Yes! Ive been looking for a story like this!

I always imagined the Gallifreyan mating rituals as being rather primitive, thus their reasoning for using looms to procreate, and perhaps using some dietary means to avoid mating rituals. With Gallifreyan gone, I thought the instincts would kick back in. Well done.
