A/N: Okay, so maybe I didn't need to wait until the end of the week ;-) Enjoy!

"Come on Mom! Hurry up Dad! We're going to miss the train," as Elle turned to look behind her with a slight pout at how slow her parents were being.
Ambrosia couldn't help but laugh lightly at her only daughter as she looked at Severus with a smile, "You'd think that after all these years, she would get tired of the train."
Severus chuckled at Ambrosia, "You would think but this is her first 'official' year at Hogwarts as a student. Surely you know how excited she should be."
"Elle, wait up! I can't run as fast as you!" came the voice of their youngest child, Lucian as he raced to catch up with his sister.
"Hurry up Luc! I know you can run faster than this!" Elle yelled back, as she dodged people around her.
"Mirielle Lillian Snape! Lucian James Snape! You both stop that right now and come here this instant!" Ambrosia called out to them, a little edge in her voice letting her youngest children that she meant business.
Hearing their mom's voice and the veiled threat that it held, both children froze immediately and walked calmly back to their parents – heads down with little pouts on their faces.
"We're sorry Mama," little Lucian muttered as he sniffled a little bit. "I just wanted to see the train with Elle…"
Ambrosia sighed and raised an eyebrow at both of her children, "You two have seen it more times than any of the other First Years, seeing as we live at Hogwarts. Now both of you stay by us, I won't have you two getting lost and causing mischief."
"Us…cause mischief? Mom we would never," Elle said, shocked clear in her voice and on her face but her eyes gave it away as they twinkled with glee.
"Uh-huh, I don't believe that for a minute," Ambrosia replied. "After not only raising your brothers but your uncles as well, I know very well that mischief runs deep in this family."
"Now my dear Ambrosia, these two certainly don't get their mischievousness from my side of the family," Severus chimed in as his eyes widened a bit at Ambrosia's slight glare.
"One more word Sev and you'll be on the couch for the rest of the school year," she responded, her own green eyes glittering brightly at him.
"Mama, you can't be mean to Daddy…He's the Headmaster, so doesn't that mean he's your boss?" Lucian spoke up, his voice full of childhood innocence as he looked between his parents.
Ambrosia leaned down and kissed Lucian lightly on the forehead before winking at him, "You'll understand when you're older my sweet."
Lucian looked confused at her words but his attention was diverted towards Elle who had spotted their older brothers and their girlfriends coming down the walkway.
Both children looked widely at their parents with lips trembling, eyes wide as they begged silently.
Ambrosia and Severus glanced at each other with small smiles before they nodded their heads at their youngest and watched as they both shot off like Snitches as the end of a Quidditch game.
Ambrosia watched her two oldest catch their younger siblings and embrace them. She smiled softly as she saw how warm and welcoming Luna and Hermione are to them – both young women immediately falling into the rolls of older sisters.
She thought back over the years, nearly a full decade had passed since that night of the Tri-Wizard Tournament and so much had changed.
After the death of Albus, Minerva had taken over as Headmistress for several years but at the end of last year had asked Severus to step into the roll as she had grown tired and yearned to finally retire to be with her family.
Severus, figuring that she would pull something like this, had agreed but only on the condition that Remus is named the Deputy Headmaster. Minerva agreed immediately, knowing both wizards were more than capable of handling the positions of anyone that she knew.
The positions of Potions Professor and Defense Against the Dark Arts was of no worry either, as Draco had been apprenticing to his dad and Harry had been doing the same with Remus. Both young men had excelled in their apprenticeships and were more than ready to take over teaching.
This year would be a year of first for not only her two oldest but for her young daughter as well. Elle was finally old enough to become a student at Hogwarts and she couldn't contain her excitement. It made no difference to her that all she had ever known was Hogwarts. She was determined to excel just as her brothers and father had done though she wasn't exactly sure what she wished to be when she graduated.
But Ambrosia had told her that there would be plenty of time for that though Ambrosia seemed to already have an idea of what her daughter would grow into. Elle was always going out of her way to help those around her and she had taken to following Madam Pomfrey around these last couple years – so perhaps she would become a Medi-Witch. But for now Ambrosia was content to watch her only daughter grow into a fine young woman.
Ambrosia's thoughts turned to her youngest son, Lucian. At almost 7, Lucian had been an unexpected but welcomed surprise. She and Severus hadn't thought about having another baby but then Merlin had blessed them with Lucian. Elle took to being an older sister like a bird took to flying and Harry and Draco were overjoyed at the addition to their family.
Speaking of additions, Harry and Draco had both proposed to Luna and Hermione – both girls saying yes, of course. So now the young couples were planning a double wedding and Ambrosia couldn't be more excited for them. So far they had decided to have the ceremony at Hogwarts in the Great Hall and it was sure to be the talk of the Wizarding World – after all her sons and husband had been dubbed heroes with their combined defeat of Voldemort.
She sighed happily as she placed her arm on her husband's as he walked them towards their children. She noticed that another couple and a child had joined them and smiled brightly at seeing Remus, his wife Tonks and their young son Teddy.
Teddy was only a few months younger than Lucian so it made Ambrosia happy that Lucian would have another child to play with at Hogwarts this year. It would do their son good to have someone his own age around – especially when Elle began to make new friends with children on her own age this year.
Ambrosia laughed as Harry and Draco easily dodged Sirius who thought he could ambush them. Severus just shook his head and chuckled in amusement as both young wizards easily side-stepped Sirius, without even taking a break in their conversation with Remus and Tonks.
Sirius just huffed at being foiled and laid there on the train walkway, head resting in his hand as he glared up at the two young wizards who just smirked down at him. Sirius yelped in shock as the three youngest members of the group decided to make an impromptu puppy pile on top of Sirius as the adults all laughed at him.
Ambrosia leaned into Severus and sighed happily as he leaned down and kissed her cheek.
Their lives had all started off challenging but here, right now in this moment – she was filled with such peace that it left her speechless but she was more than happy to watch her family.
For now her family was complete. She and Severus had their five children, Sirius was still living his bachelor lifestyle, Remus and Tonks were planning on giving Teddy a new sibling soon. But what excited Ambrosia the most was the thought of grandchildren. Sure, she and Severus were still pretty young but she would be lying if she hadn't been dropping big hints that she would enjoy grandchildren while she was still younger – so she could have time to fully enjoy them.
Both young couples had blushed at her forwardness but none responded outright to her so she was pretty convinced that she would be able to enjoy having grandchildren within the next few years, which suited her just fine.
But for now, she was happy to just live in this moment as she waved to Elle as she boarded on the train – seeming to already be making fast friends with a black-haired girl that was a first year also. She looked back at Severus and smiled at him as Lucian ran to hold their hands as they joined the others as they began their walk to the entrance of the station as they flooed back to Hogwarts as they began to get everything ready for the when the children survived.
As Severus stood up to greet the students back for another year at Hogwarts, one can only imagine the adventures that would await them within the walls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
END
A/N: OMG! I can't believe it's finally completed. I'll admit I didn't comprehend just how much time this would take me to complete so let me give kudos and credit to the authors who have SEVERAL multi-chapter fics going on at the same time. I'm not sure if I have another multi-chapter in me - not for the next few months at least. But I do have several one-shots that I plan on posting soon, some of them are a bit old and my writing style has changed since then but I want to share them and not just leave them on my hard-drive. So keep a look out for those!
Thank you again to the loyal readers that have stuck with me through this fiction. I hope that the ending did it justice in your eyes.
