I'm Coming: Natsu's P.O.V:

Every time I tried to turn back around to chase after Luce I was flattened by gramps. It was becoming increasingly frustrating, I didn't care why she left, my instincts were telling me to go after her and never let her out of my sight, or arms, again. Unfortunately that apparently wasn't going to happen anytime soon. So about halfway to the guild I gave up on escaping and proceed to, reluctantly, follow gramps the rest of the way there. Happy decided to settle on my head in a restless sleep, he began to mutter Luce's name, he is just as worried as me. My eyes moved to the setting sun that reflected against the canal, my brain automatically conjuring an image of Lucy's golden hair shimmering in the sunlight, it swung from side to side as she walked on the edge of the canal before she turns to face me, her beautiful smile lighting up her face. My breath hitches in my throat as the image focus in on her expressively warm eyes shimmering with so much warmth and love. Love… why does that word always come up when Luce consumes my thoughts? Letting my thoughts consume me I had failed to realizes that we had already reached the guild. I finally snapped out of it when Gramps cleared his throat, giving me a look I didn't understand, he pushed open the doors and walked in, I hesitate for only a minute contemplating whether or not I should go in or try and take one more chance at going after Luce. Considering that Erza is with her I could probably get pretty far before gramps sent someone like Laxus after me…, shaking my head I tried to suppress my instincts to take off after her before deciding to head inside to hear Gramps explanation.

Lucy's P.O.V:

I tried to contain another sigh before Erza decides reached across the seat and strangle me. I know I was being annoying but I couldn't help it, I had some hope that Natsu would have been there before we left, I had continuously peeked out the window searching for a glimpse of pink hair, unfortunately after 10 minutes of the train being delayed we began to move. Ultimately crushing all the hope that grown in my chest, my heart crumbling with it. Erza cleared her throat to grab my attention which had diverted to staring out the window as my thoughts consumed me once more. "You know Lucy the only reason Natsu didn't show was because Matser was there to intercept him. We both knew that he would chase after you even if you left him a note telling him not to worry." She gave me a soft smile as my eyes widened. Blushing I gave her a slight nod trying to hide the smile that was threatening to take over my face. Looking back towards the window my thoughts drift back to Natsu and Happy. I wonder if Master has told the guild yet, I wish I could see Natsu's reaction.

Natsu's P.O.V:

Walking in to the guild was harder than I thought. Knowing that Luce wouldn't be sitting at her seat by the bar as soon as I stepped through door made my chest ache. The guild's atmosphere was less comforting without her presence. That was why before she came I was always off on a mission not because the guild wasn't comforting, it was... there just always seemed to be something missing. Most guild members would tell me that it was because of Lisanna. It's not though, even when she was alive the first time, it felt as though something in my life was missing and I know that part of it is Igneel, he's my dad and I miss him. But Lisanna couldn't stop that feeling of needing to find my dad or fill the whole that was missing. She could only mask it. Lucy on the other hand fills that hole completely and with my dad that need is still there but no where near as the desire and protectiveness I feel for Luce. If I left to go find him I couldn't bring Lucy along because the risk of her getting hurt would be too great. But I can't trust anyone else to take care of her while i'm gone, so for now i'm at a standstill. Making my way to sit down with the Ice Princess, I turn the chair around and plop my ass down focusing my sight on Gramps. He is having a quiet conversation with Mira, I begin to tune my sharp hearing into their conversation, unfortunately master must have sensed my stare because he immediately shuts up and turns my way, giving me a knowing look he makes his way up to the second floor and jumps on the rail. Taking a deep breath he yells out successively grabbing everyone's attention and silencing them all at once. "BRATS! LISTEN UP I HAVE SOME NEW'S FOR YOU ALL!" Gramps pauses before for continuing, meeting everyone's eye's. "I was given a very important mission by the Magic Council. The Mission is to infiltrate a dark guild named Demon Blood. I can not give all the details to it but I have assigned Erza to this mission.."

"Of course Old Man! But why are you telling us all this?" Canna was of course drunk already but as I looked around I realized she was speaking what everyone in the guild was thinking. Jii-Chan gave have her a sharp look but she just hiccuped at him, sighing he began to speak again " The reason why I am mentioning this to all of you is I gave her permission to bring some with her. She chose to bring Lucy" Ji-chan focused his full attention on me as he spoke his next words." The Mission could take up anywhere from 6 months to a Year."
"What the hell!" I jumped up so fast that my chair was sent flying across the guild narrowly missing Gajeels head. Any other time I would have pumped my fist in the air for almost making the Iron Idiots face look at least half way decent. Right now there were more pressing issues. "Why didn't Erza invite me as well!"
"Ya!" I slowly turned around glaring heatedly at Gray as my anger began to rise. He took a step back before scoffing and trying to act like he was unaffected. " No one cares about you Ice Princess." He gave an indigent shout as I sharpley turned back around to face Jii-chan trying to rein in my anger before I burst into flames. " Because Natsu I told her she couldn't, the point of this mission is to get information without getting caught. Both you and Gray could cause the mission to go wrong at any point and we don't need that. It needs to be a simple get in and out mission. Do you understand?" His intense stare told me that he meant business but I couldn't just let this slide. Luce was going into a Dark Guild alone, well she had Erza, but still so many things could go wrong. Cursing I turned around and stormed out of the guild ignoring Jii-chans calls to come back. I made my way to the one place that could only give me some comfort at this point, I headed to Luce's place.

Third Person's P.O.V:

Back at the guild Mira was trying to talk a distraught Happy down. "Now now Happy i'm sure Natsu is fine he just needs time to calm down." She softly said as she gently rubbed his head.
" I-i k-k-know that b-but I d-d-don't w-want Lushy to be away for that long Wah!" Happy cried snuggling closer into Mira. The Beautiful barmaid sighed as she looked towards her younger sister for some assistance. Lisanna gave her sister a nod before heading into the back to grab a fish. Coming back out she heads straight to Happy tapping him on his tiny should she smiles sadly down at the blubbering exceed. " I know you're sad Happy but Lucy-san is in good hands. She's with Erza-chan nothing will go wrong and I just know she would hate to see you this upset. I'm sure she is going to miss you just as much as you and Natus are going to miss her." Happy began to smile slightly at Lisanna words and seeing this the youngest Strauss sibling giggles slight before producing the fish right in front Happy" Now how about you have some yummy fish?"
Happy took one look at the fish before bursting into another round of tears. Both of the Strauss sisters looked at each other startled, Happy was never sad when given a fish. They both turned as someone cleared their throat behind them. "I may be able to explain" Levy said. "You see before Lu-chan left she promised to get Happy the biggest fish she could find. So i'm guessing that may be why Happy is acting this way." The sisters nodded in understanding, Levy went to sit by Happy so that she could have a better conversation with the girls and exceed." Now Happy why don't you go find Natsu and try and get him to come back? I'm sure he's fine by now." Nodding at Levy's question Happy made his way out of the guild in search of his best friend. Once he was gone Levy scanned the guild for the last Team Natsu member. Not finding him anywhere she turned back to Mira who had returned behind the bar "Mira have you seen Gray?"
Natsu's P.O.V:

I was staring at the sealing while laying on Lucy's bed trying to decided what I was going to do when I heard the knock on the window. Happys face was surrounded by the moonlight giving me a clear view of the tears he was shedding. Crawling to the side of the bed I lifted the window from the seal and let my buddy in. Closing it again I turned back towards Happy, not knowing what to say we just sat there in silence. This gave me time to go back to my previous thoughts. What was I going to do theres no way I can go six months without Luce, hell she's only been gone for maybe 15 hours and I already miss her like crazy. And I wasn't even about to think about her being gone for year. If they were truly on an undercover mission they wouldn't be checking in that much. I will have no way to know if Luce is safe, if she's sad or happy. And if I ever find out that someone hurt her that will be end of them. An animalistic growl erupts from my chest as my mind decides to conjure up some images from that last thought. Happy ,who had seemed to be in deep thought as well, jumped at the sound. "Natsu?" I opened my mouth to answer him but before I could a crash was heard coming from the living room. Bolting up I raced toward the room intending to take out my frustrations on the dumbass who decided to break into my best friends apartment. They lights weren't on but I could see a large figure near the fireplace. Lighting my hand on fire I launched my attack " Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" I felt my had hit it's intended target launching them back on their ass.
" Oi Bastard what did you do that for?" Hey wait a minute! I know that annoying voice.
"Gray?"
"Who else would it be Fire Breath! Jeez you're such an idiot."
"Your one to talk Popsicle, why the hell are you at Luce's house anyways you pervert!" He sighed as he made his way around me to turn on the light, Happy was staring wide eyed at us, he faced me again and I allowed a smirk to cross my face when I saw the bruise forming across his jaw. Narrowing his eyes he began to speak again " I'm here cause of you, Flame Tard." He took one look at my face and quickly continued before I could throw an insult back at him. " I knew you would be here unless you had already went after the girls. So I decided to swing by and tell you that i'm coming along. And no you cant make me stay." My fist clenched itching to hit his ugly face. "Like hell you are!" My answer came out as another growl. I hadn't even decided if I was going to go yet… ya fuck it, I decided I was going after them the moment I found that note. Gray raised one annoying eyebrow at me, " Really then do you know what town their going to?" Shit I forgot about that… Gray started to laugh, so I let my fist connect once again with his pansy ass face. I looked up when I felt Happy land on my head "Natsu are we going to get our Lucy back?" I smiled at him, my hand reaching up to scratch behind his ear. " Ya Happ's were going to get our Luce back. " You here that Luce i'm coming for you so just stay safe till i'm there.
