The summer sky was beautiful. It was a hot night but no one really cared. The concert was amazing. Lydia was singing and crying and laughing and she just couldn't believe she was in a Fall out boy concert.
Luke and Alexy were there, clinging at each other, singing, crying and laughing, and kissing. It was amazing that the concert was on their anniversary, so they could enjoy it even more - not everyone gets to celebrate a one year anniversary listening to an amazing band live.
Nathaniel was there as well. It was a hot night and they were watching they're favourite band live and the place was crowded but they couldn't let go of each other's hand.
"Wait. Oh my God, Nate!" Lydia screamed at her boyfriend
"What's wrong?"
"I should be on your shoulders!"
"What?! Why?!"
"Because Patrick asked me to do so, now gimme a piggyback, boy!"
"Alright then"
Lydia climbed in her laughing boyfriend's shoulder and finally got a clear view of the stage. She then placed one hand in Nathaniel's hand and with her free hand, held his'.
"You are one crazy girl"
"You still love me, though"
"I do"
At that moment Andy Hurley started another song, the melody from his drums echoing through the stadium as everyone cheered. Lydia smiled. So did Nathaniel. She closed her eyes and, just like that, they were back at that gym, surrounded by art supplies and having a paint war, singing their favourite songs. They were so happy. They had discovered so much since then.
She opened her eyes again and squeezed Nathaniel's hand. They filled their lungs with air and sang, louder than that day at the gym. They wanted to sing so loud it would muffle everyone's voice - even Patrick's. Because it was their song. Because they were in love and they found that out because of this song, in some weird way. Because they sang this song together, Lydia and Nathaniel found out they didn't hate each other. They found out it was love they had been felling all along.
Am I more than you bargained for yet
I've been dying to tell you anything you wanna hear
'cause that's just who I am this week
The End
