| JManM chapter 6 . 9/1/2019 Does Dante add anything to the narrative? He seems to just observe, and rarely takes a role from a cannon character. His interactions with the cast also come across as non sequitur. |

| BowmanW chapter 1 . 1/8/2019 Felt slightly forced, a decent start to the chapter but really dipped quickly. Why did she go through so much effort to help him? Where did they make the weapon? These were the questions I had while reading the first chapter. Doubt they will be answered considering this fanfiction is at 875,862 words and is completed. However, I saw romance with a Ruby x OC pairing and was slightly put off by it, but the MC here seems really cool and almost seems perfect for Ruby in the sense that both of them seem to be weapon freaks. Looking forward to this adventure. |

| jedimasterb10 chapter 17 . 6/11/2018 This chapter gave me chills! I had a window open with Raiden's pre-Monsoon dialogue open, and I was matching it up wih Dante's pre-Hector Round 2 dialogue. I could literally HER Dante being voiced by Quinton Flynn (the guy who voiced Raiden in MGS2, MGS4, and MGR), and Hector with the voice of…whoever the hell voices Monsoon…and Jamie Christopherson shredding to "Stains of Time." I enjoy the Metal Gear series as much as you do, Andy, and the nods to MGR are really appreciated. "I think it's time for Jack…TO LET 'ER RIP!" |
