I like the idea but you made several mistakes as far as family trees go, Harry's grandfather is unknown though generally believed to be Charlus Potter due to his name being seen on the Black Family Tapestry in the 5th movie next Dorea Potter née Black(who is usually assumed to have been Harry's grandma) and being placed near enough to the bottom to have actually been of the appropriate age to have been James' father, Lily and James Potter didn't actually have middle names, Voldemort's name is Tom Marvolo Riddle, his father was Tom Riddle Sr.(not Tom Marvolo Riddle Sr. as you incorrectly wrote in the chapter with the Daily Prophet article), his grandfather was Thomas Riddle, and his mother was named Merope Gaunt.

Wow, a great story so far, I'll add this to my story alerts to see what happens next.

That NATWEST person is an idiot. Snape called her a racial slur, and she is just supposed to up and forgive him for that? LOL, you seem like one of the many "my favorite characters are the villians" types.

Very, very interesting updates! I love how proactive Harry is becoming, no longer relying on Dumbledore or his minions to get things done. I am really curious, however, to find out his connection to the Malfoys. Thank you for the wonderful new chapters! Can't wait for more!

You do realize if Auntie sees his "new" room she may want him to redo the entire house. But a box full of rings ? What has that meddling old fool Dumbledore been keeping from Harry?

I have two things that confused me. In one paragraph you said that Petunia father married his grandmother when she was 2. You never said that Lilly was alive or not. That they were half sisters. OK got that. But later you said different fathers. They can't be half siblings just step sisters.

I like the fact that you put Lilly in a negative light. Everyone has her as person who could not do any wrong. But she turned her back on a friend even when he apologize many times. She never forgave him. What kind a friend is that.
A true friend will say things like: " Do you need help to hide the body or can call you out of your name(prat and such) and lastly hold your head up when you sick in toilet and cover for you with your parents." That a friend. Lilly was never a friend.

Did Harry read the wills yet?

this is a good story so far, however it seems like in between chapter 6 & 7 something really changed. in chapter 6 harry had his magical inheritance, showered, changed, fixed up the room and was just about to open the gringotts letter. in chapter 7 there was nothing about anything that happened the night before, he was surprised at his changes from his magical inheritance (and i'm sure he would have noticed in the shower), no mention of the gringotts letter, and all of a sudden he is making protection bracelets

This sounds like such a good story! I can't wait to see where you go with it :D
