I feel sorry for Ryan, but Beckett wasn't mad in season 5, which was a good thing. But in this, she's not gonna stay mad forever you know.

Awww poor Ryan. As much as I didn't like Kate and Espo mad at him, I love Ryan! Whump, so I loved it in a weird way. Just as much as I love your take on it. It's perfect.

Poor Ryan. He tried so hard and all it did was hurt him. This story is so amazingly emotional and perfect, something the screen writers didn't bother to do but I feel the series needed. Great job.

I think my heart just broke a little and I'm damn near crying. Ryan didn't deserve to be hated on when he saved Beckett by Esposito and he didn't deserve to be ignored by Beckett. The first paragraph almost reduced me to tears it was so perfect and real. I hope you do another chapter or two on this :)

Very nice. I think yo got it right, for although Kev shouldn't have felt any guilt in view of the fact that he protected them in the only possible way, he probably really did blame himself and see himself as a betrayer.

I'd noticed that you really liked Ryan, based on your tumblr posts. One of my favorite episodes was the one where Ryan went undercover too.
