Go see a psychiatrist maybe? There’s also a beta group on facebook if you wanna bounce ideas off someone else if you’re unsure or dissatisfied with something you’ve written. Also, on another note. Why not look for another job while still working at your current one? There is literally nothing stopping you from doing so, and it might prove a decent little bright light for you to progress forwards rather than stay in your current dark place. You’ll still have money coming in while looki for something better suited to what you want.

As a fellow creative well versed in constant fluctuations in mood, I am wishing you positive thoughts to lift you in this period.
