Hey bud. Don't sweat it. I am a big fan of this story, so I just get excited that you haven't abandoned it at all. So just focus on your important stuff, and write during times when you're more relaxed. Focus on making sure that you're healthy, make sure that you getting enough to eat and drink, and try to find any moment to relax from the stress. If you don't find times to fully take a brake, you might find yourself going through a mental breakdown or a panic attack. I've been there. Hang in the my friend, you have my full support.

Given the issues he’s had, I really can’t imagine what he would sound like should he be able to talk. Mute Danny indeed.

I think you taking time to post is perfectly understandable. Please don't applogize! We are all under a surge amount of stress and especially you with all those tornados. Lots of anxiety. I can relate. We had a pretty good sized earthquake yesterday morning (the 18th) and add that on top of everything else going on in the world... lots of stress. I'm just impressed you posted at all and this was a good chapter. I enjoyed it even if it was mostly dialogue!

Even if it takes a while, I look forward to the next chapter :)

I'm happy you managed to update. I loved Sam and Tucker's argument and Daniel starting to learn how to interpret the situation. Jack and Maddie's concerns about the people who experimented on Daniel finding him through them was interesting to me. That's not something I've thought about at all really but it's definitely a potential problem.

Yeah, school can be stressful... and with everything going on, I can't blame you for getting exhausted and even more stressed then usual.

While short, this is still a good chapter, and it looks like Danny should be able to speak pretty soon. Yay. :)
