You killed off the two characters that started all of this. xD If any one of your readers predicted that Snivy and Eevee would die before you posted the first couple of chapters of Flames of Despair, they deserve the largest digital cookie of all creation because only a genius could've thought of this (I just indirectly called you a genius, I think... :P)! Well, or someone impossibly crazy that comes up with lots of theories could've possibly guessed this. Urfff...

Oh gosh. I just went on still saying Eevee when it's really UMBREON. I just looked at that last line - besides "The end." - and kept thinking of her as Eevee: ("Thank you too, Eevee.")
...Wait. Shouldn't it be: ("Thank you too, Umbreon."), then? o_o Is Umbreon actually an Eevee again in the afterlife, or is she an umbreon but Snivy still calls her by Eevee? Did I accidentally read over something earlier in the chapter that explains this? I feel stupid. x.x
While on that topic... whoa! That's why Delphox couldn't read her mind; she evolved into a dark-type. All this time, I assumed that Arceus somehow gave Eevee a protective coat of... something, and it kept psychic-types from reading her mind. That seems overly complex compared to Eevee just evolving into a dark-type. :P

(The fox vanquished darkness. However, the snake used his darkness to finish their grueling battle.) That part- well, for one thing, it was creative and powerful. More importantly in my opinion, 'fox vanquished darkness' is like a contradiction of some sort since Eevee was Umbreon. :3 A dark-type keeping away the darkness. It shows that despite the heinous events, pure light of a hero and a good soul still radiates in her heart, keeping her sweet and cheerful personality the same as ever.

Despite them being dead, this is an amazing Good End with the more happiness like Delphox kissing Mienshao and stuff. :3 Even Eevee and Snivy are happy in the afterlife since they're together! YAYYYY!

Whoa. Just, whoa. o_o This bad ending... ermahgersh, it's so amazingly written! Sentences like 'a lone snake wanders the threads of life' and 'gifted with a divine ray of protection' left me awestruck. I'm recalling the writing in A Test of Fate, and now comparing them to these wondrous paragraphs...! You're writing has improved so much, Kazoot. :D Muy bien! Celebration is in order! *Tosses small piles of confetti into the air, straps on a party hat, and applauds very enthusiastically*

In my personal opinion, this is one of my favorite chapters so far (strange considering this is the BAD End), and so when I scroll back up to read the beginning author's note, I can't help but wonder why you didn't like it so much! ...Well, I kind of agree that it feels like something's missing: close to the beginning of the chapter, I think. But after that, although Snivy died and Eevee didn't get to stay with Team PokeHeroes (it hasn't been revealed yet that Nebula is Eevee, but I FEEL SO STRONGLY that Nebula is Eevee since Nebula knew about the Six Verses, and even Delphox suspected Nebula was Eevee towards the end!), the chapter quickly got better and better for me.

WWWWHHAAAAAAAATTTTTTTT?! Giratina! GIRATINA! No! Snivy, Nebula/Eevee, ack... ;-; The mourning during the last half of the chapter was deep. Poor guys. I expected some extremely horrible Bad End, though, like about half the team dying or the Bittercold not being stopped. Heh...
I forgot to mention last review that I didn't expect the Six Verses to come back. A lot of surprises are occurring during these last few chapters, and I like it! Entertaining and shocking climaxes show the greatness of a story! :P

There is one line that REALLY stuck out to me in this chapter. (The world around me froze in despair. I buried my face in my paws.) Instead of that matching up somehow with Flames of Despair, it's completely the opposite! Adding the phrase 'froze in despair' truly gives off the vibe of a bad ending. Muy bien! MUY BIENS EVERYWHERE!

I also really like the title of this chapter: Black Garden. Before I read the chapter and I glanced at the chapter title, I thought it would be metaphorical for a blood-splattered battlefield and a plethora of corpses (WHY IS MY MIND SO DARK RIGHT NOW?!). However, this chapter title is actually literal! Literal, for the black rose that blossomed in Eevee's little haven in the pure light garden... That black rose... Snivy put a black rose where Eevee died back in that forest, right? Or was it a white rose? Does the black rose in this serene garden of tranquility symbolize Snivy's death? It's so obscure, but even though I don't fully understand, it's still saddening! ACK!

As I already mentioned, this is my favorite chapter. I'm hoping the Good End is just as great - if not better - than this one! THE EXCITEMENT! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!

WISH STONE POWEEHHHHHHHH! :D That cliffhanger, though. ("I... I wish...") The way it trails off suggests that Snivy will make different wishes in the Good and Bad Endings... I think one will be for Eevee to come back, and the other is to stop the Kyurem and the Bittercold. Wishing for Eevee to come back will probably trigger the Bad End, though... o-o I'll be sad if I'm right.

Also, Eevee has to be Nebula! With the ears and quadrupedal anatomy and being female, the similarities are too great! And, according to what Nebula said to Mienshao quite an amount of chapters ago, Arceus sent her to deliver information and help with defeating the Bittercold and stuff. So, that's how she's alive...? I hope she gets to stay alive in the Good End. -u-

Wow! ZEKROM! Combined with Kyurem! And Zekrom's still a good guy, fortunately. :D

That's the name of a fanfiction of mine in case you didn't know. Thunder and Ice. x3 I never thought there was an electric/ice-type Pokemon, but with splicing the DNA of Zekrom and Kyurem, it's a dream come true! :O I forgot about the splicing from Pokemon Black 2/White 2, so I'm glad this story reminded me, and I'm filled to the brim with joy at the thought of an electric/ice-type. DREAM COME TRUE!
*Suddenly shudders* I just imagined Shard being combined with a jolteon. AHHHH. MY IMAGINATION, IT BURRRRRRNS! *Head explodes into flames*

I'm guessing that with the Bad Ending, either Mienshao or Delphox dies. .w. I know a few characters are gonna die, and there will be a lot of realistically described gore and carnage! It's over...it's really over isn't it? Oh, I feel so empty inside now. This always happens when a great story ends. So first of all, I'd like to thank you. Thank you so much for this great story. This and "A Test of Fate" were absolutely amazing stories. I enjoyed them so much so thank you! I really can't believe it's over. It feels like just yesterday that I discovered "A Test of Fate" and now I've read the sequel...oh I'm so sad that it's over lol

So as I'm sure everything thought, Nebula was Eevee! What I didn't think of was her being evolved, nice thinking on making her Umbreon so Delphox couldn't read her mind. Since this was the good ending, I thought that Snivy would survive and be reunited with Eevee. I definitely didn't see this coming though. It still makes it really sad, but it's still a good ending! My only little complaint though is there wasn't enough romance scenes with Delphox and Mienshao! I wanted to at least see them say the three words and kiss on the lips! But to be fair, this isn't a romance story and their shipping wasn't originally supposed to happen (i think?) so it's okay...the scene was still very cute and I enjoyed it a lot! Maybe there will be a future one-shot that further explores their relationship? (please? 3 lol just kidding...except not really kidding...heh)

Again, thank you so much for the amazing story. And also congrats on finally finishing it! I enjoyed it and loved it very much. I look forward to your future stories!

I want to use this keyboard sorcery for something, and by something I mean everything. Abuse the power. All the time. Until I get bored, which will take way too long... so best not to tell me. But if you waaaannt to tell me... heheh... *DESPERATION INTENSIFIES*

So, Snivy. Eevee. Braxian- well, now Delphox. Meinfoo is now Meinshao, Oshawott now Dewott, insert-more-character-names-and-stuff-here... Not sure why I decided to list that. Anyways, it's nice to see both reoccurring characters and interesting, newly introduced ones. Especially Delphox. I'm curious why basically no one knows about fennekins and their evolutions here. Well, probably since recently revealed Pokémon from Kalos aren't indigenous to that area, but there could be more to Delphox's history. I don't know yet! I'm only about halfway through this story! Uh, maybe Delphox and his species in this world are all ninjas. Yes. Such logic.

Eevee... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! *So many flipping table textfaces* She died! Stupid Dusknoir and his army of sableye. Now I hate them even more from PMD2... even though they just didn't want to disappear with the paralyzed future or something another. Eh. I still feel the anger. They killed Eevee! Sweet and lovable Eevee who Snivy injured one time!
...Yes, I had to bring that up. Not sure why. I guess I want to see Snivy walk up to me and sing WHY YA GOTTA BE SO CRRRUUUEELLL? Then I'll shove him into Quagsire's mouth and casually walk away while whistling and snacking on garlic bread, yeah? That sounds nice. But Eevee dying is not in the least bit nice. Not at all. ;-;

Snivy sure went through a tough time for, what, five years? Without Zekrom and Eevee and the team but with impossibly dreadful SADNESS?! Gosh, and when I try to imagine a chimchar in Snivy's place... my heart aches like it stabbed itself. Poor Snivy! He needs a hug. *Stretches arms open wide* BRING IT IN. YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO.

Lastly... the Bittercold is back? What?! I definitely didn't expect this. Wow. Just... you were right about the plot twists. Computer master, plot twister you!

I've spent about forty minutes typing this on my phone. See why I rarely do this without a computer? .n. I have a few minutes till midnight, and so my Shadow Pwomish isn't broken, I'll quickly read over what I've typed for anything weird from autocorrect and then post.

And, well, I think you've witnessed it from myself, but you seemed to have tried too hard to stuff everything into one, and it's quite rushed. I kinda had to skip some dialogue.

And then there's also the issue of placing humor in a chapter like this. I mean, if it was meant to be remorseful, it's either there'd oughtta have so many arguments between an insecure character, or just all guilt. Unless there were characters meant to cheer them up, and that's a different story.

Other than that, you described everything perfectly. And I know that you said that you tried your best, so it's okay! ;) Maybe you were meant to understand what would be missing in the future. :3

soooo eevee is nebula who is an angel sent from heaven and the standing behind the Eden's walls thing when she picks up the rose is when she kind of remembered the things as nebula but not really - i dunno.

something missing something missing something missing? I dunno, but I think that Nebula's leaving is really abrupt and short. It was probably supposed to be abrupt but it's like dropped-a-bomb abrupt and rushed things are just... no-no.

Hi, it's me, Randomguy H.Q. This chapter was... Interesting. I like it. You might dislike it, but I like it. 9.9/10. It's missing .1 point for the fact that Mienshao's gash is never mentioned afterward. Did it get infected? Did it leave him with a permanent organ damageing? I nitpick way to much. Either way it's good.

I think your bad ending is mutual, understanding, and distinct.

Bad ending noooooooooooooooo! I liked this so don't feel like you did a bad job! It really does feel like a bad ending from a video game with all the unanswered questions and stuff, I totally can see this happening in a game. While I do say I liked this, I also don't because it's a bad ending! If this was the actually ending I would've been so angry and disappointed! Like it can't truly end like this! Ohhhhhh myyyyyy gooooooooood this chapter was really really good! So much going on! I'm glad to know Zekrom wasn't really evil, I should have known that he wasn't bad! I like how you used the whole "Kyurem is supposed to be the strongest legendary(or was it dragon?)" thing and make him try to overpower Arceus. And then there's Nebula using Eevee's pendant...does that mean she's Eevee? She has to be right? And then my favorite part, the romance scene. Oh my good it was so cute and I couldn't help but smile then, Mienshao is so cute when he's nervous lol. Ooooooh why you gotta make this end on a cliffhanger I hate cliffhangers! I can't wait for the ending! But I'm also gonna be really really sad to see it end. :(

By the way I think in the verse scene, you accidentally put Dewott instead of Monferno for the second verse.
