The Warehouse Duel

Naruto was back in Egypt. After the Duelist Kingdom Tournament, the former ninja decided to continue his studies. Ishizu was in the other hallway at the Nile Museum. "Naruto can you help me. I need a security detail for my exhibit at Domino."

"Sure," said Naruto. "I get to see my little brother."

Yugi was walking around the city. He come across a man in a hood. "Greeting young man, see your fortune."

"I guess," said Yugi.

"I need to hold onto something important to you," said the man. "That necklace will do."

"I guess it won't hurt," said Yugi. He hands him the puzzle.

"I predict something bad will happen, starting now," said the man. He kicks the table and runs off.

"Stop," said Yugi running after him. He comes to an abandoned warehouse.

"Welcome, little Yugi," said the man.

"Who are you?" asked Yugi

"That is not your concern," said the man. "I need your puzzle and we will duel for it."

"What?"

"The spirit of the puzzle won't be helping you," said the man. "I have the puzzle tied up.'

Yugi sees the puzzle tied to a the duel platform. "Fine I will duel you."

"Duel," said Yugi.

Naruto was sitting on the plane eyes closed breathing in and out. "You ok?" asked Ishizu.

"Just thinking," said Naruto. "I am sure Shadi has mentioned my history?"

"Just that you were a warrior," said Ishizu.

"That was a nice way of putting it. Yes I was in essence a warrior but a Ninja would be more accurate," said Naruto. "I was really a mercenary for my home village."

"Why are you here?"

"I was involved in a massive war," said Naruto. "The man who started the wars sent me to your dimension after I struck a mortal blow."

"You can't go back?" asked Ishizu.

"I can, but I am the only one left," said Naruto shocking Ishizu. "That monster, Madara killed everyone to spoil my victory with a genocide move."

"I am sorry," said Ishizu. "I didn't know."

"No worries," said Naruto. "I made more connection to my heart here."

"My turn Yugi," said the man I play Mechanical Chaser in attack mode," said the man. "One card facedown.'

"Machines?" thought Yugi. "I play Gaia the Fierce Knight. Attack."

The knight charges. "I thought you where better then this," said the man. "Negate attack.'

The attack is canceled. "I know who you are," said Yugi. "Bandit Keith."

The man takes off his hood reveling to be the former champion of duel monsters. "Bandit Keith is nothing but a puppet little Yugi."

"A puppet?" asked Yugi.

"My followers found him floating in the ocean," said the man controlling Bandit Keith. "I used my Millennium Rod to control his mind."

"I end my turn," said Yugi.

"I play Zoa in attack mode. A creature with blue skin appears. It has 2600 attack point. "Attack.'

The monster claws the knight destroying it dealing 300 points of damage.

Yugi life points 1700. "I end my turn," said Keith.

"I play Dark Magician," said Yugi. "I also play book of spell equip raising it to 2800 attack points. Now I attack, Dark Magic attack.'

Zoa is defeated. A light is seen in Yugi's back pocket.

Naruto was sitting in the air plan when his eyes opened. "I have to go," said Naruto. "My brothers is in trouble.'

Ishizu nods her head and Naruto disappears in a yellow flash.

The man looks up. "I sense another item holder," said the man. "I will leave you for today."

The dull look in Keith's eyes disappear. "What happened."

One last thing," said the voice as he smashes the puzzle.

"Ghost," shouted Keith. He takes a metal pipe and starts to swing it. "Get away from me.'

"Stop Keith," said Yugi. Keith hits a gas tank and a small fire sparks.

Naruto appears out side the warehouse. "Water Style: Water Wave."

He spits out a wave off water and charges in. Joey and Tristan appear and see a figure running in. "We have to hurry."

They get to the door and sees Keith running out screaming about Ghosts. "Was that Keith?" asked Joey. The two run into the warehouse.

Naruto was blasting the fire with water jutsu inside as he was making it to Yugi's location. "Yugi."

"Aniki," said Yugi as Naruto runs in. "I have to get the puzzle.'

Naruto sees the Puzzle put back together. "I got you."

Naruto takes out a kunai and infusing wind chakra the metal chain holding the puzzle. "Thanks."

Naruto grabs Yugi and carry's him out side running into his two friends. "Move you two."

The fours make it outside and out of sight of the rescue squad. "How did you know I was in danger?"

"I place a seal on you at Duelist Kingdom to activate if you where in trouble," said Naruto. "I used a ninjutsu to bring me here instantly."

"Sorry.'

"What where you doing in a burning building?" asked Naruto.

"I was dueling Keith who was being controlled by somebody after he took my puzzle," said Yugi.

"That sound awfully familier," thought Naruto. "You have made your move Marik."

"Naruto you ok?" asked Yugi.

"Get back home," said Naruto. "I will be there shortly."

He disappears in a yellow flash. "Where did he go?" asked Joey.

Naruto appeared in front of Ishizu. "Your brother made his move against Yugi," said Naruto.

"What are you going to do?" asked Ishizu worried about the situation.

"Family is important to me, if he continues, I will have no choice," said Naruto.

"Don't do anything rash," said Ishizu.

"For your sake, I will do my best," said Naruto. "Now what is the plan?'

"I am going to make Marik come into the open."

"I guess you will use Kaiba for this?" asked Naruto. "You're going to instigate a trounment?"

"That is the plan."

"How should we proceed?" asked Naruto.

"I will handle that," said Ishizu. "A war is coming."
