that idiot to find Robin, I think even kid idiot, would have been better. And that is saying something.

But even though I would never say it out loud, I care for the little brat, he made me want to be better, when I first came to the team, he greeted me like I was already a friend. And with the year that he was on the team, he may have been the youngest but I looked up to the kid. And that is why I am running to see the kid.

When I reached the training hall, Batman, Aqualad, Kid Flash, and Flash were already there, Batman was already looking over his son. He nodded slightly, only I noticed the small movement, I let go of a breath I didn't know I was holding.

Robin was just fine; he will wake up in an hour or so. We will finally have our little brother back. Now it is just time to get pay back to the people that hurt him the first time, the people that kidnapped him for a year. Boy, can't I wait to punch them in the face.

There is one fact, and one fact alone when dealing with Young Justice, in any account, you do not mess with the little brother, unless you want to deal with the older siblings.

Robin POV

When I woke up I knew instantly that I was surrounded by people, and I probably did something increasingly stupid. Then I felt their eyes all land on me.

"Did someone organize a party or something? Or am I just a magnet for people?" I laugh at myself for that one, then a thought came to mind, 'Alfred's cookies seem really good right now, maybe some milk.' My mouth almost waters at that thought

Then suddenly I am in a crushing hug, it was Star, "… Star… human… need to… breathe…"

She immediately let goes, she looked sorry, "Sorry friend Robin, you have been a long sleep period."

"So I heard." I look at the others, we are waiting

"THAT'S IT! DUDE! I am so glad; you ain't dead, man…" Beastboy said giving me a hug, "If I were so happy right now, man, I would hit you."

Next was Wally and everyone else but Batman, I knew that something would happen later, maybe with some of Alfred's cooking. I nod to him with a slight smile.

Batman POV

If I wasn't Batman, I would be in tears, I missed that small smile, I missed my son so much, and now he is here with me. Once upon a time, I thought I would never see that smile ever again, that I could never be happy again, that I would never have that much fun. My little boy was finally back, I want to take him away and just have him in my arms, so we can talk, father to son, son to father. Something that Dick and I would do… before the kidnapping.

For now I just give him 'the look' saying, we will talk later, right now your friends need you. He smiled back at me even brighter, he then turned to the rest of the crowd, and they were trying to catch him up on the 2 years he missed.

Flash POV

Just looking at Batman's and Robin's weird eye conversation was creepy. I haven't seen it in such a long time, but it was kind of sweet in that bat kind of way.

It is weird about how even being apart for so long; they still understand each other so much, it was like they actually were blood related, meant to be together.

And now our family of misfits and jumbled parts is all fine and well.

I got some inspiration so i can still write more, look for, and PLEASE review, it helps the writing go faster.
