I loved rereading your story, but I find that. Too bad we do not see a little more p.o.v. Of Thorin. It would have been interesting to see what he thought during the 5 years of Bilbo's banishment or when Kili asked Bilbo for a pledge during the tournaments.

Beautiful! Absolutely beautifully written and the characters were perfect. Loved the plot and the speed of the growing relationship was perfect. The small bits of humour were a lovely addition and I had a huge smile on my face while reading. Loved it!

Wow. This was purely amazing. I've just spent close to five hours reading this, but I didn't see time pass by! (I am internally groaning at the thought I'll need to actually get up soon...but it was totally worth it!) You mentioned your goal was to write a believable romance between two well fleshed-out characters, and you have more than delivered! This was extremely well written, and believable to boot. Characterization was impeccable, the humor was there, and all the tidbits from Tolkien's book and universe. Let me offer one complaint though, just because: I was hoping to read about the wedding! :) Courtships were described and made really interesting, I'd gotten curious about what more traditions and rules the ceremony itself might bring! But really, the way you chose to end it was perfect, so don't take me too seriously! :)
