I really liked this. Much more fitting reaction for a morgul weapon. Why would they have given Bolg a Morgul shaft anyway? Surely it would have been only for use on Thorin.

No. Kili and Fili are two sides of the same coin. It is wrong to separate them like that. Fili must be going out of his mind.

Please tell me that "complete" stat is a mistake? Please tell me you are writing more of this wonderful, wonderful story! Because when I first saw this movie I was wondering what would have happened if all the barrels had been whooshed off once Kili opened the gates and he was left there with the orcs and elves. I really need this story so please write more I beg of you!

Excellent descriptions. Kili feeling like his fingers would snap off because they felt so cold, nasty but effective visual!
