I love this too much. Probably my absolute favourite oneshot in any fandom ive read, my heart swelled and I died a little inside every time bones called him darlin' cuz on the one hand its way super cute but on the other I know hes calling him that because hes terrified and trying to keep jim calm and wow yuure an awesome writer and theyre perfectly ic the whole time and I just really love this

Jim is just a ickle bickle bit OOC. I found him a bit too...soft. Insecure maybe? But taking on four guys at once in order to help some random girl is very Kirkish. Just one more thing. Bones called Jim "darling" multiple times in this fic. See, I thought this was a friendship fic. I have no problem with slash, but this fic seemed to be friendship centred.
