At least he went in person to give his condolences. Tim and Tony got lucky it could have ended so much worse. Hope the Fed got life for thwarting two undercover agents, you never said what you did with him. And who framed Tony, Abby cleared him but she didn't say who was behind it.

Great story! You did a good job with this. I really enjoyed reading it. Loved the Tony/Tim bonding, and protective Gibbs. I hated that Colvin woman with a passion though. And that's a testiment to your writing to evoke that sensation. Well done.

Hi, this was no easy story to read (because of the subject, not your skill). The origin of Tim's education on classic movies is one of the lighter moments, and I very much enjoyed the portrayal of Abby with Gibbs, the bromance, and the Gibbs/Fornell interaction. Tony resuming his undercover personae was believable, and I'm so glad that he got the final resolution that he was cheated out of first time around. I had suspected Schaller way back, so I wasn't surprised, but your keys were subtle. Well done!

Fabulous wrap-up, unilocular! At first I wondered if Gibbs was hunting down some elusive player in Carrerras's organization, but of course he would want to give closure to Yelena's family. It's a Gibbs thing.

Sorry to be so late getting a review in. I've been reading, but swamped with work. Poor Tim is in such bad shape, both mentally and physically, and I love how Tony is trying so hard to take care of him. The scene in the elevator was priceless, as the two partners talked as if in Gibbs "office" while the caller tried to convince them to remain calm! Of course the most poignant moment of all was the reunion of Ksenia and McGee. Very touching and sweet, and just what both of them needed! Excellent chapter, unilocular!

Glad Tim finally gave in and let it all out. Tony with his brave face - I guess he's found his own way of dealing. I'm sitting here feeling chilly to my bones... you write Siberia as if you KNOW it. Sort of like a Vlaminck painting (I know he wasn't Siberian!)
