I have two comments for you. First, please continue this story if it all possible. I realize you have a life but this story is amazing. Second comment, I love how you take the real show's dialogue, and use it in the perfect moments.

Haha, so predictable. I'm surprised that they didn't connect the dots and realize she was pregnant sooner.

You said "THEIR MY KIDS TOO", but it should be "they're". I know it was probably just a typo or some sort of careless error, but for future reference I'd like to point out the following:
there: a place "oh look at that snowman over there!"
their: shows possession "that's their house"
they're: a combo of they & are "they're so annoying"

Also, when the nurse introduced herself you have one sentence that goes "She knew he didn't know her even though she him." It looks like you forgot a word here or something... I don't know what happened, but you might want to fix it :)

Overall, nice job and I can't wait for the next chapter!
