Is it strange if I find myself cheering for Ron and Pansy? I don't think so. It's strange though how you managed, in just a few carefully written sentences, to convey the dejection Ron must have felt at the public rejection that you imply happened. It's even stranger how Pansy reacts to it.

Strangest of all? I love your story. It's got a very human tone to it, flawed and promising.

Well this was a lovely bit of snark from Pansy, and I liked that Ron stuck up for himself at the end. I do wish that we would get to see their date though...

oh now that's a fun story. I'll be honest and say that parkinson was never anyone I bothered with in cannon simply because she was just a female foil for hermione but you've actually gone out of your way to give her depth. I like it.
Nice to see Ron doing well. I always pictured him as a quidditch player for the cannons, you know never one of the top super stars but one of the regular players that go out there and get the job done without the multimillion endorsement deals or the fame that goes with it.
Looking forward to the next update.
