Victoria Dallon flew through the storm, her sister hanging on her back.

The plan was simple. Glory Girl finds the Parahuman causing the Blizzard, and beat them up until they stop.

It shouldn't be too hard, with Amy there to heal her if something unexpected happened. And when she pulled it off, she'd be more then just 'New Wave's Alexandria Package' or 'Panacea's Sister.' She'd be Glory Girl, the Hero who stopped the Villain who froze Brockton Bay.

She didn't have much time, though. Eventually, Gallant or Mother would figure out that she had lied in her texts, and came and get her. Then she'd just be another contributor.

Panacea tapped her arm. "I think we found them."

Victoria stopped her thoughts and peered through the storm, trying to see what Amy was seeing.

It only took a moment before Victoria noticed it.

A giant, ominous palace made of snow. Giant spikes, made of ice, lined the path to the front door.

Glory Girl flew down to the ground, and Panacea hopped off her back.

"I'm guessing that they are in there." Noted Glory Girl. Panacea nodded.

Victoria turned to her sister. "Do you want to wait out here? I'd unde-"

"I'll come." Panacea replied. "I can heal you faster if you're close to me."

Victoria grinned. "What are we waiting for then?"

Without waiting for an answer, the Hero walked towards the giant door.

As she approached it, it swung open.

Behind the door was a giant snow golem, at least three times as large as Victoria herself. It snarled, walking towards her.

Glory Girl grinned, then flew at it.

Her fist entered its head, sinking in. The golem responded by punching upwards at her. Glory Girl quickly wrenched her fist free, and backed off.

Punching didn't work... She needed to hit more at once, to do anything.

Flying at it again, Victoria slammed into its body, flying through it. She emerged out the other side, and pulled off a three-point landing.

Then she spun, and repeated her charge, slamming through the golem once again.

As she burst out the other side, she heard Amy scream, and was slammed into the ground by a spear of ice.

The ice broke against her force field, which reformed just as she hit the ground.

Enraged, Victoria jumped to her feet, looking around.

Behind Amy was a girl, around her age, in an snow-white dress. She motioned with her hands, and the snow under Amy grew upwards and bound her into place.

The girl then made another motion, and three spears of ice appeared above her. Then she pushed her arms out, thrusting the spears at Amy.

Victoria's eyes widened, and she flew forward, before dropping down in front of her sister.

The spears struck her arm, a fraction of a second apart. The first broke against her, but the second and third continued through, piercing her arm.

Fuck... It hurt. Worse, the girl had seen it. She knew how to get around her force field- Or, at least, knew it could be done.

Victoria gritted her teeth. It hurt. But she was still there, and Amy couldn't heal her without the ice controller attacking.

So she charged.

It was stupid, but she had to make the girl back off, so Amy could heal her. Victoria activated her Fear Aura as she flew forward, hoping the sudden fear would make the ice girl more likely to run.

Victoria was about a meter away, about to hit the villain, when it happened.

The girl with the ice vanished, and was replaced by a man in a top hat. The man then turned to her, and suddenly, they swapped places.

...What.

The man vanished again, and was replaced by Amy.

"That's me done." He said, from where Panacea had been a moment before. "Sundancer, you're up."

A moment passed, before an orb of fire burst into existence above everyone.

The large spikes of ice began melting, along with the ice palace of ominousness. Victoria began feeling warmer, watching the flames while her sister healed her.

Then, slowly, the ball of fire disappeared. The blizzard quickly returned, replacing the temporary warmness with the familiar cold.

A girl in a black costume walked forward, towards her opponent.

The ice controller gestured, and a golem of ice formed. A moment later, and a ball of fire melted.

Another moment passed, and the fire girl kept walking.

The ice girl flung her hands, and a prison of ice formed around the girl. Before anything else happened, the man in the top hat took her place.

The fire controller create some fire around her, melting what snow remained of what was once the trap that held Amy.

"You're good to go." Said Amy, and Victoria nodded.

"Thanks, sis." Glory Girl responded, before flying at the ice Parahuman.

The ice girl was distracted, pulling a wall of ice from Top Hat's prison towards the fire manipulator. The fire Cape was slammed into the wall a half second before the ice Cape was slammed into Victoria's fist.

She crumpled, and then Victoria was on the other side of the area, Top Hat standing above the ice girl.

"Looks like Genesis wasn't needed after all." He noted, looking up. Following his gaze, Glory Girl saw something flying through the blizzard, before it landed next to Top Hat.

The flying thing picked up the ice manipulator, and held her up in front of Top Hat.

"Alright, girl." Began Top Hat. "Our boss wants to talk to you, so just don't struggle, and we won't hurt yo-"

The Parahuman got no further before the ice girl let loose another omnidirectional blast, pushing Top Hat and the flying thing away with walls if ice. The flying thing dropped the villain as the blast hit it, and Ice followed up by holding her hand in the air.

The blizzard intensified. Victoria could barely see a meter ahead of her. Slowly, against the wind, she walked towards where Ice was, before the storm started.

After a minute or so of walking, someone shouted something from behind her. Victoria turned, looking to see who had spoken.

It took a few moments for the figure to become identifiable against the blizzard.

"Gallant?"
