If this guy believed Konoha or these people around him were truly guilty then he could easily have done things very differently and left ashes of the village left. He did not. This indicated that he does believe they’re innocent and is struggling against his anger. He doesn’t always succeed and as Naruto’s experience shows he can fail spectacularly at it. But, he wouldn’t want to prove his belief to them if he thought they were anything but ignorant.

After reading most of this fanfic, there only two things I dislike about it.

One, Naruto should have been older in body or mentally in this fanfic in my opinion.
That would have made the idea of Naruto’s awaking a lot more impactful overall and even more selfish idea for his parents to do so, plus their would have been a bigger backlash.

Two, this story need a bit more world building and character development to make the difference between the dream an reality a lot more noticeable, like what you did with Sasuke.

Your mother is my baby sister and I'm your shitty ass aunt. Who allowed her nephew to be emotionally abused within a fake world to prove a point. And I thought the Naruto story couldn't be more fucked.

This is perhaps the most brilliant fanfic I have ever do continue

So the brother of Kushina (who doesn't know anything and isn't responsible for Uzushio destruction) abducted his nephew to put him in a ten-years long genjutsu, without stopping when Naruto proved a tough nut to crack and without at all giving hints to his SISTER that her SON was alive.

Well, he is a grade-A asshole and I hope he dies a very very painful death. You know what? Maybe whoever in Konoha who ordered the destruction of Uzushio was right because if Homare is a typical Uzumaki, then they are nothing but fiends.

Oooh the plot thickens, and of course Shikamaru is the one come up with the solution, lol. He's quite formal with his father here though? Why'd he call him "father" instead of "dad"? Pretty sure he's not that formal.

Anyway, love this story and I'm glad to see it back. :3

It was a good chapter, just had to re-read your entire fic to remember what was going on. Not that long of a read, but still very good still as a whole.

This chapter is good, very good. Just wish there was more. Hopefully it will be updated soon. (You tend to leave your chapters on a cliffhanger)

I am very sorry you're father passed, and please don't feel bad about any length of time it takes to write. I'm glad you've posted on this again as it is a very good fic I enjoy reading. The update is another good chapter and I look forward to any further ones, no matter how long they take to come
