Firstly, let me apologize that this isn't an update to the story. I had a plan for it, where Sierra was gonna end up, etc.

Little did seventeen-year-old me know that life was bouts to throw a rollercoaster on her, and here I am like five years later, re-reading this, and it's not bad actually for 2014 me. But as 2020 kinda keeps making the proverbial fecal matter hit the rotary ceiling object, I'm wanting to revisit it, and possibly finish this but this website isn't really my platform anymore.

I've more or less graduated on to Archive of Our Own, and so I think that's where this story will be continuing. I have a plan to finish this story at least, cause 24 year old me wants to at least finish one published fan fiction before I finish college in December. So for one, I'm not taking it down from here quite yet. I'm actually moving it to Ao3, letting the people who were following it here trickle there if they wanna, and well I'll try to move it up and on.

Also writing is very different for me, this story had a mature theme to it and I intend on keeping that way. Violence will continue, drinking will continue, but I think I'll revamp Sierra's story a little. She is still gonna be a recovering alcoholic and have all of her little quirks and things, but seventeen-year-old me didn't know things about law enforcement and recovering alcoholism that I know now. And it kinda breaks the immersion for me. So! Breaking it down for everyone:

First, we're rewriting and uploading to Ao3

Second, we're gonna update as my schedule sees fit

Third, enjoy the ride along the way.
