Krystal Anime chapter 14 . 5/12/2014 That was so wonderful! I love how you portrayed the crew as an even closer family unit than they were in the show. Why didn't they do something like this in the show? It's the natural progression that would have happened if they had stayed stranded in the Delta Quadrant for that long. Perfect ending too! |
KA chapter 14 . 4/5/2014 OMG that was awesome! You did a fantastic job keeping them in character. And I love the adventure with the away team you added in there. So much family happiness :D |

Rascal207 chapter 14 . 3/9/2014 You know, after a couple of years of perusing the J/C fanfic it's great to find an original premise, well written J/C that I can vividly picture while reading and a nice twist in a story. Not to mention a happy but not a sappy ending, thank you so much for not turning this into just another mushy J/C babyfic at the end. I loved the angst, the action with Miral extraction, the boxing scene was perfect! I had a great time reading this story, thank you! |
Kerry J chapter 14 . 12/9/2013 Awww. I was so glad when they ended up talking (you know a lot about boxing, don't you?) and being honest with each other. The knock-out was a nice comic relief for me as I was biting my nails here. Loved how natural things felt at the end. The epilogue was very cute, too! Brilliant ride, I thoroughly enjoyed it! |
Kerry J chapter 12 . 12/9/2013 Oh no, I didn't see that coming. Though of course Kathryin, being the smart woman and brilliant scientist that she is, added two and two together and didn't get it wrong. But of course her casual remark must be like knife to Chakotay's heart. A real mess. And things were going so well. B'Elanna's plan was brilliant (loved Tuvok's logic, too, and who'd have thought that it was going to be him of all people to encourage Kathryn to get her personal relationship with Chakotay back on track ;-)) and I - together with the entire bridge crew - heaved a sigh of relief. |
Kerry J chapter 11 . 12/9/2013 Heartbreaking, even though this was what I had feared. But then, he couldn't stay in the future forever, could he? I felt for Chakotay here - having his dream ript away so cruelly. But I also felt for Kathryn, who for the first time probably felt rejected by him. I so hope B'Elanna (loved her arguments, by the way, and of course how gobsmacked Chakotay was by her observations which were spot-on!) talked him into trying to talk to the present Kathryn. She's going to ask anyway, I imagine, and maybe that conversation is going to open some doors... |
ArgyleTrekkie chapter 14 . 12/4/2013 What a fun spin on the "realization" of J/C - a great read and I was sad when I got to the last chapter! I loved seeing that glimpse of the crew 26 years unto the future and still on their journey. What a great twist. Thank you for posting! |
pumpkin314159 chapter 14 . 11/27/2013 Absolutely beautiful! Well done |
