Oh my god! How do you get the emotions sooooo emotional? You portray the boys exactly how I think of them - always fighting for each other, like two halves of a super-hot, angst-ridden whole.

Season 8 finale is probably my favourite and this story, ghod, it's just exactly the feelings and moments between them that makes me read more and more. I so love hurt sam and protective dean, even if it makes me bad person probably :D but really, this is the fluff I am searching for.

How have I not read this until now? Gah, it hurts so much... I'm crying now. And it doesn't help that the radio was playing "Where've You Been?" by Kathy Mattea while I read this. Seriously, go look it up. You'll be bawling by the end. (I don't ship Wincest, so ignore the romance part, but still. Sad song.) X'(

Anyway, great story. Trust you to be able to do H/C so well that even though we're already in Season TEN and I know Sam's just fine, I'll still cry over Season 8. ;)

God I really love how you write! As I go thru almost all your stories about Sam and Dean i appreciate how you so easily capture their relationship, brotherly bond and express so well their love for each other. So that the reader can understand and feel their emotions as they go along. You make us empathize with them :) I know you've been watching season 9 and I hope you write more on that as you've been doing (so awesome). I love how you have Dean call Sam his kid (love it!) and being exactly like fierce protective parent. I also love how you acknowledged both their P.O.V in your stories. Well Hope all is well with you and you keep doing great and continue to be a fan fiction writer.

Oh my this is once again so very heartbreaking, Sam on the verge of giving up and Dean making him promise not to give up. Which seems to be rather selfish, if they both know the outcome of Sam's situation. I mean he says he let down Sam, but this is almost cruel, to have him fight something that already has destroyed him...
But then again, this is Supernatural, where mysterious cures are right around the corner ;) so who knows...

Your story carried a very emotional punch.
It read so much like a death fic (which I can't/won't read), I almost stopped, but took a chance and skipped to the end. I then hung onto Dean's thoughts about Sam. 'Dean was going to fix his little brother. No matter what Dean had to do to make it happen, Sam was going to get better. Sam was going to be healthy again.'

Thank you for ripping my heart out. This was so beautiful and painful. This was seriously heartwrenching and so much in character. You are an amazing writer. I will never get enough of protective big bro Dean. Thank you for these stories !
