The whole Ino Naruto romance thing you're trying to do seems forced as fuck. Like, neither Naruto or Ino has any reason to talk with each other except for the sake of the forced plot in which the author wants them to be romantic partners.
The way Naruto is now, he should feel no interest toward Ino.

I think this fanfic is quite a bit more realistic than the Canon in which despite all the hate Naruto has felt from the village, he still want to be the Hokage and help everyone for some inane reason.
The reality is that no one forgets such hatred that they've suffered throughout their entire lives.

Honestly, a little depressing. It’s like he’s setting up his own future suicide. Like you said, he won’t go down without a fight, and he’s definitely building up his family in the future, but personally, even in the enemy, I never really felt that the village deserved his loyalty. But I still really like the story, just my own at nit-pick is all
