Not really spoilery for last nights episode but it is kinda based on a thought I had after hearing things about last nights episode before it aired.
Blurry eyes opened, and Felicity struggled against the weight on her arm to reach up and rub and clear her eyes.
Once her eyes were clear, or as clear as they were going to get before she put on her glasses, she took in the sight of the pile of duffle bags on the floor she could see across the chest she was lying on.
This was the first time she had woken up on this particular chest but it was hard not to recognize those chest muscles even with a shirt on.
She tried to sit up but as she did she found there was a leg across her stomach that was way too muscular to be hers and it unless Oliver could suddenly bend his knees about ninety degrees to the side, it wasn't his either.
It took a second for her sleepy mind to catch up but then she remembered seeing the duffle bags and then she remembered what was going on.
They were on the run from the police, hiding out in one of the admittedly shadier hideout places she had set up for them over the years she had been involved with team arrow.
Which meant that extra leg belonged to Roy but what she was still confused about was how it was all the way over here across her with his foot resting on Oliver when she was pretty sure he was on the complete opposite side of the bed when they all collapsed exhaustedly into it late last night.
At some point during the night, Roy had managed to pretty end up lying sideways on the bed with the majority of his upper body squishing poor Thea. There was no way that could be comfortable and Felicity was going to have to move him anyway to get out from under his legs so she moved to push him off of Thea but was stopped by a quiet voice.
"Don't. It's okay." Thea's eyes opened and she looked right at Felicity.
"There is no way that can be comfortable," Felicity whispered back.
"It's not but I'm used to it by now, he always sleeps so weirdly.' Thea sighed but smiled down at the guy still snoring away.
Felicity just shook her head and Roy and pushed his legs off her so she could get up.
Things certainly weren't going to be easy while they were on the run from Captain Lance who was hell bent on catching them but she was pretty sure it would be entertaining at least.
For anyone wondering about Diggle, this little thing was just written while I was at work and I was thinking then that Diggle and his family would go under ARGUS protection. Or you can just imagine they were in a separate room because they have the baby. Either way works.
